Abstract

Kepemimpinan mempunyai peranan sentral dalam kehidupan organisasi maupun kelompok. Untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, manusia di dalam organisasi perlu membina kebersamaan dengan mengikuti pengendalian dari pemimpinnya. Dengan pengendalian tersebut, perbedaan keinginan, kehendak, kemauan, perasaan, kebutuhan dan lain-lain dipertemukan untuk digerakkan ke arah yang sama. Dengan demikian berarti di dalam setiap organisasi perbedaan individual dimanfaatkan untuk mencapai tujuan yang sama sebagai kegiatan kepemimpinan.Pemimpin adalah panutan dalam organisasi, oleh karena itu perubahan harus dimulai dari tingkat yang paling atas yaitu pemimpin itu sendiri. Maka dari itu, organisai memerlukan pemimpin reformis yang mampu menjadi motor penggerak yang mendorong perubahan organisasi. Budaya organisasi merupakan pola, norma, keyakinan,dan nilai-nilai yang berlaku dalam suatu perusahaan. Pola, norma, keyakinan dan nilai tersebut dapat mempengaruhi tindakan atau perilaku sumber daya manusia atau karyawan yang ada dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan sehingga berimplikasi terhadap kinarja karyawan yang ada dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan.Dan untuk melihat hal tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan Hasil analisis regresi menghasilkan Persamaan Y = 23,201 + 0,112 X1 + 0,125 X2, dan Uji F analisis simultan dengan F-hitung = 1,606 < F-tabel = 3,13 , maka Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh dari Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pada penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sejahtera Tridaya Prima, dengan jumlah sampel yang berjumlah 68 orang responden PT. Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan instrumen penelitian kuisioner yang disebar kepada karyawan di olah dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di PT. Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. Variabel Pelatihan (X1) dan Pengembangan Karir (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) diolah dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi, analisis regresi, uji t, uji f, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari variabel Pelatihan (X1) menunjukan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), variabel Pengembangan Karir X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Secara simultan Pelatihan (X1) dan Pengembangan Karir (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Sejahtera Tridaya Prima

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Training and Competency affect employee performance at the DGT West Java Regional Office III. In this study, a quantitative method was used with sample determination using the slovin formula which means using random sampling techniques. Data was obtained through a questionnaire with the Likert Scale, a sample of 109 employees of the DGT West Java Regional Office III was obtained. The data analysis techniques used in statistical test analysis are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (t), Hypothesis Test (f), and Determination Coefficient Test using the help of the SPSS application program version 26. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that Training and Competency have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance at the DGT West Java III Regional Office.

Abstract

In research with the title of the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance, with the number of samples taken totalling 68 respondents of PT Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument distributed to employees processed using SPSS Version 26. This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. Work Environment Variables (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) are processed using correlation analysis, regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y), the work discipline variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y) of PT Sejahtera Tridaya Prima

Abstract

By analyzing the growth of dairy cattle farming enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic with online courier partnerships, this service activity seeks to provide business aid through partnerships. The study was carried out at the Bogor district's kp. Bojong sempu using a qualitative methodology. A straightforward strategy for gathering data was used to interview and observe dairy milk MSME firm owners. Business actors, particularly dairy milk enterprises in kp. Bojong sempu, must be ready to face marketing challenges given the current state of the COVID-19 epidemic. Collaboration with dairy milk MSMEs through alliances with online couriers is one approach that might be taken. assistance in establishing dairy farming enterprises Using the available resources, dairy MSMEs in Bojong Sempu Village must increase production capacity while preserving and improving the quality of fresh milk. This includes marketing and distribution of products that must be sent more quickly without compromising the advantages and quality of products made from fresh cow's milk that consumers receive.

Abstract

Diversity of innovation is produced by business owners thanks to creativity, planning and the spirit of innovation. Having a strategy in developing competitiveness is a manifestation of the spirit of innovation. If business owners do not have the spirit of innovation in their business, then the business carried out will be fixated on old strategies. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between information technology and innovations made by the Dawoon Tea business in Bogor Regency on competitiveness. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research data was sourced from the responses of 70 respondents through the instrument of the proposed questionnaire statement. The collected data was then analyzed with normality test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The result of this research is that information technology and innovation partially and simultaneously affect the competitiveness of Dawoon Tea Business.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance in Leuwiliang and Leuwisadeng District offices, Bogor Regency, the sample used in this study is all employees totaling 57 employees, on a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The methods used in this study used data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test with the SPSS 26 program. Based on the results of the desciptive analysis on the distribution of respondents’ answer, it was shown that the compensation was in the good category with an average percentage score of 79.38%. The test results partially showed that compensation had a positive an significant effect on employee performance with a tcount > ttable value (5.423 > 2.005) and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05. So Ho1 is rejected and Hal is accepted. Motivation showed an average percentage score of 80.73% in the very good category. The results of partially showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a tcount value of tcount > ttable (6.799 > 2.005) and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05. So Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. Employee performance showed and average percentage score of 79.89% in the good category. The results of the simultaneous test showed that compensation and motivation had an effect on employee performance with a value of fcountl > ftable (29.337 > 3.17) and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05. It can then be concluded that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

Examining how factors like school climate and intrinsic motivation affect educators' productivity at Mi Al-Husna Ciledug is the primary goal of this research. Incorporating a descriptive approach into the quantitative methodology, the study utilized a saturated sample technique to recruit 61 educators for the sample. Multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the data received from the surveys. The study found that teachers' performance is positively and significantly impacted by their work environment and work motivation, and that these factors act in tandem. Schools should therefore ensure that teachers are working in an ideal setting and that they are adequately motivated to do their jobs well

Abstract

This research project is titled "The Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency," and it has the following research objectives: 1) to determine whether the work environment affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; 2) to determine whether organizational culture affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; and 3) to determine whether the work environment and organizational culture together affect teacher performance. An technique known as quantitative descriptive research is used for this study, with the sample size being set at 55 people drawn from Budiniah Vocational School in the Bogor Regency. At Budiniah Vocational High School in the Bogor Regency, both the work environment and the organizational culture have a significant impact on the performance of the teachers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how far between workload and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study was 53 employee respondents in Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. The method used is to spread the questionnaire form to the respondents and the data is processed using a computer application. This research was conducted in Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. Workload and Work Discipline Variables on Employee Performance The results of validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, inferential statistics, determination, t test, f test. The results of this study show that partially the workload variable (X1) has a significant effect on variable ( Y) Employee performance in Dramaga District, Bogor Regency with t Count > t Table 3,439 > t table 2.008 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and Partially the variable Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the District Dramaga Bogor Regency with a t count 3,295 > t table > t tabble 2.008 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05 Simultaneously, the Workload Variable (X1) and Work Discipline Variable (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance Variables (Y ) In Dramaga District, Bogor Regency, with f count > f table = 10,253 > F table 2.79 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
