Abstract

Pendekatan edukasi merupakan salah satu salah satu cara terbaik untuk memberikan informasi. Informasi mengenai kesehatan dapat diketahui lebih luas dengan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan. Pengetahuan atau kemampuan kognitif seseorang berperan besar dalam menentukan perilakunya. Seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh meningkatnya penggunaan ASI eksklusif dan peningkatan pemahaman ibu, tingkat pengetahuan ibu merupakan komponen penting dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif. Mengetahui betapa pentingnya menyusui anak Anda secara eksklusif selama enam bulan dapat menginspirasi Anda untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan praktik penting ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pendidikan pengantin baru menggunakan Zoom. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Terdapat 270 pengantin baru di RSUD Damanhuri, Barabai, Kalimantan Selatan yang menjadi populasi penelitian. Dengan menggunakan random sampling, besar sampel penelitian berjumlah 161 responden. Edukasi melalui Zoom merupakan variabel independen. Derajat pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif dan keinginan menyusui merupakan variabel terikat. Kuesioner adalah alat penelitiannya. Analisis jalur adalah uji statistik yang digunakan. Berdasarkan analisis jalur pada variabel tingkat pemahaman (P value 0,00 < 0,05) mengindikasikan edukasi via zoom memiliki efektivitas terhadap peningkatan pemahaman suami dan istri. Pada hasil analisis jalur variabel motivasi (P value 0,00 < 0,05) artinya edukasi via zoom memiliki efektivitas terhadap peningkatan motivasi suami dan istri. Semakin banyak dan mudah informasi yang diperoleh semakin baik pula tingkat pemahaman seseorang. Semakin baik pemahaman maka akan berimplikasi pada peningkatan motivasi pada peningkatan derajat kesehatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien puskesmas Gesa Baru Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 pasien. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji realiabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Gesa Baru Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya. Hasil uji validitas variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien memiliki nilai nilai R tabel diatas 0,195 , hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa masing – masing pernyataan tersebut valid. Uji realibilitas variabel dengan nilai Cronbach alpha berkisar antara 0,88 – 0,91 yang berarti memiliki nilai reliabilitas tinggi, hasil uji Normalitas diketahui bahwa terditribusi Normal. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,98 yang menjelaskan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada puskesmas Gesa Baru Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya sebesar 98 % dan sisanya sebesar 2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Pendidikan Ulama Tarjih Muhammadiyah (PUTM) merupakan model kaderisasi ulama di Muhammadiyah. Keberadaannya dianggap dan diharapkan dapat menjawab problem kelangkaan ulama di Muhammadiyah. Sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan, PUTM dihadapkan kepada beberapa problematika formalitas kelembagaan yang harus segera ditemukan solusi dan jalan keluarnya. Studi ini mencoba melakukan analisa-analisa atas problem yang ada sekaligus merumuskan strategi pengembangan berdasarkan analasis SWOT. Melalui strategi-strategi tersebut, PUTM Yogyakarta dapat melakukan pembenahan dan pengembangan demi kemampuan menjawab tantangan zaman dan organisasi Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the era of Islamic intellectual packaging during the reign of Caliph Harun al-Rashid during the Abbasid dynasty in Baghdad. History has recorded that during the reign of the Abbasid dynasty, Muslims were truly at the peak of their glory and led world civilization at that time. The reign of the Abbasid dynasty was a "golden age" in the history of Islamic civilization, especially during the reign of Caliph Harun al-Rashid and al-Ma'mun.  Harun al-Rashid is considered by historians to be the greatest and most brilliant caliph who brought the Abbasid dynasty to its golden age. He ruled for 23 years and made this dynasty achieve progress and glory in the fields of politics, economy, trade, science and Islamic civilization. This research concludes that the Abbasid Dynasty was the heyday of Islam in various fields, especially science and science. Islamic intellectual progress at that time was due to the caliph's love of science, the establishment of the Baitul Hikmah library, and the movement to translate various books and literature into and out of Arabic played a major role in shaping the Islamic intellectual world at that time.

Abstract

The global pandemic, particularly the COVID-19 pandemic, has resulted in fundamental changes in consumer behavior, triggering a transformation in their interactions with social media. This research explores the impact of social media communication on consumers' brand perceptions and purchase intentions amid the pandemic and post-pandemic era through a thorough literature review. Detailing findings from relevant journals and information sources, this research provides in-depth insights into the complex dynamics between social media, brand perception and consumer purchase decisions. The literature analysis includes an in-depth understanding of how social media influences the way consumers form perceptions of brands, modify their preferences, and ultimately affect purchase intentions. Findings from related studies are comprehensively integrated to produce a holistic view of the role of social media in shaping consumer behavior. The results of this literature review are expected to contribute to academic understanding and provide practical guidance for companies in adapting their marketing strategies to the evolving consumer dynamics in the pandemic and post-pandemic era.

