Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini merupakan upaya menyeluruh dalam menggali pengetahuan terkini seputar pemasaran digital pada produk lokal. Acara ini mencakup serangkaian kegiatan yang beragam, dimulai dari pembukaan resmi hingga sesi pembelajaran mendalam terkait segmentasi pasar dan pemasaran digital. Pembicara-pembicara terkemuka memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya segmentasi pasar yang tepat dan strategi pemasaran digitalyang efektif dalam mempromosikan buah pala di era online. Acara ini melibatkan aktifitas beragam, dari pembukaan resmi hingga sesi pembelajaran mendalam tentang segmentasi pasar dan pemasaran digital, diadakan di Desa Petir Dramaga. Anggota PKK Desa Petir turut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini, yang turut mendukung pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital yang relevan bagi produk lokal seperti buah pala, serta memperluasjangkauan penjualan di pasar online. Acara ini memberikan platform penting bagi peserta untuk memahami strategi pemasaran digital yang relevan dan memperluas jangkauan penjualan produk lokal di pasar online.

Abstract

Permasalahan Utama Rawat Jalan adalah kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan yang diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat belum sesuai harapan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan, dan budaya kerja tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Teori Kompetensi dari Spencer dan Spencer (dalam Wibowo, 2020:325–326), Teori Disiplin dari Handoko (2020:208–211), Teori Budaya Kerja dari Ndraha (dalam Tubagus, 2019:37), dan Teori Kualitas Pelayanan dalam menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan dari Lovelock (dalam Latunreng, 2012:160). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory. Populasi penelitian penerima layanan Rawat Jalan di Poliklinik Mata pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat pada bulan September 2023 berjumlah 781 pasien menggunakan Slovin dengan standard error 5% didapat 265 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 61,62%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kedisiplinan, terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 59,14%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 59,91%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi, Kedisiplinan, Budaya Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan, secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat Kota Depok dengan besarnya pengaruh 72,9%. Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Kedisiplinan, Kepuasan, dan Kompetensi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kecamatan Makasar. Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan suatu proses penyampaian pesan diantara dua orang atau lebih secara verbal maupun non verbal yang dilakukan secara terbuka sehingga satu sama lain memahami. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei yang dilakukan terhadap beberapa sampel dari suatu populasi tertentu yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil analisis salah satunya menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi  Intrinsik pegawai Satpol PP Kecamatan Makasar (nilai probabilitas t-hitung (0,001) < Level of Significant (0,05). Hal ini dapat diartikan, jika Gaya Kepemimpinan  meningkat, maka motivasi kerja pegawai  Polisi Pamong Praja         Kecamatan Makasar mengalami peningkatan.Kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan; komunikasi interpersonal; motivasi kerja

Empirical research shows that one of the problems of Unsurya students is the cost aspect and one of the operational problems at Halim Airport is organizational staffing or the HR aspect. The big conclusion of this text is that there is a joint solution between Unsurya and Halim Airport with a mutualistic relationship based on the concept of "Joint Venture Education"

Abstract

The Aviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, based on the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (GAPAR), obtained for 2021, there are 2 (two) targets with an average performanceachievement value ≤ 100%. Meanwhile, in 2022 there will be 1 (one) target with an average performance achievement value ≤ 100%. One of the reasons why this performance target has not been achieved is that competence, organizationalculture and motivation are not yet optimal. Study This aim for prove influence competence, culture organization, and motivation to performance employeeAviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Study This use approach quantitative, methods survey and analysis track. Population amount as many as 75 employees. In research This use saturated sampling technique, all member population used as the sample consisted of 75 employees. Data analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. results study showing that : competence influential direct positive and significant to motivation with big influence 0,415; culture organization influential direct positive and significant to motivation with biginfluence 0,330; competence influential direct positive and significant on performance with big influence 0,467; culture organization influential direct positive and significant to on performance with big influence 0,385; motivation influential direct positive and significant on performance with big influence 0,229. Implications, for increase performance employee of the Aviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation need done enhancement competence, carry out or apply culture good organization, and improve motivation for can get results more performance good.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of return on investmen and earnings per share on stock prices. The sample of this study is the manufacturing company of the consumer goods industry sub-sector contained in the Indonesia stock exchange in the period 2013-2017 with a total of 7companiesusing the purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test partial regression coefficients and f-statistics to test the significance of the effect together with the level of significance of 5% or 0.05. The sample of this study is the manufacturing company of the consumer goods industry sub-sector contained in the Indonesia stock exchange in the period 2013-2017 with a total of 7 companies using the purposive sampling method. In addition, this is also the classic assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. This shows that the available data meets the requirements for using multiple linear regression models.The results of test F show that simultaneously ROI and EPS have a significant effect on stock prices, while partially with the t test it is concluded that the ROI and EPS variables do not significantly influence stock prices. The results of the coefficient of determination shown from the adjusted R-Square value of 0.067.Keywords: Return on investment, Earning per share and stock price.

