Abstract

Sampah plastik menjadi salah satu perhatian banyak orang karena jumlahnya semakin meningkat seiring dengan konsumsi masyarakat, belum lagi permasalahan berapa lama produk ini dapat terurai. Jika sampah plastik ini diolah tidak lagi menjadi produk sekali pakai, hal ini dapat menjadi solusi pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik dan juga memberikan nilai tambah bagi produk olahan tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini untuk mensosialisasikan daur ulang sampah, pengelolaan dan potensinya pada menjaga ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Metodologi dalam kegiatan ini mempunyai dua metode, yang pertama adalah pelatihan pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai tambah, dan kemudian sosialisasi bagaimana hasil pengolahannya dapat menjadi produk yang bernilai tambah. Hasilnya orang tua SPS PAUD Kelurahan Kedung Waringin Bogor antusias mengikuti pelatihan dan sosialisasi pengolahan sampah plastik, dilihat dari pertanyaan yang muncul, tindak lanjut hingga akhir dan hasil dari produk yang mereka buat. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah plastik diperlukan bagi orang tua sebagai motivasi menjaga lingkungan, serta inspirasi untuk menghasilkan produk yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

The transition to a green economy puts significant pressure on the cold supply chain industry, which is inherently energy-intensive. The integration of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is thought to be a strategic solution, but quantitative empirical evidence on its impact on sustainability performance and operational competitiveness in the context of cold chain in Indonesia is still limited. Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of the implementation of GSCM practices on sustainability performance (triple bottom line) and operational competitiveness in the cold supply chain of PT. Cimory and its network of logistics partners. Method: Explanatory quantitative research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 150 managerial respondents from PT. Cimory and its main logistics partners. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the relationships between variables. Findings: The results of the study prove that the implementation of GSCM practices has a positive and significant effect directly on improving sustainability performance (β=0.487; p<0.001) and operational competitiveness (β=0.352; p<0.01). The novel findings reveal that sustainability performance plays a role as a partial mediator that strengthens the influence of GSCM on operational competitiveness. Newness: This study contributes contextual quantitative evidence of integrated cold chain networks in the Indonesian perishable products industry, as well as clarifies the mediation mechanisms among key variables

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Antam Tbk (UIBPEI) Pongkor. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 46 PT employees. Antam Tbk (UIBPEI) Pongkor, which was then processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.389, T-statistics 3.442 > 1.96, and P-value 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work discipline on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.602, T-statistics 5.503 > 1.96, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on work discipline with an original sample value of 0.841, T-statistics 6.757, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and work discipline. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation through work discipline on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.506, T-statistics 4.194 > 1.96, and P-value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation through work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama totaled 50 people, the samples used were 44 people taken using the slovin formula with a precision level of 5%. Data analysis methods used in this study include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and t and F hypothesis tests processed using the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between training and work discipline on employee performance. The results of the effect of training on employee performance obtained a calculated t value of 6.503 > t table 2.020 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be stated that there is a partial significant influence between training on employee performance, the results of the influence of work discipline on employee performance obtained a calculated t value of 5.550 > ttable 2.020 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be stated that there is a partial significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, the results of the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance obtained a calculated F value of 24.829 > Ftable 3.22 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.5 so that it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between training and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Vallian Lestari Bersama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the variables of compensation and work discipline have on employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 42 employees of PT. Canopus Konverta Industry in Sukahati Bogor Regency, processed with the Smart PLS 4.0 application with the SEM (structural equation modeling) analysis method. The results obtained from the effect of compensation on employee performance: significance with P values = 0.008 less than 0.05 with a hypothesis T value of 2.664 greater than 1.96 and (O = 0.292) means that there is a significant influence between compensation variables on employee performance. Work discipline on employee performance: significance with a value (O) = 0.675 and significant, with a P value = 0.000 less than 0.05, and a calculated T value of 6.223 greater than 1.96, which means that there is a significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance. The results obtained from the effect of the compensation variable on work discipline: significance with a P value = 0.000 less than 0.05, with a hypothesis T value of 11.752 greater than 1.96 and (O = 0.900), meaning that there is a significant influence between the compensation variables on work discipline variables. The results of the analysis of the compensation path through work discipline on employee performance: significance with a value where the calculated T value is 5.472 greater than 1.96, with a P value of 0.000 less than 0.05, and a value (O = 0.608), meaning that it shows the strength of influence and the nature of the relationship of exogenous to endogenous variables through work discipline are stated to be moderate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on the performance of PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were employees of PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi. The analysis used is quantitative technique using saturated sampling technique with a population of 40 respondents. This research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, f tests. The results of the analysis show that recruitment and job placement have a significant effect on employee performance with the results of multiple regression analysis tests. The results of the recruitment t test obtained the results of the t test < t table (0.936 < 2.026) means Ho1 is accepted Ha1 is rejected, the job placement t test obtained the results (12.800> 2.026) means Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test results are (351.657> 3.252) meaning Ho3 is rejected Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of this data, it can be concluded that recruitment and job placement affect the performance of employees of PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi.

Abstract

This study discusses how incentives, work motivation affect employee performance in Cigudeg District. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee performance in Cigudeg District. The sampling technique used a questionnaire technique with a total of 50 respondents who were employees of Cigudeg District. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.4 with the SEM (Structural Equatoin Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
