Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of employees hybrid skills on organizational performance. This research is a causality study, which aims to analyze the relationship and influence (cause-effect) of two or more phenomena, through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique uses was census sampling method that involve 175 respondents taken entirely in the population. The data collection method used was questionnaire with it scored using linkert scale method. Data analysis is carried out through SEM Analysis. Through the Hypothesis test in this study it was proved that there is a significant and positive influence between employee hybrid skills on organizational performance. There is a significant and positive influence between the length of work of employees on organizational performance. There is a significant and positive influence between employee education on organizational performance Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh hybrid skills karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh (sebab-akibat) dari dua atau lebih fenomena (Sekaran 1992), melalui pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus sampling dari 175 responden yang diambil seluruhnya pada populasi. Adapun metode pengumpulan data digunakan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian jawaban dari responden di skor dengan menggunakan skala linkert. Setelah dilakukan uji dengan statistik menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) maka diperoleh hasil bahwa semua variabel yang diujikan positif. Melalui uji Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dibuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara hybrid skills karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Abstract

This study examines the effect of ethical leadership on organizational performance moderated by the COVID-19 pandemic. It seems that the COVID-19 pandemic has an important moderating role in the role of the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational performance. According to theory, organizational performance is influenced by the attitudes and decisions made by an ethical leader.The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence ethical leadership has on organizational performance. The variables studied were the independent variable ethical leadership and the dependent variable was organizational performance with the Covid-19 pandemic as a moderating variable. The research data were obtained from Wood Industri PT. Phoenix Agung Pratama (PAP) who is domiciled in Wonosobo District, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java Province. Withdrawal of samples from the population using the census sampling method. The data were collected using a survey method, namely the questionnaire was delivered and taken directly to the research object. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test by checking the independent variables, moderating variables and dependent variables.From the research that has been done, it is found that ethical leadership antecedents affect organizational performance at PT. PAP. Ethical leadership antecedents affect the organizational performance of the Covid-19 pandemic as a moderating variable at PT. PAP. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, human resource competence and the position of product innovation as a mediating variable on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Wonosobo Regency. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The population in this research is MSME actors in Wonosobo Regency with a total of 60,480 units sourced from LKPJ Wonosobo Regency in 2019. The sampling method in this research is random sampling and uses the slovin formula so that in the research 100 MSME industries are taken in Wonosobo Regency. Based on the research results, it was found that 1) there is a positive influence of financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Wonosobo Regency; 2) there is a positive influence of human resource competence on the performance of MSMEs in Wonosobo Regency; 3) product innovation mediates the bond between financial literacy and human resource competence. on the performance of SMEs in Wonosobo Regency.
