Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor kesadaran, pekerjaan, dukungan keluarga, sosial ekonomi, dan tenaga medis terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita hipertensi serta dampaknya terhadap pengendalian tekanan darah. Studi ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Bunaken Kota Manado pada tahun 2025, dengan latar belakang rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pengobatan yang berkontribusi terhadap hipertensi tidak terkontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross-sectional). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang disebarkan kepada 115 pasien hipertensi yang sedang menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Bunaken. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kesadaran, dukungan keluarga, sosial ekonomi, dan tenaga medis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan minum obat. Sebaliknya, variabel pekerjaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, kelima faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan minum obat, dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Selanjutnya, kepatuhan minum obat terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap pengendalian tekanan darah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa upaya peningkatan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi memerlukan intervensi multidimensi yang mencakup edukasi, pemberdayaan keluarga, perbaikan akses ekonomi, serta optimalisasi peran tenaga medis dalam edukasi dan pendampingan pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal Hamka's thoughts and their integration into learning the creed at Muhammadiyah University in Indonesia. This research is qualitative, namely in the form of library research. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University, Prof. Dr. Hamka (Uhamka), Jakarta. The primary data sources are the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) document for the Uhamka Aqidah Course, Tafsir al-Azhar, Akhlaqul Karimah books, Budi Institute books, Living Institute books, Modern Sufism books, and other Hamka works. While the secondary data sources are other books that are relevant to the object of discussion in this study, Data analysis techniques were both empirical and theoretical. The results of this study show that the presentation of the faith material written by Hamka is not entirely the same as the presentation of the SRP for the faith courses at Uhamka. However, this study found that substantively, Hamka's messages related to faith education in Uhamka's lesson plans are scattered throughout his various works and can be integrated into aqidah lectures at Uhamka. Among Hamka's thoughts about Aqidah, which are substantively taught at Uhamka, is that Aqidah-monotheism is not just a belief but must be implemented in the lives of individuals, professions, families, communities, and even nations and humanity. Aqidah learning, which is oriented towards strengthening the implementation of character in life at Uhamka, is relevant to Hamka's view that a strong Aqidah-Tawhid will have an impact on the life of a Muslim in his vertical dimension with Allah SWT as well as its horizontal social dimension with fellow human beings and their environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah hubungan antara waktu tunggu, fasilitas rumah sakit, dan loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pelayanan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pasien Poli Gigi RSUD Weda, Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, Maluku Utara. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis jalur berbasis SmartPLS, sebanyak 77 responden dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas rumah sakit memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan dan loyalitas pasien, menegaskan pentingnya aspek kenyamanan dan kelengkapan fasilitas dalam membangun kepercayaan pasien. Sebaliknya, waktu tunggu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan maupun loyalitas, menunjukkan bahwa toleransi pasien terhadap durasi pelayanan masih relatif tinggi selama mutu layanan tetap terjaga. Kepuasan pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien, meskipun pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan secara statistik. Uji mediasi juga memperlihatkan bahwa kepuasan pelayanan belum mampu menjadi jembatan antara waktu tunggu dan fasilitas terhadap loyalitas pasien. Namun, secara simultan seluruh variabel menunjukkan kontribusi bersama yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan fasilitas dan pengalaman layanan yang konsisten menjadi strategi kunci dalam memperkuat loyalitas pasien, lebih dari sekadar efisiensi waktu tunggu.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the rareness of historical writing that elevated the female figure as the main character. This gives rise to the assumptions that women are not much involved in history. The method used in this article is the historical research method. This Article finds that there are several possible factors that have made the writing of women's development history neglected and relatively slow compared to other social histories. First, the erroneous paradigm of women's history. Many opinions assume that everything related to women's problems is domestic issues and private. While anything related to science is identical to the world of men. Second, the wrong perspective about women's world is very influential on other factors. Among them are methodological and source issues; women are considered to be dealing with private issues only, while most of the documents/data deal with public issues, which are dominated by men's world. Abstract

This study examines tarekat and its development in the Islamic education curriculum at Jagat Arsy Islamic Boarding School and how it affects modern society from the development of the educational model applied to it. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, using data from observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results show that integrating tarekat into the curriculum of Islamic religious education has significant benefits, especially in developing spirituality and morality. Tarekat helps to increase self-discipline, closeness to God, and the formation of a better-centered character. However, challenges during its implementation, including resistance from conservative factions and the struggle to develop a standardized curriculum, hindered the process. The tarekat-based education model is perceived to have shifted public opinion regarding tarekat's adaptability to modern life, leading to increased support and adoption of tarekat practices. These findings reaffirm the significance of integrating tarekat into the education system and offer fresh insights for developing a comprehensive and systematic Islamic educational model.

Abstract

Pesantren as an educational institution that produces human resources who have faith and the ability to implement knowledge as the quality of its graduates, needs to make adjustments to the times, both technologically and in terms of the quality of graduates. Pesantren graduates will be measured by their ability in the community to do something useful and felt directly in real terms. Therefore, pesantren should not close themselves off from the modern education system, but rather adapt to the existing and developing system to produce quality graduates. Along with the times, the requirements and indicators of quality graduates were born, this became a reference for pesantren to make changes to the education process, as well as changes in technology became a reference for pesantren to make changes to infrastructure facilities as a forum for developing the quality of graduates.

