Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivas dan Etos Kerja terhadap kualitas kerja kayarawan PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandiri Bogor. Dengan metode penelitian berupa pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sensus yaitu keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel (responden) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 17 for windows. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh koefisien untuk variabel motivasi sebesar 0,530 ; untuk variabel etos kerja sebesar 0,471 ; dengan konstanta sebesar -1,898 sehingga model persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: Y = - 1,989 + 0,530X1 + 0,471X2. Sedangkan hasil motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.210 dan p value (Sig) sebesar 0.000 yang di atas alpha 5%. Artinya bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandiri. Sehingga hasil hipotesis 1 di terima. Sedangkan pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai t hitung 0,471 dan p value (Sig) sebesar 0.064 yang di bawah alpha 5%. Artinya bahwa etos kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandiri. Sehingga hasil hipotesis 2 di tolak. Pada penelitian ini maka variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kualitas karyawan adalah variabel motivasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix on the “Yuk Gi Nyelik Pasien” program on the level of satisfaction and public trust in the Regional Government of East Belitung Regency. Marketing mix in this context includes product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The research method used is multiple regression to process data obtained from a survey of East Belitung people who enjoy the program. The results showed that through the approach of the components of the Marketing Mix in Local Government Policy simultaneously had a significant influence on public satisfaction and trust in the Local Government. Partially, each component of the marketing mix also shows a varying influence on the dependent variable. This study concludes that through the marketing mix approach in the “Yuk Gi Nyelik Pasien” program can increase public satisfaction and trust in the Regional Government of East Belitung Regency with a very significant and simultaneous effect. Marketing Mix Government Policy Yuk Gi Nyelik Pasien Program has a stronger influence on Public Trust than Public Satisfaction. The practical implication of this research is the need for the East Belitung Regency Government to take a Marketing Mix approach in running local government programs so as to provide public satisfaction and trust and strengthen the relationship between the Local Government and the community and improve public services.

Abstract

In research entitled the influence of Job Training and Job Stress on employee performance, the number of samples taken was 53 PT respondents. Muhyi Bazana Putra, Depok City. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument distributed to employees processed using the SPSS version 25 application. This research was carried out at PT. Muhyi Bazana Putra, Depok City. The variables Job Training (X1) and Job Stress (X2) on employee performance (Y) are processed using correlation analysis, regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the Job Training variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y), the Job Stress variable (X2) has a significant and negative effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously Job Training (X1) and Job Stress (X2) have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Muhyi Bazana Putra, Depok City.

Abstract

The title of this research is "The Influence of Employees work discipline and stress". This research purpose is to know how far the Influences can influence the employee work discipline and stress in PT.KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta.The object of this research is PT.KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. This research primary uses work descipline and stress as an independent variable and the the employees work as a dependent variable. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of work discipline and stress of employees. This research concern n 133 employees of PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The data used in this research analyze into several measurement. The measurement are the validity, reliability, the correlation, regression, determination coefficient, and hypothesis in SPSS 18.0 application.The result of data analysis using SPSS 18.0 show there is no significant influence between worm discipline and stress of PT.KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The result show 0,184 interval (0,00-0,199). Based on the result, the relation between work discipline variable (X1) and work stress (X2) to employees work (Y) is very low. Whereas, the r point is 0,016 (1,6 %). So, if there is an analysis all the time using F test, F 1,920 < F table 3,08. Ho is accepted ( Ha is rejected). The conclusion of this research, there is no significant influence between work disciplime and work stress of employees work in PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang berorintas kepada pasar harus memikirkan bagaimana cara mempengaruhi calon konsumen, khususnya pembeli potensial agar bersedia membeli produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Untuk dapat bertahan dalam keadaan yang peka terhadap perubahan yang penuh persaingan saat ini, sebuah perusahaan pertama-tama harus menentukan strategi yang dapat menarik calon konsumen agar tertarik terhadap produk perusahaan yang selanjutnya konsumen akan membeli produk tersebut. untuk melakukan semua kegiatan operasional perusahaan, maka diperlukannya keberadaan sumberdaya manusia. Sumberdaya manusia merupakan salah satu paktor produksi dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan.Dalam hal ini di perlukan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana mengarahkan para karyawan dengan baik agar mau bekerja dengan secara maksimal mungkin. Abstract

