Abstract

The Women's Social Institution is one of the technical implementation units of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs which focuses on the function of social services. the results of field observations that many beneficiaries find it difficult to follow the coaching program if this process cannot be interpreted positively, the individual will experience an anxiety disorder characterized by symptoms and disturbances, difficulty controlling, feeling tense, restless, feeling tired easily, difficulty concentrating, irritability and sleep disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the clinical picture of anxiety levels in beneficiaries at the Jakarta Women's Social Institution and obtain the results of the application of psychoeducational group therapy to overcome anxiety among beneficiaries at the Jakarta Women's Social Institution. The subjects of this study were five beneficiaries at the Women's Social Institution in Jakarta. This form of therapy is carried out systematically for 10 sessions. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with data analysis techniques using pattern matching and analysis of development results. Measurement of anxiety using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) which is given twice in the form of pre-test and post-test. The results of the pre-test showed an average score of 24.8 in the category of moderate anxiety. Based on the application of group therapy with psychoeducational techniques, it shows calmer, more peaceful behavior, more stable emotions, able to concentrate, can sleep, can think rationally. The results of this study can be said that there is a decrease in the levels that are the beginning of light initial lines. This result is supported by the group's average post-test score of 16.8 in the category of mild anxiety.

Abstract

Panti Sosial Wanita is one of the implementing units (UPT) within the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia which is given the task to provide services and rehabilitation for beneficiaries. Based on the results of field observations and interviews with beneficiaries at the Social Home for Women in Jakarta, it is known that many beneficiaries who have difficulty in following coaching programs such as decreased self esteem are marked by solitary behavior, shyness, easy to give up, pessimistic, passive and unstable emotions. The subjects of this study were beneficiaries in women's social homes as many as 5 people. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of self esteem in Beneficiaries in Women's Social Homes and get the results of the application of Reality therapy with WDEP techniques to increase self esteem in Beneficiaries in Women's Social Homes Jakarta, this form of therapy is carried out systematically for 10 sessions. This study uses quasi-experimental data analysis techniques using pattern matching and analysis of developmental results. Self esteem measurement results using Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES) in the form of pre-test and post-test. Pre-test results showed an average score of 14 groups with low self esteem categories. Based on the results of the application of reality therapy with WDEP techniques the subjects showed behavior willing to socialize, not shy, unyielding, optimistic, active and stable emotions. These results are supported by post-test results using the RSES scale with an average score of 29 groups in the moderate self esteem category.

Abstract

Individuals who experience anxiety and worry when they are prisoners is normal, but if there is cognitive distortion and has been disturbing that eventually arises with physical complaints, it needs to be addressed. The subject of this study was a 39-year-old woman whose met the diagnostic criteria in the DSM-IV TR generalized anxiety disorder and is currently serving a prison term. Overcoming cases of generalized anxiety disorder, the subject was assisted by Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) which was carried out for 10 sessions. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods, data analysis techniques using pattern matching and analysis of development results. The results of the measurement of anxiety using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) in the form of pre-test and post-test. The results of the pre-test showed in the category of moderate anxiety, based on the results of the application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy on the subject showing calmer, more peaceful behavior, more stable emotions, able to concentrate, able to sleep, and able to think rationally, these result are supported by the post test results which show a decrease in anxiety to a mild category

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out to socialize and increase entrepreneurial motivation and interest in entrepreneurship among MSME and PKK mothers in Cisarua Village, Sukabumi City. Based on the results of the questionnaire processed to MSME and PKK participants using the method. Results obtained: I was motivated to become an entrepreneur after receiving counseling from 30 respondents, 87% of my skill items increased after receiving training from 30 respondents, 87%. I asked to become an entrepreneur after receiving entrepreneurship training from 30 respondents 86%, my knowledge and skills increased after participating in training from 30 respondents 88%. I feel happy participating in entrepreneurial activities with 30 respondents 92%.

