Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of applying the voice method and drill in improving students’ mastery of Arabic vocabulary. The research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest model. Data were collected through a pretest, treatment, and posttest. The background of this study is based on the importance of creating a pleasant, interactive, and non-monotonous learning atmosphere so that students are more motivated to participate actively and are better able to comprehend the material. In practice, many madrasah tsanawiyah students face difficulties in mastering vocabulary due to limited prior knowledge, low self-confidence, and conventional teaching methods that tend to be less engaging. The findings revealed a significant improvement in vocabulary mastery following the application of the voice method and drill. Students’ average scores increased by 38.94 points, from 43.24 on the pretest to 79.12 on the posttest. The t-test yielded a t-value of 15.17, exceeding the t-table value of 2.120, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the voice method with drill exercises in the context of Arabic vocabulary learning at the madrasah tsanawiyah level. While previous studies emphasized each method separately, this research introduces a combined approach that has rarely been explored. The findings demonstrate that the collaboration of the voice method and drill not only significantly enhances vocabulary mastery but also contributes to increased learning motivation, creates a more enjoyable classroom environment, and challenges the perception of Arabic learning as rigid and monotonous.

Abstract

This community service program is carried out in the form of library management assistance based on SLiMS at Darut Taqwa High School, Purwosari Pasuruan. Libraries have an important role in building a learning community, as well as school libraries. The school library is a strategic educational facility, because apart from supporting learning activities. The school library is also one of the barometers of school quality standards. Darut Taqwa High School was chosen as a mentoring partner on the basis that this institution is one of the institutions in Pasuruan Regency that has received an A (excellent) accreditation. However, the quality standard of library administration is still far from the national library standard. This assistance uses the participatory approach. The steps for implementing this assistance are focused on 1) selecting the assisted person, 2) installing the SLiMS application, 3) the SLiMS operation tutorial, and 4) managing the SLiMS-based library. The results of this assistance are 1) the availability of library staff at Darut Taqwa High School who understands SLiMS-based library management, 2) the availability of a SLiMS-based library automation system, 3) the creation of a system for managing library materials, members, and library administration, and 4) the creation of a good library layout that is quite close to the minimum standard of the national library.

that can be obtained by using the internet. The issue of hoaxes during the Covid-19 pandemic is very high through internet and social media networks. Negative opinions, slander, hate spreaders that are accepted and attack parties or make people afraid, threatened and can harm the reported party so that it can damage reputation and cause material losses. This activity aims to make Darut Taqwa Vocational School students not easily swayed by HOAX news, understand how to reject HOAX, surf the internet healthily, be wise in social media, as an antidote to hoaxes, and provide education to friends, relatives, family, and the general public about the dangers. Hoax. The method used in this service is the preparation stage, the implementation stage, namely seminars and workshops, monitoring and evaluation stages. The results of this community service activity include: increasing students' insight into healthy and safe internet use and avoiding hoax sites and news; Increased knowledge of students in the use of social media to digest and share hoax and fact information.

Abstract

This research is based on the needs of MTs. Mambaus Sholihin students to interactive learning media for more effective learning activities in memorizing mufradat and as an effort to increase the spirit of learning students. The objectives of this development study are: (1.) to know the influence of the use of AJIDAH learning media on the effectiveness of Mufradat memorization for students of grade VII-O MTs. Mambaus Sholihin Gresik, (2) knowing the significance of the impact of the development of AJIDAH learning media on the effectiveness of memorization of Mufradat students MTs. Mambaus Solihin Suci, Manyar, Gresik. This research is R and D research using quantitative approach, this type of research is Pre-Experimental Design with the form of One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The steps in this research method are: Needs Analysis, Data Collection, Product Design, Expert Review, Design Revision, Product Trial, Product Revision, Usage Trial, Product Revision, and Finished Product. Data obtained from observations, tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the "t" test. The results of this study are as follows: test results "t" against posttest learning results obtained thitung = 14.64 while ttabel with df 39 (40-1) at the level of significance 5% is 1.98. Thus 14.64 is greater than 1.98 which means the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted, namely the influence of the use of AJIDAH media on the effectiveness of memorization of Arabic vocabulary students MTs. Mambaus Sholihin, Gresik.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to find out how Arabic speaking skills were taught at MTs. Darut Taqwa 02 Sengonagung Purwosari by applying the SAVI-based learning model, and to determine the effect of students' learning outcomes after the application of the SAVI model and to find out whether there were differences between the SAVI and conventional learning models on the learning outcomes of Arabic speaking skills. This study used a quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent control group. The subjects were the students of class VII I, consisting of 35 students as the experimental class, and class VII K, comprising 37 students as the control class. Several tests were conducted, including a descriptive test, normality test, paired sample t-tests, homogeneity test, and independent sample t-test. The results obtained through several tests showed an increase in the average score between the pre-test (47.49) and post-test (67.97). Additionally, a comparison of the average post-test scores between the experimental class (67.97) and the control class (59.51) showed a difference of 8%. The conclusion is that the SAVI model using video and Peabody media for learning Arabic speaking skills is more influential than the conventional model.

