Abstract

Business legality is an important document that every business owner must possess. Business legality serves as the business identity that can provide protection from the government. With the ownership of business legality, business actors can benefit from the facilities provided by the government for businesses with legal status. However, many business owners still do not understand the importance of business legality, citing the complexity of the process as a reason. As a result, many of them do not have business legality. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to MSMEs regarding the importance of business legality and to offer assistance to MSMEs in processing business legality in Gayungan District, Surabaya. The results achieved are evident from the increased knowledge, understanding, and willingness of MSME stakeholders in Gayungan District, Surabaya, to maintain the legitimacy of their businesses.

Abstract

In Indonesia, especially in the employment sector, a qualified workforce is needed so that companies can remain competitive and experience rapid growth. The demand for qualified labor continues to increase every year, which makes competition among job seekers increasingly fierce. In addition, many new graduates face difficulties in finding a job due to lack of access to information. Therefore, there are several factors that can facilitate job seekers in the application and job search process, such as recruitment sources, company branding, and a fast and efficient selection process. These factors help recruiters in finding candidates that match the needs of the company and the position required.

Abstract

Procurement of goods and services is one of the crucial activities in a company. Procedures for the operationalization of procurement of goods and services at PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) are designed to ensure that procurements are carried out in a transparent, efficient manner and in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this research is to exhibit the operational procurement of goods and services on PT SIER. This research method uses qualitative descriptive, so will display the results through observations carried out by the author during the internship. The results of the research show that the operational procurement of goods and services of this PT SIER has three stages: planning, acquisition, and supervision. In its implementation, the procurement division at PT SIER is divided into several units to facilitate coordination with vendors at the time of provision of goods.

Abstract

The use of social media as a promotional and educational tools is increasingly important in company marketing strategies in the current digital era. This research examines the role of social media Instagram account @plnup3surabayaselatan in supporting product promotion and electrical education to attract buying interest from PT customers. PLN (Persero) UP3 South Surabaya. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with customers and employees of PLN UP3 South Surabaya as well as content analysis of related posts. Research findings show that Instagram account @plnup3surabayaselatan is less effective in increasing customer awareness about electrical products and services offered by PT PLN (Persero) UP3 South Surabaya. Apart from that, the educational content presented is also less prominent so that the efficient and safe use of electrical energy is not yet fully understood by customers and the wider community. The results of this research provide important insights for companies in designing marketing strategies via social media to increase customer engagement and expand market share in today's digital era.

Abstract

Every business needs a plan, especially today when funding and competition are so tight and increasingly advanced. From large companies to new businesses, doing business in Indonesia is becoming increasingly complex, with many competitors selling the same products and services. To reduce possible risks, it is best for companies to have a business plan before starting their business. The more competitors there are, the greater the possibility that consumers will be persuaded to buy the product or service being sold. Many business people only chase big profits without planning or thinking about the risks that might arise. Business planning that can be carried out consists of initial investment, initial funding requirements plan, estimated average sales, equipment purchases, cost of goods sold, income analysis, cash flow analysis, net present value (NPV), payback period, legal aspects, and methods. Data collection Business development planning is also an important step to ensure business success.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe establishment of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) has become one of the challenge for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The challenges are especially in the way of how to increase the standard, design and product quality so that they can survive in the ASEAN single market. As one of the proven safety net in Indonesian economy after the crisis in 1998, SMEs became in the point of attention in Indonesian economic development. Thus, in order to develop the Indonesian economic performance, SMEs are needed to increase their number of exports as well as their management. According to the 2004 report, in Surabaya there are only 30 percent of SMEs products which are successfully market their products abroad. These numbers are still lesser than the expected percentage of export number from SMEs. By using the qualitative method this research identifies the obstacles and challenges faced by the SMEs producing Handicrafts products in Surabaya. As for the data were obtained by interview and FGD technic. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the effect of influencer marketing and product quality on the purchasing decision of Erigo Apparel products. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 100 people. The population in this study was respondents who had active social media accounts as well as followers of Erigo Apparel social media accounts and respondents had bought and used Erigo Apparel products. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 for Windows. This test uses two independent variables, namely influencer marketing, product quality and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The results of this study are 1) Influencer marketing and product quality simultaneously affect the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 2) Influencer marketing partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 3) Product quality partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products.

Abstract

The development of the digital era is growing rapidly until now. Digitalization has spread to various fields, especially in the business sector. Almost all companies, from small to large, use digitalization as their marketing policy and strategy. This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital era on company business policies and strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher conducted an analysis referring to the relevant data. Examines the theory with the influence between variables from data collected from journals and articles for the last five years. The results of this study indicate that the digital era has an influence on the company's business policies and strategies

Abstract

The level of success in a country can be described by the rate of its economic growth which can be assessed from many aspects such as the value of export activities and import activities which have some influence on the trade balance in a country. Globalization and the era of free trade provide many opportunities for export companies to enter the world market as well as demand the readiness of a company to compete. Theories on international trade are proven to explain several personal business behaviors that are closely related to international trade activities. With good economic growth it will increase national income, people will be more prosperous in terms of the economy. In the last decade, there have been many studies stating that export activities can boost the growth of an economy because they can generate foreign exchange that can be used to finance internal sector development. This problem can arise when the relationship in the economy of a country with other countries both bilaterally and multilaterally so that it can cause several problems that can interfere with the course of international trade so that it can run smoothly, so to overcome some problems it is necessary to find a solution immediately, this is to improve the quality of life of the community. Abstract

A business policy strategy is an important element that must be carefully formulated and studied by a company so that it does not cause multiple interpretations and is in accordance with the objectives of establishing a business or company. Reviewing this statement, the authors compiled a study using descriptive qualitative research methods with PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri as the unit of analysis within a certain period of time (cross action). The goal is that the reader can understand in more detail about the business policy strategy, and PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri can get to know the business policy strategy it has and understand what impact it will have from implementing the business policy strategy so that the company can have options whether to maintain a business policy strategy that is owned or renovate and add new business policy strategies. As for the results of his research, there are several business policy strategies that should be maintained and there are also business policies that require improvement at the implementation and formulation stages.
