Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, location, price and promotion on the return of Kak Rose's Geprek Chicken (Case Study of FEB Unisma Students Batch 2018). The variables used in this study are. Repurchase variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are service quality, location, price and promotion.The results of this study partially conclude that the variables of service quality, location, price and promotion have a significant influence on repurchase and simultaneously conclude that there is a significant influence between service quality, location, price and promotion variables on repeat purchases.Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Price, Promotion, Repeat Purchase

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was to analyze: 1) The direct impact of Entrepreneurship Education on Self Efficacy, 2) The direct impact of Achievement Motivation on Self Efficacy, 3) The direct impact of Socio-Economic Status of Parents on Self Efficacy, 4) The direct impact of Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest, 5) Indirect impact of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self Efficacy as an intervening variable, 6) Indirect impact of Achievement Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self Efficacy as an intervening variable, 7) Indirect impact of Socio-Economic Status of Parents on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self Efficacy as an intervening variable.The sample in this study used the entire population, namely S1 Management students of the Faculty of Economic and Business, who were taking advanced entrepreneurship courses, totaling 92. The results of this study showed: 1) Entrepreneurship Education has not direct impact on Self Efficacy, 2) Motivation Achievement has a direct impact on Self Efficacy, 3) Socio-Economic Status of Parents has not direct impact on Self Efficacy, 4) Self Efficacy has a direct impact on Entrepreneurial Interest, 5) Entrepreneurship Education has not indirect impact on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self Efficacy as an intervening variable, 6) Achievement Motivation has a indirect impact on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self Efficacy as an intervening variable, 7) Socio-Economic Status of Parents has not indirect impact on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self Efficacy as an intervening variable.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Achievement Motivation, Socio-Economic Status of Parents, Self Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

    AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the variables of the Covid-19 Disaster and Social Distancing on Changes in Consumer Behavior in consumers of the rambak cracker industry in Mojokerto simultaneously and partially. This research uses explanatory research with descriptive and quantitative approaches. The population in this study were consumers of the Cow Jaya rambak cracker industry located in Hamlet Kauman, Bangsal Village Rt 06/15 Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling which was assisted by the Slovin formula, so a sample of  52 respondents was obtained. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. The survey method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the Covid-19 Disaster and Social Restrictions simultaneously had a significant effect on changes in consumer behavior. And the Covid-19 Disaster variable partially has no significant effect on changes in consumer behavior. Social Restrictions Variable has a partially significant effect on Changes in Consumer Behavior. Keywords: Covid-19 Disaster, Social Distancing, Changes in Consumer Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in maintaining business at the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop during the COVID-19 pandemic using a marketing mix strategy that can be applied to business actors. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data set out in words. Sources of data in this study using data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop to conduct personal interviews with the owner, Mr. Sudarmono. Equipped with sales data for the past few years. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy applied to the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop is the Marketing Mix (Product, Promotion, Price, and Place). Product strategy in the form of innovation of bougainvillea cuttings, skull cuttings, and rose cuttings. The Price Strategy is that every purchase of a bouquet gets a bonus mask, and the Place Strategy a comfortable and cool atmosphere because it is naturally planted with many trees. Promotion strategies are in the form of price discounts, banners, social media, although they cannot be implemented optimally due to the lack of community digital levels. Then, the business solution at the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop in dealing with COVID-19 is to maintain cash flow, product innovation and maximize social media Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193 Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, price and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are promotion, price and product quality, the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were consumers of Apple HP products. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, path analysis, f test and t test of determination using IBM SPSS computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that promotion, price and product quality have a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract At this time, the competition faced by a company is getting tougher. Management within the company is required to be more careful in determining its business strategy, not only that, but company management is also expected to increase sales. Because the competition is getting tougher. be a challenge or a threat to business people. Like during this Pandemic, almost the entire world was affected by significant losses, with a decline in the world economy, and an increase in basic prices in various countries, including Indonesia, which is currently facing a critical period from the impact of Covid-19. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is quite high, for companies that do not call for government regulations, companies are threatened with being closed until legal procedures are revoked. This caused a lot of companies to go out of business because they could not comply with the applicable procedures. As well as the decline in purchases of a company's product. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Price Discount simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Covid-19 pandemic era in Malang Coffee turbo, and the partial influence of Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Price Discount on purchasing decisions at the Covid pandemic era. -19 on the poor Coffee starbuck. This research is an explanatory study (expanatory record) with a quantitative approach. In this study, the sample used was 100 respondents who visited and bought Starbucks products. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Price Discount variables on the purchasing decision of Starbuck Coffee Malang on consumers of Starbuck Coffee Malang. Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on employees of the UPT Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Tumpang. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The target population in this study were UPT Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Tumpang, amounting to 51 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Data collection methods used are by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the variables of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. This can be proven by the magnitude of the F value of 0,000 (0,000 < 0.05). The work environment partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.002. Work motivation partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.020. Abstract

Abstract Based on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Café Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Diversity on Consumer Loyalty at Om Ayam Sambal Ijo. The sample in this study were 88 customers of Om Ayam Sambal Ijo. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling where every customer who has made a repeat purchase has the opportunity to be a sample. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using F test and t test. From this study, it was found that partially and simultaneously the variables of cafe atmosphere, service quality, product diversity had an effect to consumer loyalty. Keywords: Café Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Diversity, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image and E-Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace. The population in this study were 2018 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, who had made purchases on the Tokopedia marketplace. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is Brand Image with E-Service Quality and the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 14. The results of this study simultaneously show that Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, E-Service Quality, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

AbstractIn the era of globalization, the economic growth of Malang City continues to grow, and various sizes and types of industries have supported the economy of Malang City with all the dynamics that are sustainable, one of which is coffee shop. This research aims to find out the competitive business strategies applied by Aromatic Coffee and Roastery Malang to maintain business existence in the face of the rise of coffee shops in Malang City.In this study, primary data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews to informants in this study, namely Owners, Employees and Customers. While secondary data is obtained through literature studies, research journals, overview of Aromatic Coffee and Roastery Malang. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical methods used are SWOT Analysis, IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT Matrix.The results of the IFE and EFE matrix show the position of the company quadrant is in Quadrant I. This position shows that profitability is very high, the company has the opportunity and strength to take advantage of existing association opportunities. The recommended strategy is Progressive which means the organization is in ideal and consistent circumstances, and is very likely to continue development, growth, and maximum progress. Keywords: Competing Strategies, SWOT Analysis, Coffee Shop
