Abstract

ABSTRAK   Dalam perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia, kegiatan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM), yang dikategorikan sebagai usaha sektor informal, sangat potensial dan berperan dalam menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja secara mandiri. Usaha sektor informal, umumnya memiliki ciri-ciri tidak tergantung pada kerjasama banyak orang dan sistem pembagian kerja yang tidak ketat serta skala usaha relatif kecil. Pada umumnya usaha sektor informal tidak mempunyai ijin usaha dan untuk bekerja di sektor informal lebih mudah daripada bekerja di perusahaan formal. Penelitian ini bertujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, tenaga kerja, dan teknologi terhadap keuntungan UKM di Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Data-data dalam penelitian ini seluruhnya menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 84 responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 665 unit UKM yang ada di Kota Denpasar Utara. Penentuan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik stratified proportionate random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Variabel modal usaha, tenaga kerja, dan teknologi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keuntungan UKM di Kota Denpasar Utara, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 57,4 persen. 2) Secara parsial variabel modal usaha, tenaga kerja, dan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan UKM di Kota Denpasar Utara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, untuk meningkatkan keuntungan UMKM disarankan untuk meningkatkan modal dan jam kerj serta meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan peningkatan ketrampilan. Kata kunci: UKM, modal usaha, jam kerja, teknologi, keuntungan. THE INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL, HOUR of WORK, AND TECHNOLOGY TO PROFIT OF SMALL AND MICRO ENTERPRISES IN SOUTH OF DENPASAR CITY ABSTRACT In the history of the Indoensian economiy, the activities of small and medium enterprises (UKM), which are categorized as informal sector enterprises, the potential and role in providing employment to self-employement. In increasing income, informal sector would have difficulty in realizing it without the support and assistance of the relevant parties, both capital support, developing of human resources quality, through the development and promotion of IT. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of venture capital, labor and technology simultaneously and partially on the advantages of UKM in Denpasar. This research is quantitative, located in the north of Denpasar. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents with proportional stratified random sampling technique. The variables used in this study are capital, hour of work, technology and profitability of UKM. In accordance with the processed data can be found that : 1) influential venture capital to UKM is the level of profit (direct) without going through intermediary,R square of 57,4 precent. In partial variables venture capital , labor, and technology is positive and significant impact on the profitability of UKM in North Denpasar . Based on the research results , to improve the profitability of UKM recommended to raise capital and hours of collaborative and improve the quality of human resources through training and skills. Abstract

Saham perusahaan LQ45 merupakan saham unggulan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Padalima tahun terakhir return saham perusahaan LQ45 mengalami fluktuasi. Analisismengenai apa yang mempengaruhi return saham perusahaan LQ45 menjadi sangatpenting. Return saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja keuangan perusahaan yangdiproksikan dengan current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio dan totalassets turnover. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhcurrent ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio dan total assets turnoverterhadap return saham pada perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011sampai 2015 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa variabel return on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap return saham, sementara variabel lainnya memiliki pengaruh yang tidaksignifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The research have conducted on employees of Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Denpasar. The total sample of 169 employees, the data was collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the support of SMARTPLS 2.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant  effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction is a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The findings indicate that the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment is indirect, mediated by job satisfaction. Managerial implications of this research on human resource strategy to pay more attention to employee’s satisfaction with improve the implementation of transformational leadership to increase organizational commitment of employee’s in Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

This study is aimed at determining the effect of service quality on satisfaction and word of mouth of mice costumers in Ramada Bintang Bali Resort. The method of sampling is done by puposive sampling, with the total of respondents of 150. Data are collected through questioners and data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with application software analysis moment of structure (AMOS). The results show that (1) Quality of service has positive and significant effects on costumers’ satisfaction, (2) Satisfaction effects positively and significantly on word of mouth, and (3) The quality of service has the same effects on word of mouth.

Abstract

This study to analyze (1) the effectiveness of the integration program rural development planning with community empowerment national program of rural self-sufficient in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (2) the effect of the implementation of the integration program rural development planning with the national community empowerment program in rural independently on household income target in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (3) the effect of the implementation of the integration program rural development planning with community empowerment national program on employment in rural independent target households in the Badung regency of Bali province. The results showed (1) the effectiveness of the integration program rural development planning with the national community empowerment program in rural independent in the Badung regency of Bali Province effective with the achievement of values ??above 80 percent; (2) The implementation of the integration program rural development planning with national community empowerment program in rural independent positive and significant impact on household income target in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (3) The implementation of the integration program rural development planning with national community empowerment program in rural independent positive and significant impact on employment for the target households in the Badung regency of Bali province.