Abstract

The transformation in the Internet of Things (IoT) market has become the primary focus of research and innovation in the banking sector, especially since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. Changes in consumer behavior towards online shopping and integrated payment activities have compelled the banking sector to strengthen its technological infrastructure to meet the demands of an increasingly complex market. Amidst this dynamism, the implementation of technologies such as blockchain and IoT has become crucial in enhancing services and transaction security in the banking sector. The aim of this research is to explore the impacts and challenges faced by the banking sector in adopting IoT technology to improve services and transaction security. This study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, involving literature analysis and case studies of IoT technology implementation in several leading banks. The research method involves collecting data from various sources, including scientific journals, articles, and relevant books. Data is also collected through interviews with experts and practitioners in the banking sector who have experience in implementing IoT technology. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of IoT technology in the banking sector has successfully improved the efficiency of transaction services. The use of IoT sensors and connected devices has enabled banks to automate transaction processes and accelerate responses to customer demands. Furthermore, blockchain technology has also brought significant improvements in transaction security by providing decentralized data structures that cannot be manipulated. Despite its success, the study also identifies several challenges in adopting IoT technology in the banking sector, including high implementation costs, complexity in integrating with existing infrastructure, and the need for a deep understanding of this technology. However, with strategic and planned steps, the banking sector can overcome these challenges and harness the full potential of IoT technology to create a better transaction experience for customers and the overall community.

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Omnichannel has become a key strategy for retail companies in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the impact of IMC Omnichannel implementation on the satisfaction of retail products and services in Indonesia using an open access approach. The rapid development of technology and high internet penetration in Indonesia has prompted retail companies to shift to digital technology-based marketing. The objective of this study is to understand how the integration of various communication channels in IMC Omnichannel affects consumers' perceptions and levels of satisfaction with retail products and services in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with primary data sources derived from relevant journals, books, and articles. Analysis was conducted by collecting and evaluating relevant information about IMC Omnichannel implementation and its impact on consumer satisfaction in the retail context in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that IMC Omnichannel implementation has a significant impact on the satisfaction of retail products and services in Indonesia. The integration of various communication channels allows companies to provide a more comprehensive and consistent shopping experience for consumers. Additionally, service quality, responsiveness to consumer needs, and personalized shopping experiences also play a crucial role in influencing consumer satisfaction in the context of IMC Omnichannel.

Abstract

Long waiting times for outpatient pharmacy services remain a major challenge in hospital service quality and patient satisfaction. At the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of RS Prima Pekanbaru, increasing prescription volumes have not been matched by service capacity, leading to delays that exceed national standards. This study aims to evaluate outpatient pharmacy waiting times using Lean Management principles and queueing theory to identify sources of inefficiency and propose improvement strategies. A qualitative research design supported by quantitative queue analysis was applied. Data were collected through observations, document review, and in-depth interviews with 11 informants, including pharmacists, pharmacy supervisors, hospital management, prescription verifiers, and patients. The results showed an average prescription arrival rate of 1.717 prescriptions per hour, while the service rate was only 0.912 prescriptions per hour, indicating an unstable queue system. The average processing time for one prescription reached 1.09 hours, exceeding the 60-minute standard for compounded medications. Major inefficiencies were identified in the form of overproduction, particularly at the packaging stage, overprocessing due to repeated data entry caused by incomplete implementation of electronic prescriptions, and defects related to administrative and service flow errors. These findings indicate that optimizing workflow, strengthening human resources, and fully integrating digital systems are essential to reducing waiting times and improving pharmacy service performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of moral education proposed by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah and to analyze its relevance to the objectives of Indonesia’s National Education system. The research is motivated by the moral decline among students in the modern era, which tends to prioritize scientific and technological advancement while neglecting moral and spiritual values. This study employs a library research approach, utilizing primary and secondary sources related to Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah’s works. Data were analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods and content analysis. The findings reveal that Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah’s concept of moral education centers on the purification of the heart as the foundation of character development. Moral education emphasizes tazkiyat al-nafs through the cultivation of universal values such as honesty, trustworthiness, inner peace, and social responsibility, integrated within theological, individual, and social dimensions. These findings indicate that Ibn Qayyim’s moral education framework plays a crucial role in shaping moral conduct in daily life. The study implies that Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah’s concept of moral education is highly relevant and aligned with the goals of Indonesia’s National Education, particularly through a deep learning approach that focuses on developing learners who are faithful, pious, morally upright, and possess strong personal character.

Abstract

S Persaingan ketat dalam sektor kesehatan dipicu oleh globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang mendorong lembaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran, lokasi, dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan kunjungan pasien rawat jalan di Klinik Hasna Medika Bandung, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh pasien rawat jalan dan sampel sebanyak 381 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dan rumus Slovin dengan margin error 5%. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan kunjungan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,326 dan seluruh nilai p‑value < 0,05. Secara umum skor variabel berada dalam kategori baik, yang mencerminkan tingkat loyalitas kunjungan pasien yang relatif kuat. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa integrasi ketiga faktor tersebut dapat menjadi strategi utama Klinik Hasna Medika untuk memperkuat daya saing di tengah pasar kesehatan yang semakin kompetitif.
