Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine differences in academic stress among final year students of the Social Sciences Education study program based on gender at FKIP UNTAN Pontianak for the 2022/2023 period. The research design used is comparative. The total population was 61 students and the samples taken randomly using stratified random sampling were 22 male students and 31 female students. The instrument used was the student-life stress inventory (SSI) questionnaire which was packaged on the Google Form platform, the data was on a Likert scale, and used Independent t-test analysis. Data collection techniques were pilot tests, validity tests, reliability tests, questionnaire distribution, and the data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 26. The research results showed that most students experienced low academic stress at 41.5%. The independent t-test obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.145 (p>0.05) so H0 is accepted, which means there is no difference in academic stress based on gender. This is due to the similarities in the causes of stress experienced and received by male and female final year students in the Social Sciences Education study program at FKIP UNTAN Pontianak for the 2022/2023 period. However, the data shows that the academic stress level of female students is higher (M=142.87) in the medium category than male students in the low category (M=131.59).

Abstract

One of the objectives of land registration is to provide legal certainty for land rights holders. Therefore, in order to make this happen, regulations regarding land registration are made, one of which is Article 32 paragraph (2) PP Number 24 of 1997. However, in reality there are still problems in terms of ownership of a parcel of land associated with this article, namely against a plot of land which has been controlled by a legal subject for years and has been equipped with a certificate. There are still outsiders demanding rights to the land with respect to the land. Until now, Article 32 paragraph (2) Government Regulation Number 24 Year 1997, which should have been a solution to the above problems, still creates differences. Given the existence of this article is not in accordance with the negative publication system adopted by land registration in Indonesia, where a certificate is not an absolute evidence, but a certificate is strong evidence.

Abstract

Problems with pronunciation and accent in Japanese language learners often occur because learners have different mother tongues. This study aims to describe how the form of perception of consonant utterances in Japanese language learners whose native Javanese language is foreign when compared to native Japanese. The consonants that will be test are Japanese plosives and fricatives. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where the researcher will describe the results of data analysis and explain facts about perceptions of mother tongue speech, which interfere with foreign language learners, especially Japanese. The analysis was carried out based on the recording when testing words containing plosive and fricative consonants. Based on the results of the analyze in this study, it can be interpreted that Japanese language learners whose mother tongue is Javanese Mancanegari have differences from native Japanese speakers, both in terms of the frequency of the spoken consonants and in terms of the pitch-accent waves

Abstract

AbstrakKebijakan merupakan hal penting yang berhubungan dengan pembangunan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sehingga kebijakan yang diambil oleh kepala daerah nantinya berpihak untuk masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kebijakan kepala daerah dan hubungan pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa yang berada di Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perangkat desa dari lima desa di Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes dengan jumlah 54 responden. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian secara kuantitatif. Metode kuantitatif dapat diartikan sebagai metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif atau statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan.  Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: 1) Kebijakan kepala daerah dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat diperoleh bahwa hasil analisis bernilai positif dan hubungannya kuat. 2) Pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat diperoleh bahwa hasil analisis bernilai positif dan hubungannya sangat kuat. 3) Kebijakan kepala daerah dan pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan dengan kesajahteraan masyarakat secara bersama-sama memiliki nilai positif dan tingkat hubungannya kuat.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Kepala Daerah, Pembangunan Ekonomi, dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat AbstractPolicy is an important thing related to economic development and community welfare, so that the policies taken by regional heads will be in favor of the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between regional head policies and the relationship between rural economic development and community welfare. The population in this study is a village device located in Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. The sample used in this study was a village device from five villages in Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency with a total of 54 respondents. In this study, the author used a quantitative research approach method. Quantitative methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine in certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses.  Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study showed: 1) The policy of the regional head with the welfare of the community was obtained that the results of the analysis were of positive value and the relationship was strong. 2) The development of the rural economy with the welfare of the people is obtained that the results of the analysis are of positive value and the relationship is very strong. 3) The policies of regional heads and rural economic development with the welfare of the community together have positive values and the level of relationship is strong.Keywords: Regional Head Policy, Economic Development, and Community Welfare