Abstract

Learning outcomes in learning reading skill there are 31 students who are still under the KKM. This is because the teacher still uses the lecture method and tadribat only, so that in focused learning with books that can cause students to feel bored and students are still not able to understand the meaning or information contained in the Arabic text. The objectives of this study include; to find out how to use the card sort learning strategy, and to find out how the effect of the card sort learning strategy on improving the learning outcomes of reading skill. This research is a quantitative research type of pre-experiment. The method used is one group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study show that card sort learning strategies have an effect on improving student reading skill learning outcomes. This can be seen from the fact that the calculation is greater than the ttabel, namely 11,614 > 2,030 and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence on the use of card sort learning strategies on improving the learning outcomes of reading skill students of Junior High School Darut Taqwa 02 Sengonagung Purwosari.

Abstract

القراءة مهارة من المهارات اللغوية الأربع، ويهدف تدريس مهارة القراءة هي يستطع الطلاب أن يقرؤا القراءة النصوص والكتب المكتوبة باللغة العربية قراءة صحيحة ويفهموا ما قراؤا سواء كانت كلمة أوجملة أونصا اللغة العربية. ومن الواضح من غير الممكن الحصول على هذه المعلومات دون فهم، من هنا كان العمل على إيجاد هذه المهارة أمرا بالغ الأهمية. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك فإن اختيار الطريقة الجيدة في تدريس مهارة القراءة يؤدي إلى إقبال الطلبة على تحصيل الأفكار والمعلومات وسرعة اكتسابها مع الإحساس بالمتعة. وفي هذا البحث قام الباحث بتطبيق طريقة جيكسو في تعليم مهارة القراءة إما مهارة القراءة الصامتة ومهارة القراءة الجهرية.

Abstract

لما كانت اللغة تدخل في أصل معظم العلوم الإنسانية، إما كعنصر أساسي في ميدان البحث، وإما كأداة يجب استعمالها في التعبير عن نتائج هذا العلم، فقد تداخلت مفاهيم علم اللغة في معظم العلوم الإنسانية.ولما كانت اللغة مظهرا من مظاهر السلوك الإنساني، فتتضخ نقطة الالتقاء بين هذين الفرعين من فروع المعرفة البشرية حتى أطلق فرع مستقل في هذا المجال ما يسمى بعلم النفس اللغوي أو علم اللغة النفسي. ويحاول هذا العلم من بين دراساته معرفة العمليات العقلية التي يتمكن بها الناس من قول ما يريدون قوله أي ما يسمى بإنتاج اللغة.يُعتبر إنتاج اللغة المجال الثاني من مجالات اللغة التي تثير اهتمام علماء النفس، وتستحوذ على جزء من بحوثهم ودراستهم. وتنتج اللغة في شكلين متمايزين، إما منطوقة ( وتسمى في هذه الحالة كلاما) وإما مكتوبة. فالنطق أسبق من الكتابة في هذه الدراسة. ولعل السبب في ذلك نظرا لعمومية اللغة المنطوقة وخصوصية اللغة المكتوبة. فجدير بهذا الحال، يقدم الباحث حديثا موجزا عن الأصوات باعتبارها أول ما ينتجه الطفل، وبالتالي الحديث عن إنتاج اللغة

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' Arabic speaking skills through the application of the stand-up category method. Conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Darut Taqwa Purwosari Pasuruan, the research involved 26 eleventh-grade students. A classroom action research (CAR) approach was implemented using a quantitative method, consisting of two cycles with four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included observations, interviews, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' speaking skills. The percentage of students achieving the minimum competency criteria increased from 38.46% in the pre-cycle to 57.69% in Cycle I and further to 84.62% in Cycle II. Additionally, student engagement and participation improved, with increased attention to lessons, active responses to questions, and reduced passivity. The study concludes that the stand-up category method effectively enhances Arabic speaking skills by creating an interactive and stimulating learning environment. This method is recommended for educators seeking innovative strategies to foster confidence and active participation in language learning.

Abstract

Analisis abilitas siswa digunakan untuk memetakan ability siswa sesuai dengan prestasi hasil pengelompokan, serta untuk mengetahui jika didapati siswa yang pola jawabannya tidak sesuai dengan artian ada ketidaksesuaian jawaban yang diberikan berdasarkan abilitas siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksploratif terhadap kumpulan data item dan tanggapan siswa pada Tes Penilaian Akhir Semester Mata Pelajaran PAdB dengan Menggunakan Rasch Model di SD Ma’arif NU Pandaan Pasuruan. Temuan penelitian sebagaimana berikut: pertama, abilitas tinggi yaitu nomor 3 (tiga) atau kodenya 03P1 sedangkan abilitas paling rendah yaitu kode 57P2. Kedua, ada 3 (tiga) siswa yang pola responnya dinilai tidak fit yaitu siswa dengan kode 54P2, 37L1, dan 32L1, ke_3 (tiga) siswa tersebut di luar batas kriteria tingkat kesesuaian.
