Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja ASN pada Kantor PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 59 pegawai ASN pada Kantor PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,884 yang berarti 88,4%. Hal ini menandakan adanya pengaruh kompetensi kerja, motivasi, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan disiplin terhadap variabel Kinerja ASN sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian ini. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze what factors can influence Civil Servants (ASN) performance at the PPSDM Office Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Makassar. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data was obtained through documentation and questionnaires distributed to 59 Civil Servants employees at at the PPSDM Office Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Makassar as respondents. The research results show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.884, which means 88.4%. This indicates that there is an influence of work competency, motivation, compensation, work environment, leadership and discipline on the Civil Servants performance variable, while the remaining 11.6% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan brand awareness secara langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh citra merek dan brand awareness terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan keputusan pembelian produk Mizu. Citra merek yang positif dan brand awareness yang tinggi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen serta mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara signifikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen produk Mizzu. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 50 konsumen beauty class Mizzu di Area Jakarta sebagai responden, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara citra merek dan brand awareness terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 92%, sedangkan citra merek dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 97%. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image and brand awareness directly on costumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. This research aims to examine the influence of brand image and brand awareness on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions for Mizu products. A positive brand image and high brand awareness are expected to increase costumer satisfaction and significantly influence purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to costumer of Mizzu products. Data obtained through documentation and questionnaires distributed to 50 Mizzu beauty class consumers in the Jakarta area as respondents. The results showed that there was a significant influence between brand image and brand awareness on customer satisfaction with a determination value of 92%, while brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions with a determination value of 97%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, profesionalisme kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Berkah Bersama Gemilang Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 130 karyawan PT Berkah Bersama Gemilang Makassar sebagai responden.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia, profesionalisme kerja,  komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai determinan sebesar 43,1% terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Berkah Bersama Gemilang Makassar. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of human resource quality, work professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Berkah Bersama Gemilang Makassar. This research is descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was obtained through documentation and questionnaires distributed to 130 employees of PT Berkah Bersama Gemilang Makassar as respondents. The research results show that the quality of human resources, work professionalism, organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect with a determinant value of 43.1% on employee performance at PT Berkah Bersama Gemilang Makassar.

Abstract

It was a qualitative descriptive research to determine the role of the digital economy in Makassar City’s economic growth. Data were collected from some websites in Indonesia, and analysed by using NVivo 10 software. The results indicate the acceleration of the digital transformation of MSMEs in Makassar City could not be separated from the support of digital platforms. Before the pandemic, the digital economy, namely Gojek, contributed to economic growth. Makassar City's economy has experienced an increase in MSME turnover registered on social sellers GoFood, GoPay, and GoSend. The digital economy plays a vital role in driving the wheels of the Makassar City economy. In 2021, Gojek and GoTo Financial were estimated to contribute around IDR 4,6 trillion, or 3% of Makassar City's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Since data reveals that Gojek Food is encouraging, Gojek is also accelerating digitization and financial inclusion for MSMEs. MSMEs are going digital for the first time (87%) and are using non-cash payments (51%). 37% of GoRide partners and 22% of GoCar partners have saved regularly since joining Gojek. According to estimates, the Gojek ecosystem contributes IDR 249 trillion, or 1,6% of Indonesia’s GDP—resilience and recovery speed through increased revenue, mainly for MSMEs in the Gojek ecosystem. During the pandemic, consumer loyalty aided economic recovery at the national and regional levels.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan agility terhadap agilitas organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap agilitas organisasi, kepemimpinan agility terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, agilitas organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kepemimpinan agility terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui agilitas organisasi dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui agilitas organisasi pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Palu. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 53 orang pegawai, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil temuan di lapangan bahwa kepemimpinan agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi, kepemimpinan agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, agilitas organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, agilitas organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan agility terhadap kepuasan kerja dan agilitas organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Palu. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of agility leadership on organizational agility, organizational culture on organizational agility, agility leadership on job satisfaction, organizational culture on job satisfaction, organizational agility on job satisfaction, the influence of agility leadership on job satisfaction through organizational agility and the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction through organizational agility at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office Branch of Palu. Quantitative research approach with a sample of 53 employees, data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The findings in the field are that agility leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational agility, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational agility, agility leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational agility has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational agility can mediate the effect of agility leadership on job satisfaction and organizational agility can mediate the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office Branch of Palu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat terhadap peningkatan omzet UMKM di Kota Makassar melalui perilaku wirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, data dikumpulkan dari 235 responden yang merupakan pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan omzet. Secara khusus, perilaku wirausaha memediasi hubungan antara pelatihan dan pameran dengan peningkatan omzet. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku wirausaha dengan nilai R Square sebesar 64,5%. Namun, pelatihan dan bantuan alat tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku wirausaha. Pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet dengan nilai R Square sebesar 31,8%. Perilaku wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet UMKM. Setelah dianalisa, data menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, pameran dan bantuan alat berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet UMKM melalui perilaku wirausaha. This research aims to analyze the influence of training, exhibitions and equipment assistance on increasing the turnover of MSMEs in Makassar City through entrepreneurial behavior. This research used quantitative approach and survey methods, data was collected from 235 respondents who are MSMEs in Makassar City. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that training, exhibitions and tool assistance significantly influence increasing turnover. Specifically, entrepreneurial behavior mediates the relationship between training and exhibitions and increasing turnover. These findings emphasize the importance of comprehensive support to improve MSMEs performance and support local economic growth. The research results show that training, exhibitions and tool assistance have an influence on entrepreneurial behavior with an R Square value of 64.5%. However, training and tool assistance did not have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Training, exhibitions and tool assistance have a positive and significant effect on increasing turnover with an R Square value of 31.8%. Entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant effect on increasing MSMEs turnover. After analysis, the data shows that training, exhibitions and equipment assistance have a positive effect but don’t have a significant effect on increasing MSMEs turnover through entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan pengalaman peserta terhadap kepuasan peserta Pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Papua Mimika dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan pengalaman peserta terhadap loyalitas perusahaan Platinum, selanjutnya menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan pengalaman peserta terhadap loyalitas perusahaan Platinum melalui kepuasan peserta dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan peserta terhadap loyalitas perusahaan Platinum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 100 responden peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Papua Mimika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan peserta terhadap loyalitas perusahaan, demikian pula terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan peserta terhadap kepuasan peserta dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan peserta terhadap loyalitas perusahaan serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan peserta terhadap loyalitas perusahaan melalui kepuasan peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Papua Mimika. Dengan demikian kualitas layanan dan pengalaman memiliki keeratan hubungan terhadap kepuasan peserta dan nilai koefisien determinasi adjusted R square sebesar 93,1% yang artinya kualitas layanan dan pengalaman dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan peserta dan nilai koefisien determinasi adjusted R square sebesar 91,4% yang artinya kualitas layanan, pengalaman dan kepuasan peserta dipengaruhi oleh loyalitas perusahaan. This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality and participant experience on participant satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Papua Mimika and analyze the influence of service quality and participant experience on Platinum company loyalty, then analyze the influence of service quality and participant experience on Platinum company loyalty through participant satisfaction and analyze the influence of participant satisfaction on Platinum company loyalty. This research used a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data was obtained through documentation and questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents participating at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Papua Mimika. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant influence of service quality and participant satisfaction on company loyalty, likewise there is a positive and significant influence of service quality and participant satisfaction on participant satisfaction and there is a positive and significant influence of participant satisfaction on company loyalty and there is a positive and significant influence service quality and participant satisfaction regarding company loyalty through participant satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Papua Mimika. Thus, service quality and experience have a close relationship with participant satisfaction and the adjusted R square coefficient of determination value is 93.1%, which means that the quality of service and experience is influenced by participant satisfaction and the adjusted R square coefficient of determination value is 91.4%, which means service quality. , participant experience and satisfaction are influenced by company loyalty.