Abstract

Badung tourism as one of the problems faced with the increasing amount of waste is due to the addition of the population and increased human activity. Waste generation should be managed with the help of community participation. Community participation in waste management is dependent upon the understanding, and the willingness of the public revenues to improve the quality of the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the understanding, the will, and income simultaneously and partially on public participation in waste management in Badung regency. This study uses primary data from 94 respondents who constitute the five major sectors of the waste that is served by the transportation of waste and Sanitation Department (DKP). Sampling using the Proportionate random sampling method. Analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that understanding, willingness, and income simultaneously significant effect on community participation in waste management in Badung regency. Partial understanding, willingness, and income and a significant positive effect on community participation in waste management in Badung regency.

Abstract

Local taxes still play one’s role, in order to increase tax revenues in the city of Denpasar. Under Law Number 28 of 2011, the tax collection of hotels, restaurants and entertainmentsshall apply self assessment system, so that the taxpayers awareness is the most crucial factor ofthe taxpayersobedience in implementing their obligations and rights in the field of taxation.This study aimstoanalyzethe effect factors  of the taxpayerson their obedienceto pay thehotel, restaurant andentertainmenttaxesin Denpasar. The method used was quantitative research method. The source of data used primary data. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, observation and interviews. Respondents were determined by the formula of slovin, totaling 154 taxpayers comprised of 56 hotel taxpayers, 77 restaurant taxpayers, and 21 entertainment taxpayers. Sampling was done by accidental sampling.Results of hypothesis testing conducted by path analysis showed that,1) the tax knowledge, quality of service and tax audits positivelyinfluenced on the awareness of the taxpayers to pay the hotel, restaurant and entertainment taxes in Denpasar; 2) the knowledge of tax, service quality, tax audits and taxpayer awareness  positivelyaffected on the taxpayersobedience to pay the hotel, restaurantand entertainment taxes in Denpasar; 3) the knowledge of tax does not significat effect on the taxpayersobedience through awareness of the taxpayers to pay the hotel, restaurant and entertainment taxesin the City of Denpasar.Service quality, and tax audits indirectlygave significat effect on the taxpayersobedience through awareness of the taxpayers to pay the hotel, restaurant and entertainment taxesin the City of Denpasar.The awareness of taxpayers mediatedfully the tax knowledge, quality of service, and tax audits on the taxpayersobedience. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that therewere some implications of the knowledge of the public about the importance of paying taxes, through the continuous dissemination of various policies associated with the hotel, restaurant and entertainment taxes in Denpasar so that people are aware and obedient with paying taxes.

Abstract

A public company listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is required to comply the regulations that have been set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), one of the regulation are financial statements audited by an independent auditor. An Integrity financial report must meet several requirements such as relevant, reliable, accurate and shows the actual performance of the company. Financial manipulation that occurred in Indonesia in recent years have showed symptoms of a failure in the integrity of financial statements, Financial statement is no longer show the actual condition of the company's performance. Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention of the employees of RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta. The number of sample is 62 employees are determined by disproportionate stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square and Sobel test. The result showed that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention, perceived organizational support positively influence organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediated the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for Management RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta to reduce the level of turnover by making policies and decisions related to organizational support where employees feel cared about and appreciated by organizations that fosters employee commitment to the organization so employee will not  have plan to leave organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leadership on organizational commitment, work motivation against the influence of organizational commitment, the influence of organizational commitment to quality of service, leadership influence on the quality of service, and the influence of motivation on the quality of service. The results of testing the hypothesis (H1) proves that leadership and significant positive effect on organizational commitment is proven true. Means the better the leadership, the organizational commitment will also be better. The results of testing the hypothesis (H2) prove that there is the influence of motivation on organizational commitment proved to be correct. The higher motivation the higher the organizational commitment. The results of testing the hypothesis (H3) prove that there is a positive effect of and organizational commitment to quality service is proved to be correct. The better the Organizational Commitment, then the better the quality of hospital services. The results of testing the hypothesis (H4) prove that there is a positive influence on the quality of leadership and service indeed proved true. The better the leadership, then the better the quality of hospital services.
