Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa dalam pembelajaran daring dampak pandemi covid-19. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gombong. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan 3 alat ukur yaitu alat ukur motivasi berprestasi, efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini adalah R sebesar 0,770 dengan taraf signifikasi (p<0,01) artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi.

Abstract

This prophetic parenting psychoeducation is one of a series of large programs in the form of strengthening psychospiritual and economic resilience for parents of ABA Nganggring Kindergarten students, Turi District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The program aims to increase understanding and awareness of the importance of implementing prophetic parenting. The empowerment method chosen was psychoeducation with the target parents of students, which was carried out for three meetings, starting from the assessment, core program, and follow-up plans. The program participants were 30 parents/guardians of ABA Nganggring Kindergarten students. The result of implementing the program is that they have an adequate understanding of prophetic parenting for program participants. Through prophetic parenting psychoeducation, parents' awareness about the importance of applying prophetic parenting to children at home began to grow and support groups were formed to solve parenting problems in daily life. It is recommended that this psychological strengthening program be followed by a continuous care assistance program for the support groups that have been formed.

Abstract

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge to the Indonesian education world to strengthen the nation's character education, especially Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah teachers (AIK), which will provide opportunities for students to practice character values ​​in society. Research using qualitative. Data collection came from observations, accompanied by notes about the state or behavior of the target object, comments, interviews were shown to the principal and AIK teachers as many as three people, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of research on the role of teachers in shaping student character during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely teachers must understand their duties and functions, adhere to SOP procedures, use online and blended learning methods, collaborate with parents based on SOPs in the use of social media and distribute character control sheets to students and parents. The obstacles are applying health protocols, limited time duration, internet access, internet support, mastery of technology owned by teachers and parents and students, media abuse among students, and lack of parental monitoring due to parents' busy earning a living. Patience from students, parents are asked to do the tasks that are assigned to the child.

Abstract

Extraversion personality is one of the personality dimensions in the big five pesonality. The extraversion personality is reflected in six aspects, namely warmth, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity level, excitement seeking and positive emotions. The purpose of this study was to examine the construct validity and construct reliability on the extraversion personality scale as well as to examine the aspects and indicators that reflect the construct of extraversion personality. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at schools X, Y, Z which are state junior high schools in Yogyakarta with a total of 524 students. The sample in this study is 185 students. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The data collection method used extraversion personality scale. Research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. Based on the results of the data analysis, the aspects and indicators that reflect the extraversion personality construct are valid and reliable. The most dominant aspect that reflects extraversion personality is the activity level with a loading factor of 0,764. Meanwhile, the weakest aspect in reflecting extraversion personality is warmth with a loading factor value of 0,424. These results indicate that all aspects and indicators are able to reflect the extraversion personality construct. Thus, the measurement model can be accepted because the theory describes the personality construct of extraversion fit with empirical data obtained from the subject.Keywords: Activity level, extraversion personality, warmthAbstrak: Kepribadian extraversion adalah salah satu dimensi kepribadian dalam big five pesonality. Kepribadian extraversion direfleksikan melalui enam aspek yaitu warmth, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity level, excitement seeking dan positive emotions. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas konstruk pada skala kepribadian extraversion serta menguji aspek-aspek dan indikator-indikator yang dapat merefleksikan konstruk kepribadian extraversion. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII pada sekolah X, Y, Z yang merupakan sekolah menengah pertama negeri di Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 524 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepribadian extraversion. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program SmartPLS 3.2.8. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh  hasil  aspek-aspek dan  indikator  yang merefleksikan konstruk  kepribadian extraversion dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Aspek yang paling  dominan merefleksikan kepribadian extraversion adalah activity level dengan loading factor 0,764. Sedangkan aspek yang paling lemah dalam merefleksikan kepribadian extraversion adalah warmth dengan nilai loading factor 0,424. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek dan indikator mampu merefleksikan konstruk kepribadian extraversion. Dengan demikian, model pengukuran bisa diterima karena teori yang menggambarkan konstruk kepribadian extraversion fit dengan data empirik yang diperoleh dari subjek.

Abstract

Abstract: Prokastinasi merupakan perilaku menunda kegiatan, sehingga prokastinasi tidak patut untuk dilakukan pada santri, karena akan menghambat ketidaklancaran tugas yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubuungan efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi pada santri tahfidz qur’an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala efikasi diri dan skala prokrastinasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an Ma’had Al Mubarok Litahfidzil Qur’an Al Karim Jambi dengan populasi berjumlah 382 santri, dan sampel sebanyak 67 subjek santri. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien antara efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi adalah 0,256 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,018 (p<0,05) dan menunjukan terdapat hubungn negatif yang signifikan antara Efikasi Diri dengan Prokrastinasi.