Abstract

The research aimed to assess the extent to which fintech P2P lending contributes to the generation of purchasing power in South Sulawesi Province. Data were collected from websites associated with fintech P2P lending and analyzed using software designed for indexing, searching, and handling non-numerical and unstructured data. The findings indicate that the availability of online loans positively impacts economic growth in South Sulawesi. During the final seven months of 2023, the average monthly distribution of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending funds reached IDR 19.04 trillion. The total distribution within the industry amounted to IDR 20.38 trillion, with IDR 7.26 trillion (35.65 percent) allocated to the productive sector, including micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This research contributes to the field by observing a 30.17 percent increase in credit in South Sulawesi Province. In February 2024, individual credit distribution in South Sulawesi reached IDR 1.29 trillion, based on 355,948 credit transactions. Fintech P2P lending helps improve financial literacy and inclusion in the South Sulawesi region by providing an easy-to-use digital platform to reach people in remote areas and support more equitable economic development. The contribution of fintech P2P lending plays an important role in increasing people's purchasing power while strengthening the foundation of the local economy in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Sukamara (PUPR). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan unit analisis pada pegawai di kantor Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Sukamara (PUPR). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada kantor Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Sukamara (PUPR) sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online dan offline. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis Structrucal Equation Model dengan program Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, dengan nilai R square sebesar 0.587 (58.7%), serta kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai R square sebesar 0.671 (67.1%). Sedangkan disiplin kerja berngaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.karena nilai t statistik (1.520 < 1.96 dan nilan P value 0.129 > 0.05) dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

In 2022, it will be a period of sustainable economic recovery in all sectors after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The state revenue and expenditure budget are the primary and leading instrument in growing the national economy that is timely, effective, and on target. The government has set a village fund ceiling of IDR 68 trillion. The village funds are distributed to 74,960 villages spread across 434 districts/cities throughout Indonesia. The realization of the distribution of transfers to regions and village funds in South Sulawesi until August 2022 reached IDR 19.23 trillion or 55.26% of the ceiling of IDR 29.22 trillion. The most significant contribution lies in the general allocation fund, which is IDR 12.96 trillion. This figure is even higher than the previous year's period which reached IDR 12.84 trillion. In the total budget provided, each village receives an average of IDR 907.1 million. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has hit the economy in the last 2 years, has forced the government through state revenue and spending budget instruments to work hard to overcome the impact caused by the pandemic. This can be seen from the policy of transferring funds to the regions and village funds for 2022 which are directed at supporting social protection programs for the poorest and most vulnerable people. The nation's economic recovery must rely on community empowerment in the community-based economy. South Sulawesi Province has 21 Regency and 3 Cities, 307 Sub-districts, and 2,255 villages. South Sulawesi's economy in the second quarter of 2022 continued its positive performance with increased growth compared to the previous quarter. South Sulawesi's economy recorded growth of 5.18%, higher than the previous quarter which grew 4.28%. Residents of rural communities in South Sulawesi Province have dominant livelihoods in the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries sectors (. In villages where the main income of most the population is agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, 64% of the villages have rice as the subsector commodity.
