Abstract

Talking about the Qur’an, the Qur’an is the most noble and special holy book of Islam. TheQur'an functions as a provider of explanation, as a defender between what is true and false,and as a guide to the truth. The Qur'an also functions as the main source of Islamic teachingswhich contain the values of aqidah, morals, sharia and mu'amalah. One of the noble effortsthat must be made by humanity to maintain the authenticity and purity of the Qur’an is bypracticing and memorizing it properly and correctly. In memorizing the Qur'an, you need toknow what methods are effective to apply to memorizing the Qur'an. In this research, themethod that will be studied is the difference in the use of the Wahdah and Talaqqi methodson the speed of memorizing the Qur’an.This research used an experimental method with the research population, namely allstudents at Al-Miftah Silo Middle School with a total of 89 students. The research sampleuses techniquessaturated sampling that is, the entire research population is used as theresearch sample. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews with supervisingteachers and students, and the data analysis technique used the Chi Square formula (X2).The results of the research show that: 1) There is no difference in the use of the wahdahmethod and the talaqqi method on the speed of memorizing the Qur'an with results X2O0.33 and X2t at a significance level of 5% = 3.841 Thus tcount < ttable (0.33 > 3.841). 2) There isno difference in the use of the wahdah method on the speed of memorizing the Koran withresult X2O smaller than X2t (3.24< 3.841). 3) There is a difference in the use of the Talaqqimethod on the speed of memorizing the Koran with X results2O greater than X2t (5,339 >3,841)

Abstract

Endophytic fungi are fungi that live in plant tissues that do not cause disease symptoms, do not harm the host plant, and can produce secondary metabolites such as antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral compounds. This study was conducted to isolate and evaluate the antibacterial and antioxidant activities of endophytic fungi from Aloe vera (L.) Burm.f. against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria. The antibacterial activity test was carried out qualitatively by thin layer chromatography-direct-bioautography (TLC-DB), and microdilution methods were used for the antibacterial assay against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Antioxidant activity was determined against DPPH using TLC-DB and the microdilution assay. Antibacterial results showed that the extracts LBB-2.4, LBB-2.2, LBAu-1.1 and LBAu-2.1 could inhibit the growth of S. aureus. Meanwhile, extracts of endophytic fungi with the isolate codes LBB-2.4, LBB-2.1, LBAp-3, LBAp-1, LBAu-1.1 and LBAu-2.1 could inhibit the growth of E.coli. The results of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) showed that isolate LBB-2.1 had moderate antibacterial activity with a MIC value of 256 μg/mL against S.aureus. The extracts showed weak antioxidant activity against DPPH. It can be concluded that endophytic fungi extracts from Aloe vera have potential activity as antibacterial agents.

Abstract

الحافظ ابن حجر العسقلاني أحد علماء الحديث في القرون المتأخرة (ت: 852ه)، أحد أبرز من ألف وكتب في فنون الحديث: علومه، ومتونه، وشروحه، وعلله، ومن أنفع ما كتبه في متون الحديث كتاب بلوغ المرام من أدلة الأحكام، حيث اشتمل على ما يحتاج إليه العبد في العبادات والمعاملات والآداب. وبالرغم من أن الحافظ أراد الاختصار في التأليف، إلا أنه لم يخله من فوائد إسنادية ومتنية تطبيقا لما كتبه علماء الحديث في كتب المصطلح. هذه الدراسة هي محاولة لكشف بعض أنواع علوم الحديث التي أوردها الحافظ ابن حجر بصورة تطبيقية في ثنايا كتاب الطهارة من كتابه بلوغ المرام، ومعرفة أساليبه في إيرادها. هذه الدراسة من الدراسات المكتبية التي تعتمد في جمع معلوماتها على مطالعة الكتب والمصادر المتعلقة بالموضوع، كما يستخدم الباحث المنهج الكيفي الاستقرائي بالتقريب الوصفي. من نتائج الدراسة أن الحافظ ابن حجر قد أورد بعضا من أنواع علوم الحديث في ثنايا ذكره للمتون، إما صراحة أو تلميحا، وهذه الأنواع تأتي تبعا لا استقلالا. ومن الأنواع التي ذكرها منها ما تشترك بين الإسناد والمتن، كالصحيح، والحسن، والضعيف، والمعلول، والمدرج، والشاذ والمحفوظ، وتخريج الحديث. ومنها ما تتعلق بالإسناد، كالمرسل، والمعلق. ومنها ما تتعلق بالمتن، كاختصار المتون، والرواية بالمعنى، وغريب الحديث.

Abstract

Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah merupakan elemen kunci dalam manajemen sekolah modern, terutama untuk pengelolaan sumber daya dan inovasi di era otonomi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program pembinaan pengawas sekolah terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah di kluster SD Negeri 067255 Medan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment (pre-test dan post-test one-group design), penelitian melibatkan 15 kepala sekolah dasar dalam kluster yang menerima program pembinaan intensif selama tiga bulan oleh pengawas sekolah. Program pembinaan difokuskan pada tiga indikator kewirausahaan: inovasi pembelajaran, pengelolaan sumber daya non-budgeter, dan kemampuan networking. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert (pre-test dan post-test) yang mengukur tingkat kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah, didukung oleh wawancara mendalam dengan pengawas dan beberapa kepala sekolah. Hasil uji statistik dependent menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada skor rata-rata kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah setelah menerima program pembinaan (t = 6.78; p < 0.01). Peningkatan paling menonjol terjadi pada dimensi kemampuan networking dan inovasi pembelajaran. Wawancara kualitatif menegaskan bahwa program pembinaan berhasil karena relevansi materi, pendekatan coaching yang personal, dan komitmen pengawas dalam memfasilitasi praktik nyata. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan standarisasi program pembinaan kewirausahaan bagi kepala sekolah yang melibatkan pengawas sebagai coach dan mentor, serta integrasi indikator kewirausahaan ke dalam penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah untuk memperkuat budaya inovasi dan kemandirian sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The correlation test is one of the most frequently used statistical techniques in educational research to identify the relationship between two or more variables. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the concept, types, assumptions, and applications of both parametric and non-parametric correlation tests, including Pearson, Spearman, Kendall’s tau, and point-biserial correlations. Through a review of recent literature, the author highlights the importance of selecting the appropriate correlation method based on data characteristics, testing fundamental assumptions such as linearity and normality, and interpreting results accurately without implying causation. Furthermore, this article discusses common errors in applying correlation analysis and provides recommendations for reporting results according to modern scientific standards. By understanding and correctly applying correlation tests, educational researchers are expected to produce more accurate, valid, and scientifically accountable data analyses.

Abstract

Intellectual intelligence is not the only main focus of education but it is also the ability to think critically and read critically as a key element in preparing future generations. This research aims to investigate the impact of parenting styles on the development of children’s critical thinking, critical reading, and multiple intelligences in the educational context. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The research data validity used source and technical triangulations. The research participants were elementary to middle school-level children who came from different parenting styles. Democratic parenting style appears as a strong factor to influence the development of children's critical thinking and critical reading skills. Parents who open the discussions, provide encouragement to question information, and provide space for exploration against the ideas at home, are positively correlated with higher levels of children's critical thinking. In the context of multiple intelligences, a democratic parenting style is also proven to play a key role. This research also provides limitations, especially in terms of the generalization of findings because it uses a case study design with a limited sample.
