Abstract

In 2022, it will be a period of sustainable economic recovery in all sectors after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The state revenue and expenditure budget are the primary and leading instrument in growing the national economy that is timely, effective, and on target. The government has set a village fund ceiling of IDR 68 trillion. The village funds are distributed to 74,960 villages spread across 434 districts/cities throughout Indonesia. The realization of the distribution of transfers to regions and village funds in South Sulawesi until August 2022 reached IDR 19.23 trillion or 55.26% of the ceiling of IDR 29.22 trillion. The most significant contribution lies in the general allocation fund, which is IDR 12.96 trillion. This figure is even higher than the previous year's period which reached IDR 12.84 trillion. In the total budget provided, each village receives an average of IDR 907.1 million. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has hit the economy in the last 2 years, has forced the government through state revenue and spending budget instruments to work hard to overcome the impact caused by the pandemic. This can be seen from the policy of transferring funds to the regions and village funds for 2022 which are directed at supporting social protection programs for the poorest and most vulnerable people. The nation's economic recovery must rely on community empowerment in the community-based economy. South Sulawesi Province has 21 Regency and 3 Cities, 307 Sub-districts, and 2,255 villages. South Sulawesi's economy in the second quarter of 2022 continued its positive performance with increased growth compared to the previous quarter. South Sulawesi's economy recorded growth of 5.18%, higher than the previous quarter which grew 4.28%. Residents of rural communities in South Sulawesi Province have dominant livelihoods in the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries sectors (. In villages where the main income of most the population is agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, 64% of the villages have rice as the subsector commodity. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan swasta. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan asosiatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 85 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 melalui uji t dan uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan nilai thitung (7,483) > ttabel (0,806) dan signifikansi 0,003. Demikian pula, variabel Disiplin Kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai thitung (8,363) > ttabel (0,806) dan signifikansi 0,002. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung (91,104) > Ftabel (0,806). Temuan ini memperkuat hasil penelitian sebelumnya bahwa Kompensasi yang layak serta tingkat Disiplin Kerja yang tinggi berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Manajemen perusahaan disarankan untuk merancang kebijakan yang seimbang antara pemberian kompensasi yang adil dan pembinaan disiplin kerja yang berkelanjutan guna mencapai kinerja organisasi yang optimal dan berkelanjutan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. This study aims to analyze the influence of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity in a private company. A quantitative method was employed in this research using an associative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 85 respondents who were permanent employees of the company. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25.0 through t-test and F-test to examine the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results indicate that the Compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity with a t-value (7.483) > t-table (0.806) and a significance level of 0.003. Similarly, the Work Discipline variable shows a positive and significant effect with a t-value (8.363) > t-table (0.806) and a significance level of 0.002. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect Employee Productivity with an F-value (91.104) > F-table (0.806). These findings reinforce previous studies indicating that appropriate Compensation and a high level of Work Discipline contribute significantly to enhancing workforce productivity. Company management is advised to design balanced policies between fair compensation and continuous work discipline development to achieve optimal and sustainable organizational performance. The practical implication of this research highlights the importance of comprehensive human resource management to enhance long-term corporate competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, karakteristik individu, dan job description terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Hadji Kalla Cabang Bulukumba. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan demi mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja fisik, karakteristik individu, dan job description berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja fisik yang nyaman, karakteristik individu yang kuat, dan kejelasan deskripsi pekerjaan terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperkaya kajian terkait faktor-faktor determinan kinerja karyawan dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja. Temuan ini juga membuka ruang bagi penelitian lanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang berpotensi memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam konteks organisasi serupa. This study aims to analyze the influence of physical work environment, individual characteristics, and job description on employee performance at PT Hadji Kalla Bulukumba Branch. The background of this research stems from the importance of human resource management in improving employee performance to support the achievement of company goals. This study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that partially, the variables of physical work environment, individual characteristics, and job description have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also demonstrate a positive and significant influence. A comfortable physical work environment, strong individual characteristics, and clear job descriptions have been proven to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency. This research contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on the determinants of employee performance and provides practical implications for company management in formulating performance improvement strategies. These findings also open opportunities for future research by considering other variables that may affect employee performance within similar organizational contexts.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas produk dan customer relationhip management berpengaruh kepuasan peserta, serta apakah kualitas pelayanan memperkuat pengaruh kualitas produk dan customer relationship management terhadap kualitas peserta di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Wajo. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan customer relationship management terhadap kepuaan peserta, serta menganalisis kualitas layanan memoderasi pengaruh kualitas produk dan customer relationship management terhadap kepuasan peserta di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Wajo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi liniear berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa kualitas produk dan customer relationship management berpengaruh siginifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan peserta. Hasil uji moderasi diperoleh temuan bahwa kualitas layanan memoderasi dan memperkuat pengaruh kualitas produk dan customer relationship management terhadap kepuasan peserta pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Wajo. The problem in this study is whether product quality and customer relationship management affect participant satisfaction, and whether service quality strengthens the influence of product quality and customer relationship management on participant quality at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wajo Branch. To answer the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of product quality and customer relationship management on participant satisfaction, and to analyze service quality moderating the influence of product quality and customer relationship management on participant satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wajo Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection through observation and questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis methods and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS Version 23. The results of the study found that product quality and customer relationship management have a significant and positive effect on participant satisfaction. The results of the moderation test obtained findings that service quality moderates and strengthens the influence of product quality and customer relationship management on participant satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wajo Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme kerja, yang meliputi kreativitas, inovasi, dan responsivitas, terhadap kinerja anggota di Kantor Polres Jeneponto. