Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge to RW Youth. 03 Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City Assisted by AM Edu Center about the importance of designing speech texts as a provision for public speaking. The abdimas partners were given socialization on how to design an effective speech text as a provision for social life in the future. The method used in this activity is the method of discussion and practice of compiling speech texts interspersed with screenings of films and videos that contain presentations of effective text drafting designs. The output produced in this activity is an article which will be given back to the participants. To measure changes in knowledge in this activity, a questionnaire was also distributed to the audience to measure knowledge before and after the socialization activity.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays a crucial role in enhancing school effectiveness, yet research on how transformational leadership and organizational learning influence teachers’ OCB has produced mixed results. To address this gap, this study conducted a quantitative meta-analysis to integrate empirical evidence and measure the strength of these relationships. A total of 35 studies published between 2020 and 2025 were systematically collected from Scopus, SINTA, and Google Scholar and analyzed using JASP 0.14.1 with a random-effects model and correlation effect size (r). The analysis revealed that transformational leadership demonstrated a stronger positive association with teachers’ OCB (r = 0.515, p < 0.01) compared to organizational learning (r = 0.387, p < 0.01). Tests of heterogeneity indicated a moderate level of variation across studies, and no signs of publication bias were detected. These results highlight the critical need to foster transformational leadership and nurture a culture of learning in schools as strategic efforts to promote OCB among teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and explain that through the implementation of character education in Indonesian language learning for class 3C students at SDS IT Nurul Yaqin, East Jakarta, it can be a forum for preventing the occurrence of moral and social problems that occur in schools. The emergence of these social and moral problems giving rise to demoralization and immoral acts that occur as a result of there being no platform that supports students to channel their creativity and curiosity. This is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Interviews, observation and documentation are used as data collection techniques in this research. Research data analysis techniques This is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The population and sample in this study were class 3C students at SDS IT Nurul Yaqin, East Jakarta. The results of the study showed that the character values obtained from the students were religious, tolerance, discipline, work hard, independent, creative, curious, likes to read, friendly/communicative, and responsible. The implementation of character education in Indonesian language learning is seen from 3 aspects: 1). learning planning, 2). implementation of learning, 3). Learning evaluation." The implication that can be given in the research is that students will be creative in carrying out various tasks and developing their four Indonesian language skills. It is hoped that the school and parents can work together in providing space for students to develop themselves through character education by providing space. their creativity in learning.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan menjadi bahasan penting manakala ingin berbicara tentang kemajuan ekonomi bangsa. Beberapa aspek perlu disiapkan, termasuk pengenalan kewirusahaan berbasis budaya terhadap anak usia dini dalam pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis budaya di PAUD dan mengetahui bagaimana budaya dapat diperkenalkan kepada siswa di PAUD. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua murid. Pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen digunakan adalah instrument wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pengenalan kewirausahaan tidak dapat dipaksa, melainkan menggunakan metode bermain beserta metode dan program yang terfokus pada kewirusahaan. Pengenalan budaya dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan berbagai macam produk yang dapat dijual, seperti makanan tradisional Indonesia. Budaya tidak hanya berkaitan dengan makanan tradisional, namun mencakup, tradisi,adat istiadat, baju daerah , lagu daerah serta cerita rakyat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlu pembuatan kurikulum yang baku dan adaptif bagi pembelajaran anak usia dini.
