Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja merupakan bagian suatu proses dari sistem akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah sebagai suatu tatanan, instrumen, dan metode pertanggungjawaban. Pengukuran kinerja secara khusus merupakan kegiatan memantau, menilai dan membandingkan tingkat kinerja yang dicapai dengan tingkat kinerja standar, rencana, atau target kegiatan. Rumah Sakit X Medan adalah salah satu dari sekian layanan kesehatan yang ada di kota Medan. Berdasarkan Survei awal oleh peneliti di Rumah Sakit X Medan dengan mewawancarai perawat. diketahui 90 orang perawat Rumah Sakit Herna Medan 5 diantaranya mengatakan memiliki kinerja yang kurang baik dikarenakan rendahnya ketaatan perawat dalam menaati peraturan Rumah Sakit serta rendahnya kemampuan kerjasama antar perawat Rumah Sakit. Dan kompensasi yang diterima perawat sebesar 1.700.000 tidak sesuai apa yang diinginkan perawat karena dibandingkan dengan upah minimum regional perawat 2.750.000 maka mengakibatkan menurunnya kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, Hubungan Motivasi dan Kompensasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit X Medan Tahun 2019, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat rumah sakit herna yang berjumlah 90 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 73 orang dengan menggunakan rumus solvin.Hasil penelitian ini di uji secara statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% menggunakan program SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi dan kompensasi dirumah sakit herna medan dengan masing-masing p-value dari α (0,005 < 0,05), (0,004 < 0,05). Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan motivasi dan kompensasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit X Medan tahun 2019.

Abstract

Discipline is a matter that becomes a benchmark to find out whether the overall role of the leader can be carried out properly or not. Discipline must be upheld in an organization, without the support of the discipline of health workers it is difficult to realize its goals, so discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This type of research uses analytic survey method with cross sectional design, to explain the relationship between the role of leadership and work discipline at UPT Puskesmas Padang Bulan. With a total of 48 respondents, the total sampling technique is to make the entire population into the study sample. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.004 (p value <0.05), meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means there was a significant relationship between communication with the workforce health discipline at the Padang Bulan Health Center UPT 2019. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.001 (p value <0.05), meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between Direction and Guidance with the discipline of health workforce at UPT Padang Bulan Health Center in 2019. It is hoped that leaders will improve communication, direction and guidance for health workers to create a condition of good work discipline.

Abstract

Quality of service can be interpreted as conformity of professional standards with the utilization of resources effectively and efficiently, so that the needs of patients can be achieved optimal degree. Based on the Legatum Prosperity Index (2017) data which states Indonesia's global Health Index is ranked at 101 from 149 countries, this is because there are still many remote areas that are still difficult to access health care. Satisfaction to the quality of service as much as 51.0% of respondents who rate dissatisfied, such as the process of receiving the patient is served slowly, health officers do not timely come, and lack of hospitality of health officers in response to complaints Patients. The design of this research is an analytical survey with the Cross Sectional approach. The number of research populations is 98 outpatients. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data retrieval using questionnaire measuring instrument. Analysis of data conducted in the analysis of Univariate and bivariate (test Chi-Square). The results of this study showed that the reliability with the P value is 0.042 < 0.05, the responsiveness with a value of P is 0.041 < 0.05, empathy with the value P is 0.015 < 0.05, and the guarantee with the value P is 0.042 < 0.05. Conclusions are reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance of having a relationship with patient satisfaction. It is hoped that Belawan health center to improve the service of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in Belawan Puskesmas.

Abstract

Penyakit menular masih menjadi perhatian pemerintah, salah satunya adalah program pengendalian penyakit diare. Sering Puskesmas Kecamatan Medan Tembung menunjukkan jumlah penderita diare meningkat setiap tahun dari 476 orang pada 2016, menjadi 356 orang pada 2017 dan 820 orang pada 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Ada 6 informan dalam penelitian ini, terdiri dari 1 informan dari kepala Puskesmas Sering, 1 informan penanggung jawab program diare Puskesmas Sering, 1 informan dari PMK Kantor Kota Medan, 1 informan kader posyandu, 2 informan dari ibu balita yang anaknya menderita diare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program diare di Puskesmas Sering tidak berjalan dengan baik. Ditandai dengan laporan data yang belum dibuat dalam bentuk grafik, sarana dan prasarana yang belum maksimal, yaitu belum adanya poster tentang diare di Sering Puskesmas, penyuluhan diare rutin di masyarakat, belum optimalnya pengelolaan diare standar. di fasilitas kesehatan melalui Lima Langkah Menuntaskan Diare, partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung implementasi program diare masih rendah, dan masih terus melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan Puskesmas Sering meningkatkan penyuluhan diare, menerapkan manajemen diare, serta masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan melaksanakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.

