Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pendemi Covid 19 yang membuat perubahan besar dalam berbagai hal salah satunya pada aspek pendidikan mulai tingkat dasar sampai perguruan tinggi termasuk pembelajaran baik di kelas maupaun praktikum di laboratorium, salah satunya pada mata kuliah Keperawatan Dasar di STIKes Karsa Husada Garut yang mengalami pergesaran dari pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran daring untuk mencapai kompetensi mahasiswa. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan seberapa besar pengetahuan keterampilan mahasiswa untuk mencapai kompetensi pada mata kuliah keperawatan Dasar dan apakah live streaming “mini laboratorium” efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kompetensi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di STIKes Karsa Husada Garut pada semester genap dengan populasi mahasiswa D3 Keperawatan yang sedang mengampu mata kuliah Keperawatan Dasar sebanyak 132 mahasiswa dengan teknik total sampling, sedangkan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel sebanyak 102 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif untuk bisa mengungkapkan seberapa besar efektivitas live streaming “mini laboratorium” terhadap pencapain kompetensi mahasiswa, dan instrument yang akan diberikan di dalam penelitian ini berupa SOP tindakan keperawatan serta media streaming. Hasil penelitian menunjukan belajar pembelajaran dengan cara live streaming di laboratorium efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam mencapai target kompetensi mata kuliah keperawatan dasar

The goal of this study is to provide rigid body equilibrium and rotational dynamics learning materials for mobile devices using App Inventor that are viable, efficient, and usable and that can enhance students' critical thinking abilities. This study used a 4-D development model as its research methodology, with just the development stage included in the steps of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Students in the class served as the study's subjects. Tests and non-tests (questionnaires) are the types of instruments employed. Test instruments were given to 30 students, and assessment questionnaires were given to experts (learning design, language, media, and materials), students (limited trials), and two physics teachers. The resulting media were considered appropriate by experts (learning design, language, media, and materials) and effective in training critical thinking skills with an N-gain value of 0.49 in the medium category and an educator effectiveness questionnaire with a percentage of 86% very effective category. Students rate the practicality of mobile learning material utilizing App Inventor at 78.5%, while teachers rate it at 92%.

Stunting, a condition of impaired growth in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition, remains a global health issue, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia. Factors such as poor nutrition, frequent infections, and inadequate healthcare contribute to its prevalence. Supplemental feeding, especially with foods rich in calories, protein, and micronutrients, is a proven approach to improving the nutritional status of stunted children. This study reviews literature from 2015 to 2024, utilizing databases like ScienceDirect, PubMed, Springer, Sagepub, and Google Scholar, with keywords including "stunting," "impact," and "supplemental feeding." Excluded are studies with unclear methodologies or insufficient data on the effects of supplemental feeding. Findings indicate that nutritional interventions involving protein, carbohydrate, and micronutrient-rich foods (e.g., eggs, milk, legumes, and zinc) effectively support linear growth and improve nutritional outcomes. A holistic approach integrating local food and micronutrient supplementation offers a sustainable solution to reduce stunting and enhance child nutrition in resource-limited settings

Over time, the number of Covid - 19 cases has decreased in several regions of Indonesia. This has caused several institutions to implement new policies to switch to hybrid learning methods, systems that use technology to integrate offline and online learning. Hybrid learning refers to a combination of face-to-face learning and online learning that forms a learning approach. Learning methods hybrid learning involving several factors, including students, lecturers, and networks. lecturers and students must understand the technology needed for hybrid learning, they also need to have a stable network to carry out hybrid learning methods so that students can avoid being left behind in the learning process. It is students in addition to adjusting to hybrid learning, students also still have to complete various coursework in order to get good grades and graduate on time, with changes in lecture methods that will affect the level of student satisfaction in the learning process. This research method is a quantitative research with the research design chosen is Quantitative Descriptive. In this study, quantitative descriptive was used to determine "Description of the Level of Student Satisfaction with the Method Hybrid Learning at STIKes Karsa Husada Garut”. The results showed that most of the respondents were in the satisfied category, namely 74 respondents (77.9%). Based on the research results it can be concluded that the level of student satisfaction with the hybrid learning method in STIKes Karsa Husada Garut most of them are in the satisfied category.

Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam memantau perkembangan anak usia dini. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP) yang kini dikembangkan dalam bentuk aplikasi e-KPSP untuk memudahkan deteksi tumbuh kembang anak. Penelitian dilakukan pada 52 orang tua siswa PAUD Pelita Hati, Kabupaten Garut. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan keterampilan orang tua setelah menggunakan aplikasi. Sebelum intervensi, skor rata-rata keterampilan 33,10 (kategori rendah-sedang), sedangkan setelah intervensi meningkat menjadi 74,03. Analisis Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menghasilkan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), membuktikan adanya perbedaan bermakna. Dengan demikian, aplikasi e-KPSP terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterampilan orang tua dalam mendeteksi tumbuh kembang anak usia dini.