Abstract

Poetry is old literature whose message can still be relevant today. This research explores the value of prophetic communication which is a derivative of Kuntowijoyo's Prophetic Social Sciences in poetry entitled Gurindam Dua Belas which contains twelve articles with different themes by Raja Ali Haji who comes from Penyengat Island, Riau Islands Province. This poetry is researched because of its timeless nature. The semiotic principles studied in this paper are the principles of signified, signifier, iconic, and arbitrator which will also be explained in terms of the value of prophetic communication. The value elements of prophetic communication are humanization (amar ma'ruf) which is related to humanizing humans, liberation (nahi munkar) which is related to preventing evil and liberation, and transcendence (tu'minuna billah) which is faith in Allah who returns everything to the Qur'an. 'an and As-Sunnah. Although it does not explicitly mention the verses and surahs in the Koran. In total there are eight articles that fall into the Prophetic Communication category in this poem. Many of the poetry's values ​​contain humanization from a societal perspective, followed by liberation and transcendence.

Abstract

PurposeThis research aimed to reveal various discourses and narratives of womanhood that were popularly discussed in the era before Indonesian independence. In addition, it also tried to reveal the movement of women against oppression using writings published in various Muslim mass media. MethodIn this case, this research used a sociological approach and uses qualitative content analysis theory. The study made various mass media of Muslim women in 1912-1942 as the primary data sources. They were original archives that had been converted into microfilm. The data were analyzed using a sociological approach and critical discourse analysis. Findings/ResultThis research reveals that the oppression experienced by Muslim women both in the public and domestic spheres is the most frequently raised topic. This is because the limited access to education for women, the deep-rooted patriarchal culture, and the limited role of women in the public sphere were still closely attached to Indonesian society. ConclusionThe Muslim mass media becomes an effective tool in voicing women's voices, ranging from the polemic of polygamy practices, the importance of education for women, the position of women, to the narrative of women's involvement in combat.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang konflik Mangkubumi Wargadireja yang berkonflik dengan Daendels dalam pembangunan pangkalan perang di Teluk Meeuwen tahun 1808-1809. Konflik ini sebagai salah satu penyebab yang timbul karena adanya tuntutan kepada Sultan Banten untuk menyediakan pekerja sebanyak 1500 orang tiap harinya untuk dipekerjakan di pembangunan benteng, Mangkubumi Wargadireja menyatakan tidak mungkin mengabulkan hal itu, namun Mangkubumi dianggap telah membangkang. Berdasarkan kajian lebih lanjut dari beberapa sumber yang relevan. Berdasarkan gerak sejarah menurut Braudelian politik Braudel menyebutnya sejarah peristiwa yang cenderung mengalami perubahan atau berfluktuasi secara cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan empat tahapan meliputi heuristik, verifikasi sumber sejarah, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Dengan demikian, Wargadireja merupakan patih dari Kesultanan Banten pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Abul Mafakhir, Wargadireja merupakan paman dari Sultan Muhammad Ishak. Alasan dibangun pangkalan armada perang adalah karena upaya Daendels dalam menjaga Pulau Jawa dari serangan Inggris. Konflik Wargadireja terhadap Daendels disebabkan oleh pertentangan antara Banten dan Batavia untuk membangun kompleks pertahanan yang strategis di Teluk Meeuween, sultan ingin mengakhiri pengiriman pekerja, sehingga Daendels marah dan menyerang Keraton Surosowan. Banten harus menerima tuntutan dari penguasa kolonial yaitu ekonomi dan politik. Hal ini menjadi tugas Wargadireja untuk menyelesaikannya dengan tujuan akhir menjaga kehormatan dan kebebasan rakyat Banten. Kata Kunci: Armada Perang; Konflik; Mangkubumi; Politik

Abstract

Health services are an important part of the government's efforts to fulfill people's rights to health. At RSU Rama Hadi Purwakarta, patient complaints arose related to late visitations, lack of communication, and uncertain service schedules, which reflected problems in the competence and commitment of medical personnel. This has a direct effect on patient satisfaction and trust in health care institutions. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and commitment of medical personnel on patient satisfaction and its impact on patient trust in the Outpatient Installation of Rama Hadi Purwakarta Hospital. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 172 outpatients. The independent variable is the competence and commitment of medical personnel, the mediating variable is patient satisfaction, and the dependent variable is patient trust. Data analysis was carried out using the path analysis method to measure the relationship between variables. The results showed that the competence of medical personnel had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (? = 0.193; p = 0.003), while the commitment of medical personnel had the strongest influence (? = 0.464; p = 0.000). Patient satisfaction also significantly affected patient confidence (? = 0.296; p = 0.000). Competency (? = 0.179; p = 0.001) and commitment (? = 0.250; p = 0.000) had a direct effect on patient confidence. Indirectly, competence and commitment affect trust through satisfaction. This study suggests increasing the competence and commitment of medical personnel as a strategy to increase patient satisfaction and trust.