Abstract

The posyandu cadre is a volunteer chosen from the community and to help develop community health by carrying out activities at the posyandu which include increasing immunization coverage. Cadre performance is the result / effort that has been done in the midst of the community. Based on the data obtained by researchers from the Padang Bulan Community Health Center the sample of this study were 75 cadres consisting of 6 Kelurahan namely: Kelurahan Petisah Hulu of 20 cadres, Kelurahan Darat by 5 cadres, Kelurahan Titi Rantai as many as 15 cadres, Padang Bulan Kelurahan as many as 10 cadres, Merdeka Village as many as 15 cadres, and Babura Village as many as 10 people. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between variables Openness, Empathy, Supporting Attitudes, and Measles Cadre Immunization Performance in infants. The research used is analytic descriptive and uses cross sectional design. Data were analyzed using Chi Square Test (CI = 95%, α 0.05). The results of data analysis showed that there was a relationship between Openness and Cadre Performance (p value = 0,000> 0.05), there was a relationship between Empathy and Cadre Performance (p value = 0,000> 0.05), and there was a relationship between variables Supporting Attitudes with Cadre Performance (p value = 0,000> 0.05). Therefore, it is expected that respondents will further enhance their understanding of what respondents should do in the field before the posyandu is conducted and after the posyandu is done in the field so as to improve the performance of the posyandu cadres.

Abstract

Varicose veins of the lower limb (VVTB) abnormalities of blood vessels in the lower extremities. The prevalence of VVTB in Europe is around 50% of the adult population. The incidence of varicose veins in Indonesia is 25% to 30% in women and 10% to 20% in men. Based on a preliminary survey in Desa Securai Selatan, Babalan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, out of 10 people there were 7 people suffering from VVTB. Therefore, the authors want to find out the factors that affect Varicose Veins of Lower Legs (VVTB) in Primary School (SD) teachers in Securai Selatan Village, Babalan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency in 2019. Types of analytical research with cross sectional approach. The population is Elementary School (SD) teachers in Securai Selatan Village, Babalan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency as many as 35 female teachers consisting of SD Alur Rejo having 19 teachers, SD Batang Rejo having 6 teachers and SD Sendayan having 10 teachers. The sample in this study using total sampling. Data analysis was performed with univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results of the study were elementary school teachers based on the long standing majority of the categories that did not last long, namely 19 people (54.3%), the majority age category ≥ 30 years was 28 people ( 80.0%), majority education in S1 category is 33 people (94.3%), obesity in the majority category is not obese that is 18 people (51.4%), the use of high heels majority of the categories do not wear high heels that is 25 people (71 , 4%), the majority of VVTB categories were not VVTB, namely 28 people (80.0%). The conclusion is the influence of long standing factors, age, obesity and the use of high heels on VVTB in elementary school teachers in Securai Selatan Village, Babalan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency in 2019. The research suggestion is that teachers are expected to prevent VVTB by minimizing the work of teachers who are dominated by standing length of time in teaching and limiting the use of high heels to less than or equal to 5 cm because the use of shoes more than 5 cm is easier for potential varicose veins in the lower limbs

