Abstract

In learning Arabic, the learner must be involved in speaking practice. By developing speaking skills (maharah kalam), learner participants can interact with native Arabic speakers and Arabic society more effectively, but many learner participants are not confident in practicing Arabic in their environment. The Community Language Learning Method is a method in which the teacher, in this case, pays attention to the individual needs of the learner participants and what the learner's fears or problems are in Maharah Kalam learning. By arousing a feeling of being accepted by the environment (sense of community) in the learner participants, the teacher can mobilize the positive energy of the learner so that they are focused on Maharah Kalam learning. The purpose of this study was to find out the significance of the differences before and after the community language learning method experiment in Maharah Kalam learning. The results of this study were that according to SPSS 16 calculations in this study, the results of a significance value of less than 0.05, namely Sig.(0.000) < 0.05, so Ho was rejected, then Ha was accepted. The decision on the results of partial hypothesis testing can be concluded that there is an increase in Maharah Kalam learning outcomes after the Community Language Learning method experiment.

Abstract

Suole MSME is a catfish floss producer committed to enhancing product quality through the implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.  Implementation is carried out by development and verification of the production process flow diagram, hazard identification, determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs), and establishment of critical limits. This community service activity aimed to provide knowledge and assistance in HACCP implementation to enhance food safety, product quality, and competitiveness. The activity was conducted from October to December 2024 at UMKM Suole, and included interviews, field observations, and HACCP assistance and analysis. The results show that the catfish floss production process involves several critical stages that require monitoring, such as raw material reception, meat separation, frying, and packaging. Hazard identification and determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs) have been carried out to prevent biological, chemical, and physical contamination. The importance of developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining sanitation, and controlling processing time and temperature was emphasized. Improving the understanding of HACCP among MSME actors is a key factor in effective hazard control and achieving food safety.Keywords: catfish floss; food safety; HACCP; hazard Abstrak: UMKM Suole merupakan salah satu produsen abon lele yang berupaya meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui penerapan Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Penerapan dilakukan dengan penyusunan dan verifikasi diagram alir proses produksi abon lele, identifikasi bahaya, serta penetapan CCP dan batas kritis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan dan pendampingan penerapan HACCP guna meningkatkan keamanan pangan, mutu, dan daya saing produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Oktober hingga Desember 2024 di UMKM Suole, meliputi wawancara, observasi lapangan, serta pendampingan dan analisis HACCP. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi abon lele mencakup beberapa tahap penting yang memerlukan pengawasan, seperti penerimaan bahan baku, pemisahan daging, penggorengan, dan pengemasan. Telah dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penetapan titik kendali kritis (CCP) untuk mencegah kontaminasi biologis, kimia, dan fisik. Selain itu, ditekankan pentingnya penyusunan SOP, sanitasi, serta pengendalian suhu dan waktu proses. Peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap HACCP menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengendalian bahaya dan pencapaian keamanan pangan produk.Kata kunci: abon lele; bahaya; HACCP; keamanan pangan

Abstract

This study addresses the need for a practical, fast, and accurate digital meter by developing an Arduino Nano-based infrared laser distance sensor. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method, the system was designed with block diagrams, flowcharts, hardware layouts, and software programming. The device can measure distances from 5 cm to 55 meters and accurately assess non-transparent objects. However, it struggles with transparent objects and bright light sources. These results demonstrate the meter's efficiency and suggest areas for further improvement. Highlight: Measurement Range: Measures distances from 5 cm to 55 meters. Abstract

This service aims to empower and explore the potential of Sebandung Village residents in processing organic waste into maggot Black Soldier Fly. The service method used is Community Based Research which is carried out with the community to overcome problems. The service implementation is done through socialization, training, media creation, and the Black Soldier Fly maggot cultivation guidebook. The community is very active and enthusiastic in participating in the education of Black Soldier Fly maggot cultivation from the socialization to the end of the Black Soldier Fly maggot cultivation demonstration. The conclusion is that the maggot cultivation activity in Sebandung village was successful and maximal with indicators of increasing the education and skills of the participants. It is hoped that this service activity will become a milestone for organic waste processing in various villages in the Pasuruan district.

