Abstract

Injury is one of the risks often experienced by floor gymnastics athletes due to the high intensity of training and the complexity of the movements that must be performed. Therefore, counseling on post- injury recovery plays an important role in ensuring an optimal healing process, preventing recurrent injuries, and improving athlete performance. This recovery process includes various aspects, starting from initial treatment with the RICE method (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), a structured rehabilitation program, meeting the right nutritional needs, to implementing injury prevention strategies for the future. In addition to physical aspects, psychological factors also play a role in helping athletes overcome mental challenges during recovery. With this counseling, it is hoped that athletes, coaches, and medical personnel can understand the importance of effective injury management, so that they can support athletes in returning their physical and mental conditions to optimal levels.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance environmental awareness and promote sustainable organic waste management practices among members of the Kelompok Tani Sapindo in Desa Tumpatan Nibung through eco enzyme production training. Conducted in collaboration with local agricultural stakeholders, the program targeted farmers as key agents in adopting eco-friendly practices within rural communities. A combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions ensured that participants acquired both conceptual understanding and practical competence. As a result, farmers not only learned how to produce eco enzymes but also gained the capacity to apply them as natural fertilizers and pest repellents in their agricultural routines. This initiative is expected to support environmentally sustainable farming methods and cultivate a culture of waste-to-resource transformation within the community. The program received positive responses, emphasizing the importance of empowering rural communities with simple, cost-effective, and impactful green innovations.