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei kepada 50 anggota dari total 52 anggota selama dua bulan, yakni Juni hingga Juli 2024. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja anggota. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa tingkat profesionalisme yang tinggi berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja individu di institusi kepolisian. This study aims to analyze the effect of work professionalism, which includes creativity, innovation, and responsiveness, on the performance of members at Jeneponto Resort Police Office. The method employed is a quantitative approach, collecting data through a survey of 50 members from a total of 52 members over two months, from June to July 2024. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0. The research findings indicate that planning, organizing, and leadership have a direct impact on member performance. These findings suggest that a high level of professionalism contributes to the improvement of individual performance within police institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh tunjangan remunerasi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta bagaimana motivasi kerja berperan sebagai variabel moderasi pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Sulawesi dan Maluku. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dari 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan remunerasi dan penempatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, motivasi kerja dapat memperkuat pengaruh tunjangan remunerasi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui pengelolaan tunjangan dan penempatan kerja yang tepat. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of remuneration allowances and job placement on employee performance, as well as how work motivation acts as a moderating variable at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Offices in the Sulawesi and Maluku Regions. The method used is quantitative research with a survey approach. Data collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires from 80 respondents. The results reveal that remuneration allowances and job placement have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation can strengthen the influence of both remuneration allowances and job placement on employee performance. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for organizations in improving employee performance through effective management of allowances and job placements.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program pengembangan klaster ketahanan pangan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petani bawang merah di Kabupaten Enrekang, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari petani bawang merah yang mengikuti dan tidak mengikuti program klaster ketahanan pangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan survei lapangan, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis keuntungan dan perbandingan (komparatif) antara kelompok petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan pada petani yang mengikuti program klaster dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mengikuti program. Peningkatan keuntungan mencapai rata-rata 18,4% setelah mengikuti program. Perbedaan ini terutama disebabkan oleh penurunan biaya variabel akibat bantuan dari program seperti subsidi benih dan pelatihan teknis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan klaster ketahanan pangan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan mendukung stabilitas pangan di daerah. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan program serupa perlu diperluas ke komoditas dan wilayah lain yang potensial. This study aims to analyze the impact of the food security cluster development program on increasing the income of shallot farmers in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi. The research method used is a quantitative and comparative descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of shallot farmers who participated and did not participate in the food security cluster program. Data were collected through literature studies and field surveys, then analyzed using the profit analysis method and comparison (comparative) between farmer groups. The results showed that there was a significant increase in income for farmers who participated in the cluster program compared to those who did not participate in the program. The increase in profit reached an average of 18.4% after participating in the program. This difference was mainly due to a decrease in variable costs due to assistance from programs such as seed subsidies and technical training. These findings indicate that the food security cluster approach can be an effective strategy in increasing farmer income and supporting food stability in the region. Therefore, the development of similar programs needs to be expanded to other potential commodities and regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh modal manusia yang meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, pengalaman, sikap, kebijaksanaan, kreativitas, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja organisasi di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makassar. Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Oleh karena itu, investasi pada pengembangan modal manusia menjadi aspek krusial untuk memastikan keberlangsungan dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi, dan hal ini memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif serta berkelanjutan dari pihak manajemen. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 45 responden yang merupakan karyawan di PDAM Kota Makassar, menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel modal manusia yang diteliti memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Temuan parsial juga mengonfirmasi bahwa pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, pengalaman, sikap, kebijaksanaan, kreativitas, dan komitmen masing-masing berkontribusi secara signifikan, memperkuat pandangan bahwa setiap elemen modal manusia memiliki peran unik namun esensial. Variabel kebijaksanaan ditemukan memiliki koefisien regresi tertinggi, menandakan bahwa aspek ini memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di PDAM Kota Makassar. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 80% menunjukkan bahwa variasi kinerja organisasi dapat dijelaskan secara substansial oleh delapan variabel independen ini, memberikan landasan empiris yang kuat untuk perumusan kebijakan strategis. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini memberikan bukti kuat mengenai pentingnya modal manusia sebagai pendorong utama kinerja organisasi, yang dapat menjadi landasan bagi manajemen PDAM Kota Makassar untuk merancang strategi pengembangan karyawan yang lebih efektif dan terarah yang berfokus pada investasi pada aset tak berwujud ini. