Abstract

Several research results on the capital market in Indonesia fall into the category of market efficiency in the weak form, so the results of previous research do not reflect the theory of capital market efficiency in the strong form. The purpose of this research is to analyze and answer the existence of inconsistencies in the results of previous research as well as the phenomenon of stock returns which are not as described in capital market theory in strong form. This is what prompted researchers to do it again using different time series and cross-sectional data. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a panel data multiple regression analysis method using 10 sample companies that are members of 50 large capitalization companies for 7 years. This research formula is to maximize the Stock Return value through leverage as an intervening variable using research objects of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Two research models are integrated into one and each goes through a model selection test stage, namely the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test using the eviews12 application. The results of this research explain that increasing ROA can have an impact on reducing Leverage (DER) and through DER it can explain the impact on Stock Returns, but ROA cannot directly explain Stock Returns. It is hoped that these results can help as a guide for investors to get maximum Stock Returns.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology has put the world in an era of increasingly complex international competition in various ways. This shift in life challenges requires the quality of human resources to be accompanied by quality. To balance this, human resources need to improve their digital literacy in order to be able to sort out information so as not to be trapped in a propaganda. However, in Indonesia the issue of literacy is still in the low category. When the government through Kominfo has made many improvements starting from conducting digital literacy counseling for all aspects, one of which is the TNI, as the party responsible for the stability and security of the country, digital literacy is very important for all aspects, especially the TNI, to be able to protect the community from various negative things. This research activity uses a type of qualitative research with a literature study method with the aim of analyzing the implementation of Digital Literacy as human resource development. The results of this study explain that the strategy of developing human resources through strengthening digital literacy in TNi can be done through digital literacy counseling, building digital crime skills, increasing digital literacy skills and digital transformation development capabilities.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of information technology utilization, the implementation of accounting information systems, and the application of internal control systems on the integrity of financial reports produced by companies. The integrity of financial reporting can be enhanced through the effective implementation of accounting information systems and internal controls. A well-designed accounting information system facilitates the production of high-quality financial statements that adhere to regulatory standards. Such a system must address key issues, including data security, timely information retrieval, report accuracy, report variety, and compliance with financial reporting standards. Enhancing the quality of financial reports can also be achieved by implementing a robust internal control system, which encompasses communication, monitoring, the control environment, risk assessment, and control measures. The integration of internal control systems, the application of information technology, and the establishment of effective accounting information systems collectively contribute to the improvement of financial report quality.

Abstract

The consumer purchasing decision plays a crucial role in business success, including at the Cililitan Wholesale Center, one of the largest shopping centers in Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the impact of promotional strategies, product quality, and price perception on consumer purchasing decisions at the Cililitan Wholesale Center. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, data were collected through a questionnaire survey from 200 randomly selected respondents. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that product quality (p-value = 0.000) has the most significant influence on purchasing decisions, followed by promotional strategies (p-value = 0.002) and price perception (p-value = 0.015). These findings suggest that product quality plays a primary role in attracting consumer purchase interest, while promotional strategies and price perception also contribute significantly. The study recommends that the Cililitan Wholesale Center continue to improve product quality and implement effective promotional strategies, as well as consider consumer price perceptions when formulating pricing policies.

Abstract

Articles can make a significant contribution to the economic literature and public policy, as well as provide practical guidance for policymakers and stakeholders in their efforts to improve economic growth through logistics and free trade strategies. The research method applied in this scientific article is a structured literature review. Relevant scientific articles are selected, identified, and evaluated during the literature review process. The determination of the scope of the study was carried out using the PICO (population/problem, intervention, comparison) framework, which provides a score to set the study limits. A collection of relevant scientific articles is selected, identified, and reviewed during a literature review. The results of this article state that existing logistics infrastructure plays an important role in improving logistics performance, which ultimately has an impact on increasing sea trade and higher economic growth. Cooperation with customs and excise authorities in the supply chain also increases trade opportunities and supports environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions through reduced waiting times and queues. The use of green energy sources and green practices in logistics operations not only reduces negative environmental and social impacts, but also improves financial performance through increased GDP per capita, trade openness, and greater global export opportunities.