Abstract

Lack of students' ability to read and understand Islamic teachings well, practice religious values and daily life, feelings of insecurity, individualistic, and hedonistic attitudes during the covid-19 pandemic are still found. The study described in this article is aimed to determine the teacher professionality of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) in instilling religious values for students and teacher professionality in instilling religious values for students at SD Muhammadiyah Nitikan Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research was descriptive qualitative research. The data sources were primary data and secondary data. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the teacher professionality of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) instilled religious values, had an educational background, and Muhammadiyahan as an organizational cadre who understood the vision, mission, and goals of schools and organizations. In addition, they had pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competence. They also could integrate religious values into the material contained in the lesson plans, using exemplary and habituation methods, and establishing good cooperation with parents and the community in controlling students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan kelekatan aman dan kontrol diri dengan agresivitas siswa SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kelekatan aman, kontrol diri, dan skala agresivitas. Jumlah subyek yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 siswa SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan aman dan kontrol diri berhubungan dengan agresivitas secara negatif yang signifikan dengan nilai F reg= 12.084 dan p=0,000 (p<0,005). Kelekatan aman dan kontrol diri secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,9% terhadap agresivitas. Pengujian hipotesis minor menunjukkan kelekatan aman dapat mempengaruhiagresivitas secara negatif yang signifikan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar p = 0,000 (p< 0,05) dan nilai t sebesar 10,971. Kontrol diri dapat mempengaruhi agresivitas secara negatif yang signifikan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar p = 0,000 (p< 0,05) dan nilai t sebesar 9,978. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah ada hubungan yang negatif yang signifikan antara kelekatan aman dan kontrol diri dengan agresivitas pada siswa SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. Artinya, semakin tinggi kelekatan aman dan kontrol diri seseorang maka agresivitas akan semakin rendah. Begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah kelekatan aman dan kontrol diri seseorang, maka tingkat agresivitas seseorang semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is the psychological aspect that shapes human activity. It comes from experience and ability about themselves to accomplish the task. In this article, discussed research findings in 2012 and 2015 on self-efficacy perception students in readiness to complete the task of college, whether there is a change during the period from three years after the condition of efficacy himself in completing the task. This research used a quantitative descriptive method, and took with proportional stratified random sampling. Research in 2012 found that perceptions of self-efficacy students in completing a lecture in the level of underprivileged and research in 2015 found that the level capable and have a contribution in preparedness in completion of the task. The question that will be discussed throughout this article, does self-efficacy have the effect of different educational backgrounds? These findings have an impact of the reality in the practice of counseling services which researchers and colleagues must recognize and handle.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Umat (Prodamat) ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi diri siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan. Fenomena ini menjadi perhatian bagi sekolah karena berpengaruh pada prestasi belajar siswa. Perencanaan pada siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan juga masih tergolong lemah. Artinya siswa masih belum memahami minat pada dirinya, sehingga siswa masih bingung untuk memilih jenjang selanjutnya. Prodamat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi diri dalam belajar pada siswa dan membantu siswa merancang perencanaan karir untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang selanjutnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan prodamat ini adalah ceramah dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Objek prodamat ini siswa kelas 8 SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan prodamat ini ialah 129 siswa. Kemudian hasil dari penilaian motivasi diri belajar pada siswa menunjukkan nilai -6,395 dan perencanaan karir -5,540 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 (p<0,01). Setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan prodamat ini diperoleh hasil yaitu pertama, motivasi diri pada siswa mengalami peningkatan dan kedua, siswa lebih matang dalam merancang perencanaan karir kedepannya.

Abstract

Self-regulated learning is the skill of organizing and directing oneself in the process of learning. Every student should possess self-regulated learning skills in order to achieve high academic performance. Various factors influence a student's self-regulated learning during their educational journey. According to social cognitive theory, these factors are the result of the reciprocal interaction between individual characteristics, behavior, and the environment. This research primarily focuses on environmental factors, namely parental support and peer support. Both parental support and peer support play a role in shaping self-regulated learning. The research aims to empirically examine the contribution of parental support and peer support to self-regulated learning. The research employs a quantitative methodology and takes the form of an ex post facto study. The study population consists of 385 students in the 11 grade from SLTA A and B in Yogyakarta. A random sample of 77 students was chosen independently. Data were collected using instruments, including a self-regulated learning scale, a parental support scale, and a peer support scale. The empirical results of the study reveal that both parental support and peer support significantly contribute to self-regulated learning, with an F value of 36.703 and p-value of 0.000 (p<0.01). When examined separately, parental support significantly and positively contributes to self-regulated learning, with a t-value of 2.032 and a p-value of 0.046 (p<0.05). Peer support also significantly and positively contributes to self-regulated learning, with a t-value of 8.325 and a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.01). Partially, parental support contributed 2.79% and friend support contributed 47.01% to self-regulated learning, and the rest was influenced by other factors.
