Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes in the world of education that impact dependence on the use of technology in the learning process and increase independent learning that requires learning media literacy skills. The purpose of this study was to review the optimization of the use of technology in education and media literacy skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a literature review using primary sources from 8 journals published in 2021-2022. The results of the study show that optimizing the use of technology in education during the COVID-19 pandemic can be done by focusing on increasing the utilization, service, and acceptance of this media as a learning tool through increasing perceptions of usability, perceived ease of use, attitudes towards online learning, motivation, mindset and collaboration. ; and aspects of educators such as the attitude of the instructor, competence and interaction of students. The family's socioeconomic status and parents' education level influence are increasing the media literacy skills of students who can support distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings that arise due to the performance of health services obtained after comparing the patient with what he feels. This research was conducted at the Hermina Bekasi Hospital because at this institution no research had been conducted on the quality of pharmaceutical services on outpatient satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between service quality variables and patient satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using SPSS 21.0, the value of the influence of Service Quality (X) on Patient Satisfaction (Y) can be narrated using the regression formula Y= a+bX, so the regression value resulting from the calculation above is Y = 16,725 + 0.721X. The constant value (a) is = 16,725 while the coefficient value (b) = 0.721. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no quality of service, then patient satisfaction will be worth 16,725 units. However, if there is an increase of one unit/unit of the service quality variable, it will affect the increase in patient satisfaction by 0.721. Based on the calculations obtained, tcount is 13.092 > t table 1.984, it can be concluded that  is rejected and  is accepted because t count is greater than t table. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find ways to increase lecturer engagement through transformational leadership and personality variables. The sample for this research was lecturers at private universities in the city of Bekasi, totaling 166 lecturers. The method used is path analysis and indicator analysis techniques. This research concludes that; 1) Strengthening Transformational Leadership can increase the engagement of permanent lecturers at private universities. 2) Strengthening Personality can increase the engagement of permanent lecturers at private universities. Suggestions, to strengthen transformational leadership and personality, you can strengthen the indicators for these variables.

Abstract

Sebagai pelayan public seorang pegawai pada Kelurahan Sukawangi Bogor harus memiliki kemampuan dalam mengendalikan diri secara emosional. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa pengaruh selt-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja pegawai di Kelurahan Sukawangi Bogor. Dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisa kotribusi dan hubungan serta pengaruh pada regresi sederhana. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai di Kelurahan Sukawangi Bogor secara generalisasi digunakan sebagai sampel dengan teknik sampel jenuh atau sampel populasi. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada skala likert. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pegawai Kelurahan Sukawangi Bogor sangat siap dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya sebagai pelayan public.

Abstract

Popularias suatu perusahaan dan siap untuk memasuki segmen semua kalangan pelanggan harus memperhatikan kualitas produk, brand image dipastikan pelangan akan membeli dan sekaligus sebagai pelanggan tetap. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kualitas produk dan brand image atas produk dari PT Ultrajaya berupa kemasan produk Ultra Milk Full Cream atas kondisi kesegaran yang tersedia di Minimarket. Dibangun dengan metode kuantitatif pada seluruh pelanggan di tiga Minimarket terkemuka di Kelurahan Cawang. Pengambilan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dikontruk dnegan skala linkert, dengan penentuan sampel teknik accidental sampling, dengan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua data valid dan reliabel, pada distribusi normal hubungan atas dua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan kesimpulan positif sangat kuat, dan juga pengaruh pada dua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat juga dinyatakan signifikan. Kesimpulan peneliti bahwa PT Ultrajaya atas kualitas produk kemasan Ultra Milk Full Cream atas kondisi kesegaran masih perlu perbaikan.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan di masa teknologi harus mementingkan inovasi terkini dari berbagai segmen pasar. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada rumah makan Bude Pur di Bekasi Utara. Serta mencari kotribusi atas kualitas layanan dalam rangka memenuhi kepuasan para pelanggan agar tetap menjaga para pelanggan menjadi pelanggan tetap pada rumah makan Bude Pur. Dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif pada sampel para pelanggan sebagai responden yang belum diketahui. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap para pelanggan rumah makan Bude Pur, selama satu minggu dengan menggunakan angket pada skala likert. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dapat diketahui hasil penelitian bahwa seluruh kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan kotribusi cukup dan positif dengan pengaruh kualiatas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan signifikan.

Abstract

Kenyamanan bekerja dilingkungan yang setiap harinya akan disinggahi menjadi suatu kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan pangkalan dan semangat kerja terhadap besarnya pendapatan driver ojek online di wilayah Kota Depok Jawa Barat. Dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey para driver ojek online di Kota Depok. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert disebarkan pada empat pangkalan strategis ojek online di Kota Depok. Analisa data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk menganalisa atas pengaruh dan hubungan pada tiga variabel dan mencari kontribusi secara bersama-sama pada variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian bahwa data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, dengan pengaruh dan hubungan positif rendah dengan kontribusi cukup baik. Dinyatakan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan pangkalan dan semangat kerja driver ojek online terhadap besarnya pendapatan signifikan, dan menerima hipotesis alternative.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the era of globalization requires human resources (HR) to develop themselves proactively. The influence of work quality based on the welfare and justice provided by the company, the influence of work quality in the absence of career development within the company also triggers a decline in worker morale and quality. PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia is engaged in manufacturing in the automotive industry, producing components for four-wheeled or more motorized vehicles. There is a phenomenon at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia regarding career development where employee recruitment is done through outsourcing which sometimes causes more harm to employees because of the large number of deductions from employee salaries. This research aims to examine the influence of career development on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia, especially in the Quality Control Department. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 45 employees of the Quality Control Department at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that this research instrument is valid and reliable. There is a positive influence between career development and employee performance. The results of the analysis show that an increase in career development contributes to an increase in employee performance. In 2021, when companies reduced new recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an increase in the status of contract employees to permanent employees. Therefore, career development has a positive impact on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia.

Abstract

Marketing is an effort to meet consumer needs through creating products and/or services which are then enjoyed or purchased by those who need them through an exchange process that must be fulfilled by a company in order to be successful in achieving the goal of creating consumers and retaining customers. There is a problem formulation, namely what is the quality of the product, what is the purchasing decision and how much influence does product quality have on purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to find out the formulation of the problem, this research method is quantitative with the population, namely consumers at the penyet mugo mulyo chicken restaurant, with a sample of 60 respondents. With a sampling technique using a quota sampling technique. The results of the research were that the positive influence was very strong, obtaining an r value of 0.836 and providing a contribution of 69.9%. on product quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pesat Jaya Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Pesat Jaya Utama yang di uji menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan jika hipotesis diterima dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