Abstract

The Health Sector Poverty Reduction Program (PKBK) is a tangible manifestation of the onohazumba district south nias government's concern for the poor by providing comprehensive health service assistance, including the nutritional health promotion program. Research Objectives: To get an overview of the perceptions of the poor towards the nutrition health promotion program. Research Methods, This research instrument have data collection by in-depth interviews and observation of promotional activities carried out by the puskesmas. Data analysis is done by content analysis. Triangulation of sources to stakeholders, NGOs/journalists, health workers, and Public health posyandu cadres. Results: There are different perceptions of the nutritional health promotion program from various characteristics of the respondents. Economic factors are an obstacle for a person to behave healthily and affect the utilization of health services. The lack of media, the limited use of methods, the material presented is very short and not in-depth, the frequency and adequacy of financing for nutritional health promotion programs affect the effectiveness of nutritional health promotion programs. Abstract

Medical devices are one of the factors that play an important role in providing health services to the community. Sustainable health services need to be supported by equipment that is always in a ready-to-use condition and can function properly. The level of public health needs to be improved through quality health services, one of which is through the provision of good, safe and suitable medical devices. So that medical equipment is always in good condition, safe, and suitable for use, it is necessary to carry out preventive maintenance including periodic maintenance and implementation of tests and calibrations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Treatment of Medical Medical Devices at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. The results of this study indicate that the number of human resources in carrying out medical device maintenance at Royal Prima Hospital Medan is maximized, the exact amount of funds for the maintenance of medical devices at Royal Prima Hospital Medan is unknown, but each device already has its own budget in terms of treatment. and repairs, the placement of medical devices, especially in the ICU and IGD rooms, is in accordance with SOPs, it can be seen that their placement is regular and easy to reach by health workers such as doctors and nurses, the maintenance of medical devices is routinely carried out as well as once a week technicians always carry out maintenance on medical devices, supervision has also been carried out optimally by technicians if there are medical devices that are constrained in their operation.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease and one of the non-communicable diseases whose growth is very fast. This study aims to explore and analyze the early detection and prediction system of risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus which utilizes machine learning methods. This type of research is a scoping review to accumulate and synthesize the results of previous studies on the early detection of risk factors and the prediction system of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 using machine learning methods. The inclusion criteria are articles in English or Indonesian, journals published in the 2017-2021 range, full text, and not systematic reviews. Article searches are 4 databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, International Journal of Public Health Science/Hindawi, and IEEE Xplore.  The results obtained as many as 2,941 articles, using the PRISMA method. The remaining 15 studies were maintained and met the criteria for qualitative analysis. The articles used machine learning methods in the creation of early detection models and prediction systems. Some articles use the merging of two methods (statistical and machine learning). The machine learning techniques mostly use supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques. For the algorithms used, the majority of researchers used more than one algorithm such as algorithm support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), Decision Tree (DT), LASSO, and others, to compare the best accuracy of each algorithm. Risk factors associated with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 incidence are age, gender, obesity, family history of the disease, lack of physical activity, genetics, environment, smoking, blood pressure, and diet.

Abstract

The achievement of the use of MKJP contraceptives looks low for the working area of the birth control hall in Tanjung Seumantoh Village, Aceh Tamiang Regency in 2021. Based on DPMKPPKB data, MKJP contraceptive users only 22 pus active out of a total of 281 registered acceptors. The percentage of user success is only 17.6%, dominated by IUDs of 8.1% and MOW only 7.6%. This study was conducted to find out the picture of factors that affect the use of MKJP contraceptives in the working area of the Karang Baru District Birth Control Center of Aceh Tamiang Regency in 2021 This type of qualitative research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The study population is the entire acceptor of PUS MKJP as many as 22 people with a sample number of 18 people. From the results of the study, it was found that among the three factors: age, education, and parity, each has a relationship with the use of MKJP in Tanjung Seumantoh Village. Based on the age factor, it was found that the older a person is, the greater the possibility of using MKJP as a contraceptive. This acquisition is supported by reasons such as: first, the number of children has been sufficient and secondly, the age that does not allow return to add children. Furthermore, the educational factor, the average middle education (SMP-SMA) or elementary school prefers MKJP as a contraceptive. And finally the parity factor, that the greater the number of children born, it will affect the choice of acceptors to use MKJP contraceptives. This occurs in the birth rate ≥ 3, which is 3, 4, 5 and 6. Therefore, the three factors of age, education, and parity can affect acceptors in using MKJP in the working area of tanjung Seumantoh Village Kb Hall, Aceh Tamiang Regency.
