Abstract

ABSTRACConsumers buy products meet their wants and needs, but when the customer feels that their needs and desires have been met by the product offered by the company, it increases the intention of reprposing intention. In this study the variables used are products and prices. high prices will be much faster in earning profits, but here it will also be difficult to reach consumers. Research uses questionnaires which are distributed directly to the object of research, namely FEB students from Malang Islamic University who consume instant noodles. From a population of 3,040 students, only 97 students were taken to be used as samples which were tested using a partial test and a sobel test. From the results of this study, it is known that product quality and prices have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product quality and prices have a direct effect on buying interest, buying interest directly influences purchasing decisions, buying interest can mediate product quality variables on purchasing decisions, and buying interest can mediate the price variable on the purchase decision.Keywords:Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to find out and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on consumer purchasing decisions on Tokopedia e-commerce witth a casw study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019 who were selected by purposive sampling and determining the number of samples using the Malholtra formula. The number of samples used in this research were 65 respondents.  Data analysis methods used in this research are Validity test and Reliability test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity test and Heteroscedasticity test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results of the study state that brand image, product quality, and price simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions and partially brand image, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Consumer Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of of price, product quality and service quality on the buying interest of Geprek Kak Rose Tlogomas consumers. The dependent variable in this study is consumer buying interest, and there are 3 (three) independent variables namely price, product quality and service quality. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach method. This research data collection method using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 630 consumers of Geprek Kak Rose Tlogomas. The sampling technique was calculated using the slovin formula and a total sample of 86 respondents was obtained. This research data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS ver. software. 26.0. The results of the study show that price, product quality and service quality simultaneously affect consumer buying interest. Partially, prices affect consumer buying interest. Product quality affects consumer buying interest. Service quality affects consumer buying interest. From the results of testing the coefficient of determination of the independent variables Price, product quality, and service quality are able to explain the consumer buying interest variable, which is equal to 49.5%. While the other 50.5% is measured or influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as product attributes, customer satisfaction, brand preference, perceived value and physical environment. Keywords: Consumer Buying Interest, Price, Product Quality, Service Quality

Abstract

 Abstract In this day and age, traveling has become part of a lifestyle to reduce boredom and refresh the mind from daily routines. Affordable location, good service quality, adequate facilities and affordable prices are important factors in influencing the decision to visit. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of location, service quality, facilities and prices on visiting decisions. This research was conducted on Ledok Amprong tourists in Malang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling techniques. Determination of the number of samples as many as 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that location, service quality, facilities and price have a significant effect simultaneously on visiting decisions. Location, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, while facilities have a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to visit. The influence of location, service quality, facilities and price on visiting decisions shows a coefficient of determination of 41%. Keywords: Visiting Decision, Location, Quality of Service, Facilities and Price.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Word of Mouth, Price, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions (Studies on of Café Lelette Kopi Sigura-gura Sukun Malang). This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with a calculation of 90 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that word of mouth (X1), price (X2), and product quality (X3) simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Partial research results show that Word of Mouth (X1) and Price (X2) partially have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). While Product Quality (X3) is partially insignificant to Purchase Decision (Y). Keywords: Word of Mouth, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of the management, the population in this study were members of the Malang Student Association (IMADE), as many as 53 administrators with the determination of the sample using the saturated sampling formula so that 53 samples were obtained. The type of research used is aquantitative method with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary datausing a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument test:validity test and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of simultaneous research The results show that leadership style, commitment and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the management, from the results partially the leadership style variable has a positive effect on the performance of the management, the variable of organizational commitment does not have a positive effect on the performance of the management, and organizational culture does not have a positive effect on the performance of the management. Keywords: Management Performance, Leadership Style, Commitment and Organizational Culture.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions in e-commerce Shopee. This research used a case study of students at the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Malholtra formula and the results obtained were 90 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis test (F test and t test), and Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results of the study stated that price, product quality and brand image simultaneously had an effect on purchasing decisions and price had no partial effect on purchasing decisions while product quality and brand image had a partial positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, work environment and workload on work stress. This research uses a population and sample of PR DD Tajinan Malang employees, totaling 47 respondents. Questionnaires were used as a data collection method. The data analysis methods used in this research are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis test (F test and t test), and Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). The analysis process uses SPSS. The research results state that Emotional Intelligence, Work Environment, and Workload have a significant effect on Job Stress. Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Job Stress. The work environment has a significant effect on work stress. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of gold savings products, brand image and gold prices on consumer decisions at PT. Pawnshop in the Dieng Office of Malang City. This study used a quantitative type, data collection method using a questionnaire and a total sample of 95 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis method which was processed with the SPSS program. The tests used to analyze the data are the research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), the normality test, the traditional assumption tests (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests), the test for multiple linear regression, the hypothesis tests (simultaneous test and partial test), and the adjusted R-square test of the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of gold savings products, brand image and gold prices on customer decisions of PT. Pegadaian an important value of 0.000 < 0.05. A significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 is associated with the gold savings product variable, a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 is associated with the brand image variable, and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 is associated with the gold price variable for pawn shop customers. Keywords : Gold Savings Products, Brand Image, Gold Prices And Customer Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract In thee current era of globalization, instant and practical lifestyles are developing that affect most people in the world. Entrepreneurs introduce their businesses such as businesses in the fast food or fast food sector. Fast-food or fastfood is type offood thatis easy-topackage, easyto-serve, practiccal, prepared in-simpleway and ready to eat in a relatively quick time. This type of food is generallypopular because the-price relativelycheap, tastesgood, aand is practically-easy to carryanywhere. . The aim of this research is todetermine andanalyze theinfluence of promotions, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for McDonald's productss. This study involved 2019 students from Malang Islamic University Faculty of Economics  who bought McDonald's products, but the number is unknown. The approach method uses the non-probability sampling technique, or purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria with a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents and  SPSS analysis. The results of this study show that sales promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Product Quality, Price, and Purchase Decision.