Abstract

Abstract:The research aims to see the effectiveness of wordwall learning media with a combination of Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning models on the mastery of Arabic mufradat of class VII students of MTS Darut Taqwa 02. The method used in this research is quantitative Pre-Experimental Design using the Pretest-Posttest Design for One Group model, involving 30 students as research subjects. The results of this study showed a significant increase in students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary after the application of Wordwall media based on the NHT learning model, with an average pre-test score of 69.00 increasing to 82.17 in the post-test. In addition, more than 90% of students reported positive perceptions of Wordwall, citing increased motivation and easier vocabulary comprehension. The findings suggest that educational games such as Wordwall can effectively enhance Arabic mufradat learning. This research becomes an interesting option that contributes to the development of innovative Arabic language teaching strategies in today's digital age.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas media pembelajaran wordwall dengan kombinasi model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) terhadap penguasaan mufradat bahasa Arab siswi kelas VII MTS Darut Taqwa 02, khususnya pada materi العنوان. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalah kuantitatif jenis Pre-Experimental Design dengan menggunakan model Pretest-Posttest Design for One Group, dengan melibatkan 30 siswi sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap penguasaan mufradat bahasa Arab siswa setelah penerapan media Wordwall berbasis model pembelajaran NHT, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 69,00 meningkat menjadi 82,17 pada post-test. Selain itu, lebih dari 90% siswa melaporkan persepsi positif terhadap Wordwall, dengan alasan peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman mufradat yang lebih mudah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan edukatif seperti Wordwall dapat secara efektif meningkatkan pembelajaran mufradat bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menjadi pilihan menarik yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pengajaran bahasa Arab yang inovatif di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media permainan Jenga dalam meningkatkan penguasaan mufradat pada siswa kelas VIII di MTs NU Miftahul Huda Ledug, Prigen. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Experimental One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design . Sebanyak 32 siswa berpartisipasi, dan data dikumpulkan melalui tes tertulis sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan mufradat siswa setelah penggunaan media Jenga, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test 54,06 meningkat menjadi 83,28 pada post-test . Evaluasi keefektifan menggunakan rumus N-Gain menunjukkan nilai gain sebesar 0,62 (peningkatan sedang). Uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi pre-test 0,200 dan post-test 0,096. Uji Paired Sample T-test memberikan nilai signifikansi 0,001, yang menunjukkan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa media Jenga efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan mufradat bahasa Arab siswa. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan minat siswa dan kompetensi guru dalam memilih media pembelajaran untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Arab kelas IX. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini diselesaikan dengan memecahkan kebekuan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan Ice Breaking terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab siswa kelas IX MTs Walisongo Sumber Rejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan jenis one group pretest-posttest. Dalam desain ini, peneliti memberikan tes awal (pretest) sebelum diberikan perlakuan, kemudian setelah diberikan perlakuan, memberikan tes akhir (posttest). Dengan demikian, hasil perlakuan dapat diketahui, karena dapat membandingkan dengan keadaan sebelum diberikan perlakuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan ujian lisan yang terdiri dari 10 soal. Hasil analisis metode uji t menunjukkan tingkat signifikansi <0,01 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya pelaksanaan icebreaking dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar Bahasa Arab siswa kelas IX MTs Walisongo Sumber Rejo.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a speaking skills learning medium in the form of Talk or Dare cards based Wordwall for primary school students. This study is based on the need for innovative media that can increase student engagement in language learning. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the product's feasibility is rated at 81% by media experts and 86% by subject matter experts, meeting the criteria for ‘highly feasible.’ The effectiveness of the product was seen from the increase in the average N-gain of 0,6977, which falls into the moderate category, and the t-test result of 13,606 with a significance level (sig. 2-tailed) of 0.001. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of gamification concepts in Arabic language learning media through an attractive digital platform. This medium provides more interactive and contextual learning for primary school students. This study contributes to Arabic language pedagogy by integrating gamification and digital platforms to enhance speaking skill learning in primary schools. ملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير بطاقة Talk or Dare المعتمدة على Wordwall لتكون وسيلة تعليمية لمهارة الكلام لدى التلاميذ في المدرسة الابتدائية. ويستند هذا البحث إلى الحاجة الماسّة إلى وسيلة مبتكرة تسهم في تعزيز مشاركة التلاميذ النشطة في تعلم مهارة الكلام. وقد استخدم في هذا البحث طريقة البحث والتطوير (R&D) باستخدام نموذج ADDIE الذي يشمل مراحل التحليل والتصميم والتطوير والتنفيذ والتقويم. نفذت طرق جمع البيانات عن طريق الملاحظة، المقابلة، الاختبار، الاستبانة، والتوثيق. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن صلاحية المنتج من قبل خبير الوسائط بلغت ٨١٪، ومن قبل خبير المادة بلغت ٨٦٪، وهما ضمن معيار صالح جدا. أما فاعلية المنتج فقد تجلّت من خلال ارتفاع متوسط درجة N-gain هو ٠٫٦٩٧٧. فإنه يعد من الفئة المتوسطة. تحصيل اختبار t  ١٣٬٦٠٦ مستوى الدلالة sig-2 tailed   ٠٫٠٠١ . وتكمن جدة هذا البحث في دمج مفهوم التلعيب في وسيلة تعليم اللغة العربية، من خلال منصة رقمية جذابة. وتوفّر هذه الوسيلة تجربة تعليمية أكثر تفاعلا وسياقا للتلاميذ في المدرسة الابتدائية. ويسهم هذا البحث في تطوير تعليم اللغة العربية، من خلال دمج عناصر التلعيب والتقنية الرقمية لتعزيز تعليم مهارة الكلام في المدرسة الابتدائية.