Penyakit gagal jantung kongestif merupakan penyakit dengan kematian tertinggi, pengobatan yang lama baik menggunakan pengobatan farmakologis ataupun non farmakologis hal ini tetap memberikan dampak terhadap kualitas hidup penderita terhadap penyakit yang dialaminya. Tingginya angka kematian gagal jantung dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kualitas hidup. Pasien gagal jantung kongestif tingkat kematian yang tinggi masih berhubungan dengan perawatan diri yang rendah pada pasien gagal jantung kongestif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup dan perawatan diri pasien gagal jantung di RSUD dr Slamet Garut. Adapun metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pasien gagal jantung rawat inap di RSUD dr Slamet Kabupaten Garut dengan jumlah 68 responden. Mengunakan Teknik accidental sampling dalam menentukan responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner. Proses Analisa data menggunakan Analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kriteria nilai kualitas hidup rendah menunjukan urutan pertama dengan sebagian besar responden (76,5%) dan kriteria nilai perawatan diri buruk dengan jumlah sebagian besar responden (67,6%). Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti umur, status pendidikan, pekerjaan, lama sakit, kelas CHF. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang kualitas hidup dan perawatan diri pada responden gagal jantung di RSUD dr Slamet Garut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar gagal jantung di RSUD dr Slamet Garut memiliki kualitas hidup rendah dan perawatan diri buruk.

Digital business trends during the COVID-19 pandemic have increased. One of the digital businesses that can be run during a pandemic, one of which is the dropship business, has a fairly low risk because it does not require large capital and infrastructure preparation. Dropship data management without a data management system can make it difficult for drop shippers to manage and view customer, product, and supplier data. Besides that, without a data management system, it is very likely that the drop shipper will make an error in ordering and shipping the product. This research will discuss the creation of a data management application for drop shipping to cover dropship data management problems. The developed application will be web-based using a Progressive Web App (PWA) so that it can have better performance with a cache and a display that resembles a mobile application.

Corona virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. The virus that causes COVID-19 is called Sars-CoV-2. Corona viruses are zoonotic (transmitted between animals and humans). The community service program The Covid 19 Prevention and Control Program aims to increase the knowledge and ability of the community in dealing with the Covid 19 pandemic that has spread in society and to know the level of community compliance with 3M (using masks, maintaining distance and washing hands). The target of this service activity is the people who work in the market, the terminal in Garut as many as 300 respondents. The method of this activity was a one-by-one or interpersonal counseling approach. The team made teaching aids in the form of pamphlets, brochures, hand sanitizers themselves in the D3 Pharmacy Study Program laboratory to be distributed to the public. Each team that provided masks and handsanitizers, gave direct instructions on how to use them. This was done because it could not be done in a crowd as a social distancing effort in the interest of preventing the spread of Covid-19 in society. Based on the results of counseling on prevention and control of covid 19, the results in the Ciawitali market that the percentage of community compliance for 3M before 20% counseling increased to 60% of 100 respondents, in the Wanaraja market the percentage of community compliance for 3M before 30% counseling increased to 50% of 100 respondents, At the Ciawitali Terminal, the percentage of community compliance for 3M before counseling was 30% increased to 74% of 50 respondents, in Tarogong Square the percentage of community compliance for 3M before extension 50% increased to 84% of 50 respondents. Thus, this mentoring activity can be said to be successful because it is able to increase the knowledge and abilities of participants in participating in community service activities.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of death in the world. PTM can be detected by early detection by checking blood pressure, blood cholesterol levels, blood sugar and measuring BMI. The purpose of this activity is to detect non-communicable disease risk factors early after an examination has been carried out. This activity was carried out using a rapid test method for checking cholesterol, blood sugar, while blood pressure was checked using a digital sphygmomanometer, and height and weight were measured to obtain BMI data. The activity is carried out in December 2021-January 2022. The location of the activity is RW 15, Sindanggalih Village, Karangpawitan, Garut Regency with 50 participants. The results of the examination obtained as many as 25 people (50%) had prehypertension. Examination of blood cholesterol levels showed that 20 people (40%) had hypercholesterolemia. As many as 61 people (61%) are not sure to have DM and the results of BMI measurements are 23 people (23%) at risk of obesity. This detection through routine health checks is very necessary to find out from the start there are risk factors for a person to suffer from non-communicable diseases or not.

The health status of the elderly is not as good as at a young age. Often the elderly suffer from various diseases that generally occur due to decreased organ function. Based on the initial study we conducted in RW 05 Jayaraga Village, Tarogong Kidul Garut District, there were 80 elderly, 30 women and 50 men. Of the 80 elderly, there are 40 elderly who frequently visit Pos Bindu, and 20 elderly who experience health problems such as hypertension and gout. The activity of the elderly is to always come every month to the bindu post to have their health checked. The objectives of this community service are: providing an understanding of maintaining fitness in old age, health education for the elderly and preventing disease in old age. The methods used in this community service are: Lecture method on maintaining fitness in old age, and demonstration method in the form of gymnastics for the elderly. The target of this activity is the elderly with a total of 80 people. The urgency of this community service activity is that old age is seen as a period of decline, a period where the elderly feel a decrease in the decline that occurs in them both physically and psychologically. Some elderly people still view old age with an attitude that shows hopelessness, is passive, weak and dependent on relatives. The elderly do not have enough effort to develop themselves so that the elderly experience deterioration both physically and mentally. So it can be concluded so that it can be concluded that the implementation of these activities has been going well. It can be seen from the results that participants can understand and respond to the material we convey and participants can do elderly exercise.