Abstract

Literature review research on green marketing analysis: branding, positioning and environmentally friendly products is a scientific literature article in the scope of marketing management science. The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of marketing management. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this study and is sourced from academic online media such as the Scopus Emerald Journal, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Branding has an effect on green marketing; 2) Positioning has an effect on green marketing; and 3) Environmentally friendly products have an effect on green marketing.

Abstract

Writing scientific articles is an important skill in the academic world that requires a deep understanding of research methods, both quantitative and qualitative. This article aims to provide education regarding article writing methods based on these two approaches. In quantitative methods, focus is given to the use of numerical data, statistical analysis, and generalization of research results. Meanwhile, qualitative methods focus on in-depth exploration of social phenomena, narrative data collection, and subjective interpretation. This article outlines the systematic steps in writing articles for both methods, starting from problem formulation, literature review, research design, and data analysis, to drawing up conclusions. By understanding the characteristics and structure of each method, writers are expected to be able to produce articles that are quality, relevant, and under academic rules. This education is expected to be a practical guide for students, researchers, and academics in developing the ability to write scientific articles.

Abstract

Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Jakarta Timur memiliki peran vital dalam menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan masyarakat. Namun, rendahnya motivasi dan etos kerja di kalangan anggotanya dapat menghambat efektivitas tugas mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan etos kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan etos kerja anggota Satpol PP Jakarta Timur melalui serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terencana dan terarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan, workshop, dan sesi diskusi interaktif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif anggota Satpol PP dan menghadirkan narasumber yang kompeten di bidang motivasi dan pengembangan SDM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner sebelum dan setelah kegiatan untuk mengukur perubahan tingkat motivasi dan etos kerja. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi dan etos kerja anggota Satpol PP setelah diberikan materi tentang bagaimana membangun lingkungan kerja yang sehat.   The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of East Jakarta plays a vital role in maintaining public order and security. However, low motivation and work ethic among its members can hinder the effectiveness of their duties. Therefore, there is a need for efforts to enhance motivation and work ethic. This study aims to cultivate motivation and work ethic among Satpol PP members in East Jakarta through a series of well-planned community service activities. The methods employed in this initiative include training, workshops, and interactive discussion sessions. These activities involve active participation from Satpol PP members and feature competent speakers in the fields of motivation and human resource development. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires administered before and after the activities to measure changes in motivation and work ethic levels. The results indicate a significant increase in both motivation and work ethic among Satpol PP members following the delivery of content focused on building a healthy work environment.

Abstract

Several research results on the capital market in Indonesia fall into the category of market efficiency in the weak form, so the results of previous research do not reflect the theory of capital market efficiency in the strong form. The purpose of this research is to analyze and answer the existence of inconsistencies in the results of previous research as well as the phenomenon of stock returns which are not as described in capital market theory in strong form. This is what prompted researchers to do it again using different time series and cross-sectional data. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a panel data multiple regression analysis method using 10 sample companies that are members of 50 large capitalization companies for 7 years. This research formula is to maximize the Stock Return value through leverage as an intervening variable using research objects of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Two research models are integrated into one and each goes through a model selection test stage, namely the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test using the eviews12 application. The results of this research explain that increasing ROA can have an impact on reducing Leverage (DER) and through DER it can explain the impact on Stock Returns, but ROA cannot directly explain Stock Returns. It is hoped that these results can help as a guide for investors to get maximum Stock Returns.
