Abstract

Global technological advancements accelerated the spread of Korean culture, creating the Korean Wave. K-pop music is in high demand by the Millennial generation, and fans are very enthusiastic about their idol group merchandise. Buying excessive K-pop merchandise can lead to consumptive behavior, such as impulse buying, which encourages hedonistic behavior in individuals. The shopping lifestyle also plays a role in this phenomenon. This study examines how hedonic shopping motivation and lifestyle affect impulse purchases of official K-pop merchandise (a study of the Monbebe community). This research methodology is quantitative research with a survey method. Samples were taken from the Monbebe community using non-probability sampling techniques with 100 respondents. Google Forms was used to collect data, and the multiple linear regression method was used to analyze it. The research findings show that impulse buying behavior is significantly and partially influenced by hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle when buying official K-pop merchandise.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in supporting digital marketing in SKINBEAUTE products after the opening of the TikTok Shop. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample withdrawal technique used is the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that (1) SKINBEAUTE is expected to evaluate previous operational performance to determine new strategies in the future through assessments from owners, employees, and consumers; (2) In mapping SKINBEAUTE's business conditions, there is a need for updates or improvements in several elements such as channels, key activities, key resources, key partnerships, and cost structures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work conflict, work stress, and work motivation on employee performance at Jiwa Muda Organizer. In the dynamic wedding organizer industry, work conflict and stress often arise due to high job demands and interactions with various stakeholders. Therefore, this study seeks to measure how these factors influence employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with a multiple linear regression approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to both permanent and freelance employees at Jiwa Muda Organizer. The results indicate that work conflict and work stress negatively affect employee performance, while work motivation has a positive effect. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence employee performance. These findings highlight that effective management of work conflict and stress, as well as increased motivation, can enhance productivity and work efficiency at Jiwa Muda Organizer.

Abstract

Businesses evolve, and retail is no exception. Companies must have the right strategy amid the digital era and understand consumer needs to win the competition in an increasingly tight market. One of the things that companies must pay attention to is consumer habits in shopping online. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect and significance of perceived ease of use, free shipping program, and e-Servicescape simultaneously and partially on e-satisfaction in Alfagift application users in Surabaya. Quantitative is the type of research used in this study. The number of samples needed is 150 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling which is part of the non-probability sampling technique. Primary data is the type of data used, which is taken from distributed questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is a data analysis technique in this study. The research findings show that: (1) perceived ease of use, free shipping program, and e-Servicescape simultaneously have an effect and are significant on e-satisfaction; (2) perceived ease of use and e-Servicescape partially have an effect and are significant on e-satisfaction; and (3) free shipping program partially has no effect and is not significant on e-satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi Blue Ocean pada Lustre Barbershop dalam meningkatkan daya saing di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri barbershop di Kecamatan Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan analisis SWOT, kanvas strategi, dan kerangka kerja empat langkah H-K-T-C (Hapuskan, Kurangi, Tingkatkan, Ciptakan) untuk mengidentifikasi peluang inovasi nilai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan strategi layanan konsultasi personal, sistem booking online, dan promosi berbasis interaksi, serta layanan home service menjadikan Lustre Barbershop mampu menciptakan nilai baru yang membedakannya dari kompetitor. Penelitian ini memperkuat teori Blue Ocean Strategy dalam konteks UMKM jasa dan menyarankan pengintegrasian inovasi ke dalam bauran pemasaran 7P agar dapat diterapkan dalam aspek operasional Lustre Barbershop.

