Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of certification on the performance of teachers in the learning process, knowing the influence of teacher welfare on teacher performance in the learning process. The location of this research is at Jl. Pesantren III Mojosari Kepanjen Malang post code 65163, Mojosari Village, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. Samples taken as many as 32 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method used is quantitative method that is by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the certification has a positive influence on teacher performance in the learning process at Miftahul Huda Kepanjen foundation, teacher welfare has a positive influence on teacher performance in the learning process at Yayasan Miftahul Huda Kepanjen.Keywords: Certification, teacher welfare, teacher performance in learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan; menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 42 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan; motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) on purchasing decisions.This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. The population in this research were students of FEB UNISMA (Islamic University of Malang). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of FEB UNISMA students (Islamic University of Malang) who have made a purchase at the Malang Pesen Kopi Branch, Sigura-gura Malang. The sample was 91 respondents with a questionnaire collection technique. Technical data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this research prove that the first hypothesis tests the relationship of marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) to the purchase decision simultaneously. The second hypothesis examines the relationship of marketing mix (product, price, promotion, location) partially influential, which results in the product and place having a partially insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Price and promotion have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place), Purchasing decision.

Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this study is to explain brand image, service quality, brand trust, and usage decisions and to find out how to explain brand image, service quality, and brand trust on partial or simultaneous usage decisions. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is simple random sampling. The sample of this research is 58 Crewdible online warehouse partners located in Sukun, Malang city. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a questionnare data collection method. The data analysis usd in instrument test, normality test, classical assumption, multiple linier regression analysisi, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25 for Windows. The result of this study indicate that brand image, service quality, brand trust simultaneously influence the decision to use Crewdible online warehouse services in Malang. While partially, brand image does not affect the decision to use, service quality does  not affect the decision to use, and brand trust does not affect the decision to use the Crewdible online warehouse service in Malang. Keywords : Brand Image, Service Quality, Brand Trust, and Usage Decision.

Abstract

Abstract A data collection method using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrumental testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, decision testing, and f-test and t-test using SPSS16.0 computer software for data processing. This is shown by the results of this study price has an effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions and advertising has an effect on purchasing decisions. Price, product quality and advertising simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Advertising And Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract            The reasearch aims to find out about how the influence of price and service quality on loyalty with customer satisfaction is an intervening variable for grab customer in malang. And rather than that researchers use case studies on boarding students in the tlogomas malang village itself. Using a quantitative approach, and data obtained through survey method with questionnaire questionnaire instrument. Which is the population is the grab consumers of boarding school students in the sample if the subject is less than one hundred is better taken all so that the results of the analysis include test instrument (validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis), and hypothesis testing ( T test, sobel test).Kata Kunci: price, service quality, customer satisfaction layolty grab.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 is a challenge for organizations to be able to improve the quality of their human resources. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has changed all aspects of employment activities, has made employees have to be able to adapt to new online-based work systems. This study aims to determine the direct effect of organizational commitment, compensation and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior and motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study amounted to 148 employees with a purposive sampling technique of 79 contract employees. Using path analysis, and the research results show that organizational commitment has a direct effect on motivation, compensation has a direct effect on motivation, organizational commitment has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior, compensation has no direct or indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior , motivation cannot mediate the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation can only mediate the effect of compensation on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords              : Organizational Commitment, compensation, motivation and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The effect is a norm leadership did someone by the people like giving something for the other people (Suranta in Regina 2010: 15). Sometimes the leader has a style to leadership which the different for one and the others. Leadership is a purpose for influence and direct behavior subordinate or other people for getting purpose by organization. The leaders who give good motivation and understand to subordinate will give a effect to their a jobs. Various the leadership of which is used in organization by leader and then can help get positive effect in a jobs for subordinate or subordinate performance especially, their will more motivation in perform a jobs and obligation agree with regulation and assignment for get point of view and mission organization. The data involve the use of research is data primer which getting by respondent used quesener of already experiment validity and reliability. Was 67 respondents choose was sample by subordinate Sub district office. The data analyze by analyses regrets double linear. Result by research was is leadership and motivation giving effect performance apparatus leader at sub district office at Sape-Bima of NTB. This case agree with the leaders character, like attitude, fair, giving suggestion or included, support for purpose, expression result, get positive condition, clearly for all the problem, can clearly the problem in organization, well a spirit for subordinate and appreciative. In addition motivation like filling for jobs, fair a wage, a good circle, appreciation for a jobs and leaders must be a good attitude. Key word: Leadership, Motivation and performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of the Village Office of Dau Subdistrict, Malang Regency. Data collection is done by the method of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all village office employees in Kec. Dau Kab. Malang, a total of 110 with samples using total sample techniques using the Slovin formula, so that the total obtained is 52 people. This study uses quantitative analysis. While the test equipment used is the instrument test, normality, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 16.0 program. the results of this study indicate that the instrument used is valid and reliable, also the data obtained is normally distributed using the One sample Kolmogrov Smirnov table value of 0.141. As well as free data from Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity. The multiple linear regression results show that the independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable, also supported by a significant partial test (t test) which is generated by 0.000 (X1), 0.041 (X2), 0.005 (X3) with a standard of significance 0, 05. thus indicating that good leadership, motivation in employees, a good work environment will affect the performance of employees at the Village office in Dau District, Malang Regency.  Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Motivasi Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Katryawan.