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the influence of human capital, including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, attitudes, wisdom, creativity, and commitment, on organizational performance at the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). In an increasingly competitive business environment, an organization's success is highly dependent on the quality of its human resources. Therefore, investment in human capital development is crucial for ensuring the sustainability and improvement of organizational performance, requiring a comprehensive and sustainable approach from management. This study adopted a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents, employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), using a saturated sampling method. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, while secondary data were collected through observation and documentation. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that all human capital variables studied simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on organizational performance. Partial findings also confirm that knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, attitudes, wisdom, creativity, and commitment each contribute significantly, reinforcing the view that each element of human capital plays a unique yet essential role. The variable of wisdom was found to have the highest regression coefficient, indicating that this aspect has the most dominant influence on improving organizational performance at the Makassar City PDAM. The coefficient of determination of 80% indicates that the variation in organizational performance can be substantially explained by these eight independent variables, providing a strong empirical basis for strategic policy formulation. Overall, this study provides strong evidence regarding the importance of human capital as a key driver of organizational performance, which can serve as a foundation for PDAM Makassar City's management to design more effective and targeted employee development strategies that focus on investing in this intangible asset.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan menafsirkan pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Sucofindo Cabang Makassar. Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor krusial dalam pencapaian target organisasi, sehingga pemahaman mendalam tentang variabel-variabel yang memengaruhinya menjadi sangat relevan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur intensitas hubungan antara variabel independen (identifikasi pekerjaan, hubungan tugas dan tanggung jawab, standar wewenang dan pekerjaan, dan syarat kerja) dan variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 responden yang merupakan pegawai di PT. Sucofindo Cabang Makassar. Analisis statistik meliputi uji parsial (uji-t) dan uji simultan (uji-F) untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh baik secara individual maupun bersama-sama. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melakukan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk mengukur seberapa besar variabilitas kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel deskripsi pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, identifikasi pekerjaan, hubungan tugas dan tanggung jawab, standar wewenang dan pekerjaan, dan syarat kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Sucofindo Cabang Makassar. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 30.9% mengindikasikan bahwa 30.9% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh model ini, sementara sisanya sebesar 69.1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perumusan deskripsi pekerjaan yang komprehensif sebagai alat strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara kolektif, meskipun pengaruhnya secara individual pada setiap aspek masih perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan menyediakan bukti empiris dari konteks perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia, khususnya terkait peran deskripsi pekerjaan. This study aims to examine, analyze, and interpret the effect of job description on employee performance at PT. Sucofindo Makassar Branch. Employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals, thus a deep understanding of the variables influencing it is highly relevant. This research adopts a quantitative approach using the multiple linear regression analysis method to measure the intensity of the relationship between the independent variables (job identification, task and responsibility relationships, authority and job standards, and work conditions) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 35 respondents who are employees at PT. Sucofindo Makassar Branch. The statistical analysis includes a partial test (t-test) and a simultaneous test (F-test) to test the significance of the influence both individually and collectively. In addition, this study also conducted a coefficient of determination (R2) test to measure how much of the variability in employee performance can be explained by the job description variables. The results of this study indicate that, partially, job identification, task and responsibility relationships, authority and job standards, and work conditions do not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously, these four variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sucofindo Makassar Branch. The coefficient of determination of 30.9% indicates that 30.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by this model, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of formulating a comprehensive job description as a strategic tool to improve employee performance collectively, although its individual effect on each aspect still needs further study. This research contributes to the human resource management literature by providing empirical evidence from the context of an Indonesian state-owned enterprise, particularly regarding the role of job descriptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, serta biaya dan kemudahan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera Regional Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 58 user atau penanggung jawab per area unit kerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menilai pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi kualitas produk memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, terutama melalui penyampaian informasi mengenai spesifikasi produk dan kualifikasi tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan. Sosialisasi kualitas pelayanan juga terbukti mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan karena memberikan pemahaman yang jelas mengenai prosedur layanan dan hak serta kewajiban pelanggan. Selain itu, sosialisasi biaya dan kemudahan berperan penting dalam menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan melalui transparansi biaya dan fleksibilitas prosedur layanan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sosialisasi yang sistematis dan rutin sebagai strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan membangun loyalitas jangka panjang. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang program sosialisasi yang terintegrasi, transparan, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality socialization, service quality socialization, and cost and convenience socialization on customer satisfaction at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera Regional Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 58 users or area representatives. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that product quality socialization has a positive and significant contribution to customer satisfaction, particularly by providing information about product specifications and the qualifications of required personnel. Service quality socialization also significantly affects customer satisfaction by offering clear understanding regarding service procedures and customer rights and obligations. Furthermore, cost and convenience socialization plays a crucial role in creating customer satisfaction through cost transparency and procedural flexibility. This study highlights the importance of systematic and routine socialization as an effective strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. The findings provide practical implications for companies in designing integrated, transparent, and responsive socialization programs that align with customer needs.