Abstract

Pelatihan penerapan perilaku bisnis digital untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berlokasi di sekitar pantai Carita di Banten. Melalui perilaku Digital Marketing UMKM, dapat memanfaatkan aspek digital dan teknologi informasi dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan visibilitas, menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan keberhasilan pemasaran dan penjualan. Hal ini memberikan potensi untuk pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan bagi UMKM. Dalam era digital yang semakin maju ini, UMKM perlu mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing mereka. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali UMKM dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam menerapkan perilaku bisnis digital yang efektif. Dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi digital, UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan potensi dan menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi UMKM dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah pantai Carita di Banten.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze how Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction impact Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Using a quantitative research approach, the study analyzed data from 70 respondents across 20 manufacturing companies in West Java and processed it through the SEM-PLS methodology. The study findings suggest that Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction both have a direct influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in manufacturing companies located in West Java.

Abstract

The prevalence in Bogor Regency of stunting cases will decrease in 2021 to 9.89% with the target of 2023 being Stunting Free Bogor Regency. However, in Mekarsari Village there were still 27 stunted children found. Mekarsari Village has a population of 6,392 people with a maximum education level of high school. In 2021, there will be 1,713 people who have not found work, causing low awareness of health and the family economy. This results in inadequate family nutrition and stunting in children. The aim of Community Service by Empowering and Socializing Family Assistance Cadres to Prevent Stunting in Children in Mekarsari Village, Bogor is one of them. Increasing community knowledge, especially parents and families, about the importance of balanced nutrition and good nutritional practices for optimal growth of children.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of constructive conflict resolution styles and perceived stress in marital satisfaction among dual-earner couples in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative method using incidental sampling is used to select respondents who meet specific criteria. Questionnaires were distributed to 117 married respondents who have been married for 1 to 5 years and are dual-earners; both of whom are employed in DKI Jakarta. The instruments used in this study include the Conflict Resolution Styles Inventory (CRSI), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), and ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS). Results showed constructive conflict resolution style indicated a p-value < 0,05 with R2 value of 8,3%. This means that Ha1 is accepted, indicating a significant influence of constructive conflict resolution style on marital satisfaction. The p-value for perceived stress < 0,05 with R2 value of 10,4%, meaning Ha2 is accepted. The results from the multiple linear regression analysis show that both constructive conflict resolution styles and perceived stress significantly influence marital satisfaction.

Abstract

Suicide is a mental health condition that has received attention in many countries over the years. Suicide is a mental health problem that increases the overall burden of mental and physical illness, especially in young people. This study used 97 respondents who were sampled in the study. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection methods using the scale of perceived stress, emotional intelligence, and suicidal ideation with a Likert scale model. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, it shows that there is an influence with a positive direction between perceived stress on suicidal ideation in early adulthood. The results of hypothesis testing partially show that there is an influence with a negative direction between emotional intelligence on suicidal ideation of early adults in Jabodetabek. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between perceived stress and emotional intelligence on suicidal ideation in early adulthood.

Abstract

The desire to have children for married couples is something that is very desirable, but in fact, not all married couples can have children easily. There are some couples who find it easy to have children, and there are also couples who need hard work to have children. One of the reasons for not being able to have children is due to infertility problems. Women who experience infertility tend to have low self-acceptance which has an impact on their psychological condition, one of which is experiencing infertility stress. Infertility stress is pressure felt from the surrounding social environment, marital relationships, as well as physical and mental health due to the condition of infertility. Women who experience infertility related stress really need social support from family, partners and friends. This study aims to examine the influence of self-acceptance and social support on infertility stress in women experiencing infertility at RSAB Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with a population of women experiencing infertility, age range 20-39 years and a sample of 150 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of self-acceptance and social support on infertility related stress in women experiencing infertility (P<0.001 ; ????2 = 0.515). So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Self-Acceptance and Social Support on infertility stress in women experiencing infertility at RSAB Jakarta.