Abstract

The retail industry in Indonesia has achieved success by maintaining the best quality for consumers. Using positive emotion as an intervening variable, this study attempts to ascertain and examine how sales promotions and store atmosphere affect impulsive purchases made by customers of the Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza store. Given that the data collected for this kind of research is numerical, a quantitative method is used. Customers who have bought Charles and Keith products and who meet the requirements of being at least eighteen years old and residing in Surabaya comprise the demographic that is the subject of this study. 99 respondents participated in the purposive sampling technique used for the sampling process. Numerous methods, including surveys, books, websites, and other literature, are used to gather data. Google Forms were used to distribute questionnaires as part of the data collection strategy. The Partial Least Square approach, which is enabled by SmartPLS 4.0 software, is used in this study's data analysis to examine the relationship between one or more independent variables and the dependent variable. The study's findings show that sales promotions have no effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has no effect on impulse buying, sales promotion has an impact on impulse buying, sales promotion and store atmosphere have an impact on positive emotion, positive emotion influences impulse buying, and store atmosphere influences impulse buying through positive emotion.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The growth of the coffee industry in Indonesia has led to increasingly intense competition, requiring companies to understand the psychological factors that influence consumer behavior in the process of making purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and self-control on purchasing decisions among consumers of Kopi Tuku in Surabaya Timur Merr. The research employed a quantitative associative approach with a sample of 100 respondents obtained through accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that FOMO does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while self-control has a significant influence. Simultaneously, both independent variables have an effect on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that the urge to follow trends through social media does not always strengthen purchase intentions, while higher self-control reduces purchasing behavior. The implications of this research provide insights for marketers in designing promotional strategies that take into account psychological aspects and consumer behavior. ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan industri kopi di Indonesia telah memunculkan persaingan yang semakin kompetitif, sehingga perusahaan diperlukan untuk memahami faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan self control terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Kopi Tuku Surabaya Timur Merr. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan FOMO tidak memiliki berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan Self Control berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dorongan mengikuti tren melalui media sosial tidak selalu dapat memperkuat intensi pembelian, sementara kontrol diri yang tinggi menurunkan perilaku pembelian. Implikasi penelitian memberikan masukan bagi pemasar dalam merancang strategi promosi yang mempertimbangkan aspek psikologis dan perilaku konsumen. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup dan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi generasi Z yang berdomisili di Kota Surabaya. Gen Z merupakan kelompok demografi yang lahir pada tahun 1997–2012 dan dikenal sebagai generasi digital native yang sangat terpapar oleh kemajuan teknologi serta budaya konsumerisme, yang berpotensi memengaruhi perilaku keuangan mereka. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 responden yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup dan pengetahuan keuangan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi Gen Z. Secara parsial, pengetahuan keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan, sedangkan gaya hidup menunjukkan pengaruh yang cenderung negatif, meskipun signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi keuangan yang baik bagi Gen Z agar mampu mengambil keputusan finansial yang bijak di tengah gaya hidup konsumtif yang berkembang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baik secara teoritis maupun praktis dalam bidang manajemen keuangan pribadi.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan bisnis digital bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) melalui matinya platform e-commerce. Di era digitalisasi yang berkembang pesat, e-commerce menjadi salah satu cara utama bagi UMKM untuk memperluas cakupan usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing. Namun penerapan e-commerce bagi UMKM tidak selalu berjalan mulus dan menghadapi banyak tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman teknologi. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mengulas berbagai strategi yang dapat diterapkan UMKM untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya melalui e-commerce, antara lain pemilihan platform e-commerce yang tepat, strategi pemasaran digital, manajemen rantai pasokan, dan membangun kepercayaan pelanggan. Beberapa platform e-commerce besar di Indonesia yang bisa digunakan oleh UMKM antara lain adalah Shopee, TikTokShop, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, dan Lazada.Dengan pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap strategi tersebut, kami berharap UMKM dapat memanfaatkan potensi e-commerce secara maksimal untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya dan bersaing di pasar digital yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi, pengelolaan database yang terintegrasi menjadi kebutuhan vital bagi organisasi, termasuk BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Artikel ini membahas implementasi sistem pengelolaan database peserta di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengkaji proses pengeditan data validitas tenaga kerja, validitas Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), serta koreksi data perusahaan baru yang belum lengkap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem pengelolaan database terintegrasi berkontribusi pada penurunan jumlah data tidak valid, seperti nomor telepon, nama ibu kandung, dan NIK tenaga kerja. Selain itu, koreksi data perusahaan yang baru terdaftar memastikan informasi lebih lengkap dan akurat, sehingga mempercepat proses administrasi dan pelayanan. Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional, mengurangi kesalahan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan peserta. Kesimpulannya, implementasi sistem pengelolaan database peserta yang terintegrasi memberikan dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan database yang baik sebagai strategi untuk mendukung pelayanan yang lebih responsif, akurat, dan berkualitas.
