Abstract

Layanan kios adminduk merupakan unit layanan mandiri yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mengakses layanan secara online, mendekatkan akses layanan masyarakat ke tingkat desa. Kehadiran kios adminduk desa ini sebagai upaya mempermudah pengurusan dokumen seperti Kartu Keluarga (KK). Akta Kelahiran dan Akta Kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis inovasi pelayanan adminduk kios di Desa Panyangkalang, Kecamatan Mangarabombang, Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data berasal dari informan sejumlah 5 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Penelitian difokuskan pada inovasi dengan empat indikator, yaitu memiliki keunikan, memiliki unsur pembaharuan, dilaksanakan melalui program yang direncanakan dan memiliki tujuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan adminduk kiosk di Desa Panyangkalang, Kecamatan Mangarabombang, Kabupaten Takalar telah berjalan dengan baik dan menerapkan prosedur pelayanan prima, pelayanan adminduk kiosk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaan baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya, namun dalam penerapannya masih terdapat kendala. Memiliki keterbatasan tim teknis aplikasi SIAK (sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out some of the strategies of the tourism and culture department in developing tourism in Sinjai district. This study uses a qualitative descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques include observation (observation), interviews (interviews) and documentation. The results of the research are that tourism development strategies in Sinjai district implemented by the government really need the full support and participation of the existing community in the end it is hoped that a conducive tourism climate can be realized for the growth and development of competitive Indonesian tourism. Empowerment of the Sinjai district tourism office towards resources includes two parts, namely empowerment of human resources and natural resources.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the strategy of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism in Developing the Puncak Bila Nature Tourism Object in Sidrap Regency. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method using a phenomenological approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the development of natural tourism objects peaks when the important role of human resources is required to carry out development activities. The budget issued reached Rp. 500,000,000 of the total budget of Rp. 700,000,000 of the total will be prepared by 2023. The rides currently provided are swimming pools, Flying Fox, Motor ATVs, it's just that you need to pay attention to water quality and maintain the cleanliness of the facilities as well as the need for additional rides and photo spots.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the implementation of the School Operational Assistance Fund policy at SD INP Bambamanurung based on Edward III's theory. The type of research used is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that of the four indicators, the steps taken by the Government in managing BOS funds have been going well, seen from communication that conveys information directly, adequate human resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure that are in accordance with established standards. , but there are still some deficiencies due to inhibiting factors in the form of a lack of adequate facilities obtained by traders and the community as those who are affected by this policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online licensing services have on community satisfaction at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services in Takalar Regency. This research is a quantitative type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data is obtained through validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that online licensing services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Based on the results of the summary model output, the regression value (R) is 0.839 and is positive and the R Square value is 0.704, it can be concluded that variable X (online licensing services) has an influence of 70.4% on variable Y (public satisfaction) and the rest of 29.6% influenced by other factors. Which means the online licensing service site at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service of Takalar Regency is quite good at increasing community satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penyelesaian Perkara Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas Di Polres Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi langsung dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian efektivitas penyelesaian perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas di polres Kabupaten soppeng sebagaimana sudah efektif.  hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator efektivitas yang meliputi: Pencapaian Tujuan yang telah tercapai untuk meminimalisir pelanggaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketertiban dan kedisiplinan masyarakat saat berlalu lintas serta dapat mengurangi pelanggaran lalu lintas setiap tahun dengan melakukan dua upaya yang pertama upaya preventif yaitu mencegah terjadinya suatu pelanggaran, yang kedua upaya represif yaitu untuk menindaki masyarakat yang melakukan pelanggaran agar ada efek jerahnya. Integrasi yang sudah dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan sosialisasi bersama masyarakat dan remaja agar pengetahuan mereka lebih luas lagi dalam berlalu lintas.dan adaptasi yang sudah diterapkan baik dari pihak pengadilan Negeri kepada masyarakat mengenai proses menyelesaikan perkara. Pelanggar akan disidang oleh hakim dan hakim akan memutuskan berapa denda yang akan dibayar oleh Pelanggar, namun karna adanya Perma Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 bahwa pelanggar untuk tidak menghadiri sidang. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Mobile JKN health service innovation at the Bantaeng Regency BPJS Health Office. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive type and data is collected using observation and interview techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Mobile JKN innovation has not run optimally because application users have not reached all levels of society in order to provide quality services to the community. One of the unique features of the Mobile JKN application is the data change feature that is dominantly used and makes it easier for participants without needing to take care of administrative requirements at the BPJS Health Office. The quality of the Mobile JKN application can be seen by the large number of uses of the latest features, such as the online queue feature so that it can reduce the long queues that often occur at health facilities. The multi-functionality of the Mobile JKN application by providing more than 18 features makes it easier for participants to access services designed according to participant needs so that participants are comfortable in using the application.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Micro Business Assistance Program (BPUM) policy in the Department of Trade, Industry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bulukumba Regency by referring to the Implementation indicators by George C. Edward, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition (tendencies) , Bureaucratic structure and This type of research uses qualitative methods which aim to provide an overview of the implementation of the Micro Business Assistance Program (BPUM) policy in Trade, Industry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bulukumba Regency. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews, and secondary data taken from documents, notes, reports and official archives which can be supported by the integrity of the primary data.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The data obtained was then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the analysis of the service quality variable is in the very good category with an average of 84.6 and the analysis of the community satisfaction variable is in the very good category with an average score of 86.26. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it shows that the service quality variable has an effect of 0.96% on community satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the ethics of administrative services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Office. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological research type. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the ethics of administrative services from 3 aspects, namely Equal Rights, Loyalty and Responsibility, are quite good. This can be seen from (a) Equality, namely the absence of discrimination or nepotism in serving the community who are carrying out population administration. (b) Loyalty, employees have complied with applicable official regulations as closely as possible. (c) Responsibility, this is based on the employee's responsibility in carrying out and completing their work well.
