Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is a country that has many advantages to increase economic growth, one of which is the tourism sector. The tourism sector is an industry that is growing rapidly in the middle of the times and has becomes of the largest and strongest industries in the world. This is because the industrial revolution 4.0 is the development of the internet which has an impact on easy access to information. This convenience creates a new lifestyle for people in seeking satisfaction in the tourism and culinary sectors. Where people will easily find the destination point tourism only with gedget and internet. Indonesia is an archipelago with different natural conditions and has the potential to become a tourist spot. One of them in Gresik Regency is the Selo Tirto Giri (SETIGI) tourist spot. Many local tourists and foreign tourists who come to visit to enjoy and seek inner satisfaction in SETIGI nature tourism. Tourist satisfaction is not only in the beauty of the tourist attractions, but is supported by the services and facilities available at these tourist attractions. This study examines the quality of service and facilities for tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, where data is obtained through distributing questionnaires to tourists and then processed with SPSS and analyzed by researchers. The results of the study indicate that service quality and tourist facilities simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction during the implementation of the  new normal (study on visitors to the Selo Tirto Giri (SETIGI) tourist spot, Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah district, Gresik).  Keywords: quality of servants, tourist facilities, visitor satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of green product, green price, green place, and purchase intention on purchasing decisions for Pepsodent products. The type of research used is descriptive using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Pepsodent consumer customers from Unisma Management Study Program students class of 2019 with a sample of 85 respondents. This study used a purposive sampling method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Green Product has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Green Price has no effect and is not significant on purchasing decisions. (3) Green place has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Buying interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Green Product, Green Price, Green place, Purchase Intention to Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for fragrant shoots (a case study on economics and business students in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang). The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study revealed 70 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, statistical test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variable used in this study is the dependent variable on purchasing decisions, and the independent variables are brand awareness and brand loyalty. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect. Partially, it is shown that the variables of Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable for the case study of fragrant shoots tea products for students of the economics and business faculty in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstractEvery company will always compete in seizing market share. For that theentrepreneurs must be good at influencing consumers to want to use the productsproduced by each company. To be able to do so requires good management,strategy and human resources within the company. A company has several goalsto be achieved, both short-term goals and long-term goals. In the short termusually to win the hearts of consumers especially for newly launched products.While in the long term done to maintain existing products in order to remainmarketable and can compete.This research was conducted at PT. Wahana Wirawan Indomobil NissanMalang. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence ofmarketing abauran consisting of product, price, promotion and place tosimultaneous increase of sales. This type of research is a quantitative research.Respondents in this study are consumers of PT. Wahana Wirawan IndomobilNissan Malang. Population in this research is consumer of PT. Wahana WirawanIndomobil Nissan Malang for one month, amounting to 300 consumers, thesample in this study using Slovin formula that amounted to 75 employees orrespondents. Data collection method used is to spread the questionnaire andinterview. The results showed that product, price, promotion, and place variablessimultaneously affect the sales of Nissan cars at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Influencer, Content Marketing and Customer Experience to Purchase Intention on Brand Roughneck 1991 variable for FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study were 90 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The variables used in this study are the Purchase Intention (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Influencer, Content Marketing and Customer Experience. The results of this study conclude that the variables of Influencer, Content Marketing and Customer Experience have an effect both simultaneously and partially on Purchase Intention. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to directly analyze product quality on customer loyalty, directly analyze service quality on customer loyalty, directly analyze customer satisfaction with customer loyalty and indirectly analyze product quality and service quality on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable to consumers Rei Adventure Store. This study uses a quantitative approach.Rei Adventure Store Dinoyo 5 months ago 450 research samples in this study were 82 consumers.With a purposive sampling technique sampling. Data analysis using Path analysis.by conducting an instrument test, a reliability test, a normality test, a hypothesis test, and a sobel test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between quality and service quality on satisfaction. There is a significant difference in service quality on loyalty. While product quality is considered insignificant on loyalty. Is a significant influence on satisfaction with loyalty. Satisfaction is not able to memdiasi influence of product quality and service quality on loyalty. Keywords: Product quality, service quality, satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

Abstract Based on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Price, Product Quality, Service Quality and Loaction on Purchase Decisions at AJ Coffee Sidayu’s Customers in Gresik city. The population in this study were the customers of Kedai AJ Coffe Sidayu totaling 110 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling where every customer in the population has the opportunity to be a sample. The analytical method used in thes research is multipe linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and f test. From this study, it was found that the price variable partially influences the  purchasing decision, but the product quality, service quality and location variables have no effecton purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the variables of price, product quality, service quality and location simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Service Quality, Location, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The rise of the cafe business in Malang city and huge potential market, requires businessman to create creativity for making their business look different so that it attracts consumer interest. The cafe owner have to know what the customer's needs and provide the satisfaction that expected by consumers so that consumers become loyal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable in customers of Cafe Terserah Kopi Malang. This type of research in this research is explanatory research through quantitative approach. The population in this reasearch were customers of Cafe Terserah Kopi Malang with total of sample is 96 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. In this research, using questionnaires and interviews for data collection methods. The data analysis method use path analysis. The results showed that service quality has a direct effect on satisfaction, price has a direct effect on satisfaction, service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty, price has a direct effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty, and service quality and price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keyword: Service Quality, Price, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability and leverage on simultaneously and partially on financial performance in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period, using purposive sampling method with data from 61 samples. to 26 because there were 35 samples that did not meet the sample selection criteria. This type of research is explanatory research. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method.The results of this study indicate that Corporate social responsibility (CSR), profitability (ROA) and Leverage (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. And partially Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has no significant effect on financial performance, while Profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) have a significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Financial Performance, Corporate social responsibility, profitability, leverage.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication skills, work experience, formal education and work discipline on employee performance. Knowing the effect of communication skills on employee performance. Knowing the effect of work experience on employee performance. Knowing the effect of formal education on employee performance. Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office.The population in this study were 92 employees of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office. While the sample in this study were 75 employees of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office as respondents. Data analysis methods in this study are validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study concluded that (1) communication skills has effect on employee performance (2) work experience has effect on employee performance (3) formal education has effect on employee performance (4) work discipline has effect on employee performance and (5) jointly shows that the variables of communication skills, work experience, formal education and work discipline has effect on employees performance of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office. Keywords : communication skills, work experience, formal education, work discipline, employee performance
