Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of halal labels, material safety, promotion and prices on consumer purchasing decisions. Population and sample were 100 respondents who had used Sariayu cosmetic products. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 14. Testing the application of data used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, heterocedestity test, multicollinearity test, F test and t test.               The results of the analysis show that halal labels, material security, promotion and prices have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the t test show a significance value > 0.05, therefore the halal and price label variables have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. While the material and promotion security variables show a significance value of <0.05, therefore the material and promotion security variables are stated to have no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions Keyword: Halal labels, Ingredients safety, Promotion, Price, Buying decision

Abstract

AbstractThe research purpose is to know and analyze the influenceatmosphere museum and event marketing simultaneously and partially on tdecision travelers visiting Museum Angkut. The sampling technique uspurposive sampling, that the consideration of certain criteria. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of advertising and price on purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents.The method used is descriptive data analysis by using the validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocesdasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, determination coefficient test, f test, and t hypothesis test.The results of descriptive analysis in this study indicate that each variable has an effect on purchasing decisions, namely advertising, price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Advertising variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang Stores. Price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang Stores. Advertising and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang Stores.Keywords: Advertising and Price Against Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

AbstractAlong with the development of today's industry, the level of competition is getting tighter and tighter, where in Malang City there are many manufacturers who sell various kinds of brands both from within the country and abroad related to outdoor activities and now consumers are very concerned about product quality in making purchases. . This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image, and product quality on buying interest. The case study in this research is consumers of Eiger products in Malang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all consumers of Eiger products in Malang and the sampling technique used in this study was using probability sampling technique using simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study are price, brand image, and product quality simultaneously affect buying interest. Price has no effect on buying interest. Brand image has an effect on buying interest. and product quality affect buying interest. Keywords: Price, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan museum angkut. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pertimbangan kriteria tertentu. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung 28,605 > Ftabel 2,11 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bauran pemasaran jasa yang terdiri dari produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang/sdm, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan. Serta Bauran pemasran jasa yang terdiri dari variabel produk nilai thitung sebesar 9,023 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel harga nilai thitung sebesar 2,036 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel lokasi nilai thitung sebesar 2,056 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel promosi nilai thitung sebesar 2,315 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel orang/sdm nilai thitung sebesar 0,381 < ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel proses nilai thitung sebesar 1,980 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, dan variabel bukti fisik nilai thitung sebesar 1,451 < ttabel sebesar 1,98638, yang berarti Bauran pemasaran jasa yang terdiri dari variabel produk, harga, lokasi, promosi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan Museum angkut dan variabel orang/sdm, proses, bukti fisik tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan Museum angkut.Kata Kunci :Bauran pemasaran jasa, dan Keputusan berkunjung ulang

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know and analyzepartial of price (x1) service (x2) location (x3) and product diversity (x4) on purchase buying decision (Y) in Alkhaibar minimarket. b) to know and analyze the effect of  simultaneous price, service, location and product diversity in Alkhaibar minimarket. this researchs explanatory researchs with quantitave approach. The data source of this research is the spread of a list of questions (questionnaire) to consumers Alkhaibar minimarket. The data used is primary and secondary. This  analyze uses SPSS data. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on iPhone buying interest. This research uses a study on student consumers in the city of Malang, the data obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of Brawijaya University, Islamic University of Malang and Muhammadiyah University of Malang selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 75 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the research instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test, t test) and coefficient test determination of data processing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality, brand image and promotion simultaneously affect buying interest in iphone. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on buying interest in iPhone, while brand image and promotion partially have no significant effect on buying interest in iPhone. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims 1) to find out how much influence Reward and Punishment simultaneously to employee work motivation, 2) To determine the effect of reward and partial variable of punishment on employee work motivation. The population in this study is the total employee Goldia Camilan Malang, which amounts to 60 employees. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on ststistic test F showed that both variables have influence because it has significance value less than 5% real level. The result of t test shows the significant influence of both variables on employee motivation Goldia Camilan Malang, both have t value> of t table. R square results obtained results of 0.654 means there is a strong relationship between reward and punishment on employee motivation Goldia Camilan Malang. R square of 0.654 which means that reward and punishment in explaining the fluctuation of employee's work motivation variable is 65.4%, while the rest of 34.6% is influenced by factors other than reward and punishmentKeywords: Reward, Punishment, Work Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Experiential Marketing of Word of Mouth Instagram Social Media for FEB Unisma Students Force 2016-2017 both partially and simultaneously. This research is expected to provide benefits to companies as additional information in determining the policy to be taken. This type of research uses the postivism paradigm research type using a quantitative approach. This research uses quantitative research. the population in this study were students of FEB Unisma Angkata 2016-2017. Samples taken were 94 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis that is processed with SPSS 22 software. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Customer Satisfaction has a partially significant effect on Word of Mouth. meanwhile Service Quality has a partially significant effect on Word of Mout, and Experiential Marketing has a significant influence on Word of Mouth and Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Experiential Marketing have a significant effect simultaneously on Word of Mouth.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Experiential Marketing and Word of Mouth.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain the effect of products, payment methods, service quality, and website quality, on e-commerce shopee customer satisfaction at the Malang Islamic University students. This research belongs to the type of associative analysis research with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with the calculation results of 100 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that the product, payment method, service quality, and website quality variables simultaneously had an effect on customer satisfaction. And there is a partial effect between product variables and website quality, on customer satisfaction. As well as payment methods and service quality there is no partial influence on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product, Payment Method, Service Quality, Website Quality, Customer Satisfaction