Abstract

Pesantren has an important role in developing the education world and providing solutions to current educational problems. This study aims to examine the campursari educational model and its process in shaping nationalist-religious character in Pesantren. The study uses a descriptive method with purposive sampling and interactive model analysis. The results show that Pesantren Ngalah Pasuruan has a campursari educational model that integrates formal, non-formal, and informal education. The campursari educational process in this pesantren involves the integration of religious and cultural values, the development of creativity and critical thinking, and the empowerment of local culture. The campursari model in Pesantren includes the integration of religious education with local cultural values, a curriculum with a campursari approach, the development of inclusive materials, the empowerment of local culture, and the strengthening of religious values through interfaith activities. The implications of this study are; enriching the understanding of campursari education and its implications in developing inclusive curricula, strengthening interfaith cooperation, and enhancing the role of Pesantren education in developing similar models in other educational institutions, particularly Islamic boarding schools, to improve the quality of education and shape strong nationalist-religious characters in students.

Abstract

Background: The increasing elderly population presents a challenge in meeting their psychosocial and spiritual needs. Learning the Quran in later life is often hindered by methods that are not age-friendly, leading to social isolation and reduced spiritual well-being. Purpose of the Study: This program was designed to implement a Religious Experience Learning (REL) approach to address three core issues: developing a suitable pedagogical method, enhancing access and participation through effective mentoring, and ultimately strengthening the spiritual wellness of elderly participants. Methods: The program employed a Service Learning methodology, structured in three stages: preparation, implementation (participatory REL-based learning, and reflection. The REL framework integrated technical (Bagdadi method), reflective (contextual hermeneutics), and spiritual (contemplative practice) dimensions. Results: The program achieved holistic transformation. Methodologically, a shift to humanistic approaches created a psychological safety and increased intrinsic motivation. Socially, a multi-generational community and empathetic mentoring reduced isolation. The primary outcome was enhanced spiritual wellness, evidenced by the personalization of worship, internalization of Quranic values as a life framework, and the achievement of eudaimonic well-being marked by inner peace (sakinah), self-acceptance, and a profound sense of meaning in life.