Elemen-elemen yang paling penting dalam suatu organisasi salah satunya adalah sumber daya manusia. Elemen yang lainnya adalah modal, bahan, mesin dan metode yang harus dikelola dengan cermat karena sumber daya tersebut tidaklah tersedia secara berlimpah. Semua elemen di atas apapun ukuran, fungsi ataupun tujuannya dikelola dengan dan melalui manusia.Salah satu faktor yang mendorong karyawan bekerja dengan baik pada perusahaan adalah karena adanya pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai. Melalui pemberian kompensasi diharapkan agar karyawan dapat ikut serta meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja disebabkan oleh dua faktor yaitu manusia dan lingkungan. Faktor manusia yaitu tindakan tidak aman dari manusia seperti sengaja melanggar peraturan keselamatan kerja yang di wajibkan, kurang terampilnya pekerja itu sendiri. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan yaitu keadaan tidak aman dari lingkungan kerja yang menyangkut antara lain peralatan atau mesin-mesin, tetapi frekuensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja lebih banyak terjadi karena faktor manusia, karena manusia yang paling banyak berperan dalam menggunakan peralatan di perusahaan. Perusahaan perlu melaksanakan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang diharapkan dapat menurunkan tingkat kecelakaan kerja, dan pada akhirnya akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Pelaksanaan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) perlu dan sangat penting, karena membantu terwujudnya pemeliharaan karyawan yang baik, sehingga mereka menyadari arti penting dari pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi dirinya maupun perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and the work environment on employee performance. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 employees at the Bogor City Regional General Hospital, processed using the SPSS 25 application with the Spearman rank analysis method showing that the relationship between the two variables, namely organizational culture and employee performance, has a relationship that destroys the numbers with a significance of 0.001 which is less. of 0.05 To see the correlation between the two variables, look at the number 0.696 which means "strong relationship". It is known that the relationship between the two variables, namely organizational culture and employee performance, has a bad relationship with a significance figure of 0.001 which is less than 0.05 with the number of samples (N) used being 93 respondents. To see the correlation between the two variables, look at the number 0.382 which means "sufficient relationship", so the correlation between the two variables is significant. In the hypothesis test, the product moment correlation r calculated>r table with 0.734>0.2039 means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance has a significant and positive relationship. Meanwhile, the results of the correlation hypothesis test produce rcount>r table with 0.441>0.2039, meaning that the relationship between the work environment and employee performance has a significant and positive relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to find out "Human Resource Development Strategies for Teachers and Students at the Daarul Uluum Islamic Boarding School Campus 2 Nagrak". This research is a type of qualitative research. This research method is used by means of observation, interviews and documentation of the research object in a scientific and natural manner. The results of the study show that in the Daarul Uluum Islamic Boarding School Campus 2 Nagrak, the use of transformational and democratic leadership styles dominates in an effort to motivate and inspire students based on Islamic values. Teachers use a variety of teaching methods and disciplinary approaches to create an effective learning environment. The ongoing teacher training program aims to improve pedagogical abilities and character, while students are encouraged to develop leadership through a variety of extracurricular and organizational activities. Character education, discipline and creativity development are the main focus in shaping independence and leadership qualities in students. The teaching method involves mentoring, classes, and lectures, with the teacher as the main role model. Student motivation is enhanced through positive interaction, rewards and effective communication. Discipline is carried out through attendance and time management, while the recruitment of educators emphasizes the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH and academic qualifications. In addition, the placement of teachers is adjusted to the needs of Islamic boarding schools. And entrepreneurship programs are also held for students, practicing practical skills such as handicrafts and cooking.