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Pribadi dan Periklanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Pribadi dan Periklanan secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pelanggan PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 1.590 pelanggan, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 181 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan, personal dan periklanan secara parsial atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan, penjualan personal dan periklanan dapat menentukan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan konsumen.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) Type 2 is a chronic metabolic disease that can cause serious complications, such as peripheral circulatory disorders and diabetic foot ulcers, if blood glucose levels are not controlled. Resistance Exercise is one form of physical activity intervention that has the potential to prevent these complications. Purpose: To determine the effect of resistance training on blood glucose fluctuation  and painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: This study used a pre-experimental design with a two-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 60 participants were selected through simple random sampling, divided into two groups: intervention (n=30) and control (n=30). The intervention group was given Resistance Exercise for a certain period, while the control group was not given any treatment. Data were analyzed using the Paired t-Test . Results: There were significant differences in the intervention group before and after intervention on blood glucose levels (p=0.000), peripheral blood circulation (p=0.000), and leg pain (p=0.000). Meanwhile, the control group did not show significant differences in peripheral blood circulation (p=0.161) and leg pain (p=0.083). Conclusion:​​ Resistance Exercise is effective in lowering blood glucose levels, improving peripheral blood circulation, and reducing leg pain in patients with Type 2 DM. This intervention is recommended as part of DM management at the primary care level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of legal provisions concerning the criminal act of aggravated theft as regulated under Article 363 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), focusing on the case study of decision number 1701/Pid.B/2024/PN Sby. The research intends to identify the judges’ legal considerations, the conformity between the elements of the offense and the facts revealed during the trial, as well as the relevance of the verdict to existing doctrines and jurisprudence. The study employs a normative juridical research method with a case approach, supported by an examination of the court’s decision, criminal law literature, and applicable legislation. The data are qualitatively analyzed to assess the consistency of the judges’ legal reasoning. The research findings indicate that the judges accurately assessed the elements of aggravated theft based on the evidence presented in court. The rendered verdict reflects substantive justice as it considers both aggravating and mitigating factors for the defendant. This study highlights the importance of consistent law enforcement in aggravated theft cases to ensure legal certainty and protect the rights of victims

Abstract

Background: Low birth weight (LBW) is a condition in which a baby is born weighing less than 2500 grams. Low birth weight, a leading cause of neonatal mortality, is caused by unstable body temperature. Purpose: to determine the effectiveness of the kangaroo and nesting methods on the body temperature of low birth weight infants in the Perinatology. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental method and was conducted from March to April 2025. The sample consisted of 32 infants treated in the Perinatology Unit of KH. Hayyung Regional General Hospital, Selayar Islands Regency, from March to April 2025, using accidental sampling. Results: The study showed that the kangaroo and nesting methods were effective in increasing body temperature in low birth weight infants, as indicated by a p-value <0.05. Conclusion: This means that the kangaroo and nesting methods significantly influence the body temperature of low birth weight infants. Suggestion: It is hoped that mothers who give birth to low-birth-weight babies will be able to use the kangaroo method and nesting methods in newborn care to maintain a stable body temperature

Abstract

This study aims to compare investment and operational costs between electric trucks (Electric Vehicles/EV) and diesel trucks (Internal Combustion Engine/ICE) in coal transportation activities in Kutai Barat Regency. The main issue addressed is the high investment cost of electric vehicles and their suboptimal operational productivity compared to conventional vehicles. A employed using descriptive statistics and the non-parametric Mann–Whitney U test. Data were collected from actual operational measurements of both vehicle types. The results show that electric trucks have significantly higher investment costs than diesel trucks. However, in terms of energy efficiency, electric trucks offer significant savings up to 72.9% in energy costs. Meanwhile, operational and total costs between the two truck types were not statistically different. In terms of productivity and daily output capacity, diesel trucks were significantly superior. These findings suggest the adoption of a mixed-fleet strategy and underscore the importance of developing supporting infrastructure such as swab charging stations to optimize the role of electric vehicles in the mining sector.
