Abstract

Education has a fundamental role in advancing the development of a nation. In Indonesia, education is mandatory for children from an early age, so every area of child development needs to be stimulated, especially the cognitive aspect through numeracy skills. These skills are crucial in supporting daily activities and preparing children to face the next stage of development. This study used rubber bands as a simple, attractive, and easily accessible tool to improve the numeracy skills of Group A children (aged 4-5 years) at PAUD Nurul Aeiniyah Karawang, which initially had an average of 60%. The study was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method initiated by Kurt Lewin in two cycles, through activities that included (1) counting numbers, (2) grouping colors, (3) basic addition and subtraction, and (4) making patterns. The results showed a significant increase, with an average numeracy ability reaching 77% in the second cycle. The greatest increase was found in the indicator of comparing numbers (83%). These findings show that the use of rubber band media is very effective in improving children's numeracy skills because it is concrete, interactive, and appropriate to children's cognitive development stages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students regarding the development of IMTAQ-based e-modules in Biology learning at SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru. This study used a mixed methods method with a sequential exploratory design, which began with qualitative data collection through interviews and observations, then continued with quantitative data collection using questionnaires. The research subjects included one Biology teacher and 30 grade XI students. The interview results showed that teachers needed systematic, interactive, and integrated IMTAQ value teaching materials because the learning media used did not fully support the strengthening of spiritual aspects. The results of the student questionnaire showed that all need indicators were in the needed category, including the need for interactive teaching materials (73%), integration of IMTAQ values (69%), student readiness to use digital e-modules (79%), and expectations for IMTAQ-based e-modules (80%). The results of this study indicate that IMTAQ-based e-modules are very relevant to be developed as Biology learning media that support conceptual understanding while fostering students' character values.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai pancaindra dan sistem saraf sebagai wahana penguatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Artikel ini membahas hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Edukasi bertema Edukasi Neuro-Logic Junior: Pancaindra & Sistem Saraf sebagai Wahana Critical Thinking, pada 14 November 2025. Metode kegiatan meliputi penjelasan materi, diskusi, dan partisipasi aktif dari siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, dengan peningkatan pemahaman tentang Edukasi Neuro-Logic Junior: Pancaindra & Sistem Saraf sebagai Wahana Critical Thinking. Dampak positif dari kegiatan ini terlihat pada kesadaran siswa terhadap pancaindra dan sistem saraf sebagai wahana penguatan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kegiatan ini diharapkan berkelanjutan dengan partisipasi aktif dari sekolah dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan mendukung. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan dipublikasikan sebagai referensi akademik untuk program serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran disiplin, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Runnet Media Utama. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 10 informan yang terdiri dari 7 staf dan 3 manajer, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja menjadi fondasi penting melalui kepatuhan waktu, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme yang konsisten. Motivasi berperan sebagai penggerak utama yang mendorong produktivitas melalui pengakuan prestasi, pemberian tanggung jawab sesuai kemampuan, dan peluang pengembangan karir. Kepemimpinan partisipatif dan transformasional terbukti efektif sebagai katalisator yang mengintegrasikan disiplin dan motivasi untuk menciptakan kinerja optimal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki sinergi yang saling mendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, kemandirian, dan kerjasama karyawan. Implementasi holistik ketiga faktor ini menjadi kunci sukses perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan industri telekomunikasi yang dinamis dan mencapai sustainable growth yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kesehatan peserta didik merupakan faktor penting yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran. Salah satu perilaku dasar yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini adalah kebiasaan mencuci tangan dengan benar sebagai bagian dari Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Observasi awal di SDN 9 Nagrikaler menunjukkan rendahnya kesadaran siswa dalam melakukan cuci tangan secara tepat, seperti tidak menggunakan sabun dan tidak mengikuti langkah kesehatan yang dianjurkan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada meningkatnya keluhan kesehatan serta menurunnya kehadiran siswa. Sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan program edukasi kesehatan melalui pemberdayaan Dokter Kecil sebagai tutor sebaya (peer teaching). Metode ini melibatkan pelatihan, pembekalan materi, praktik sosialisasi, serta pendampingan oleh mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku siswa terkait praktik cuci tangan yang benar. Siswa mulai konsisten mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun, terutama sebelum makan dan setelah menggunakan toilet. Dokter Kecil efektif berperan sebagai agen perubahan, terlihat dari meningkatnya kemandirian siswa dalam saling mengingatkan pentingnya mencuci tangan. Dukungan sekolah, penyediaan sarana seperti sabun dan poster, serta pemantauan lanjutan memperkuat keberlanjutan program. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode peer teaching terbukti efektif dalam membangun budaya hidup bersih di sekolah serta berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan SDGs poin 3 terkait kesehatan dan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

This journal discusses a critique of secular Western scientific thought, which views knowledge as value-neutral and recognizes truth only based on empirical observation. This perspective has influenced Islamic education in Indonesia, particularly by creating a division between religious knowledge and general knowledge. This problem is evident in the secondary-level Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum, which applies a purely procedural learning approach, thereby failing to fully support the holistic character development of students in accordance with Islamic teachings. This study aims to develop a model for renewing Islamic scientific thinking that can be practically applied to address the influence of secularism in education. The research adopts a qualitative approach through library research. Data are analyzed by interpreting Islamic sources, comparing them with Western modes of thought, and synthesizing them into educational concepts aligned with Islamic values. The results show that the renewal of Islamic scientific thinking must be grounded in Tawhid as the primary foundation, integrating revelation, reason, and empirical experience in the learning process. The proposed model is a Tawhid-based spiral curriculum that connects Islamic Religious Education with general sciences, along with an assessment system that measures not only knowledge but also students’ attitudes and spiritual development through teacher observation, self-reflection, and peer assessment. In conclusion, renewing Islamic scientific thinking is essential for producing knowledge that is beneficial, ethical, and aligned with the core objectives of Islamic teachings. Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the form, function and response strategies from autistic studentson the teachers’ directive in the classroom. This study used a case study. The results showed that there are two categories of the students’ spoken responses: (1) speech production in the form of assertive, directive, commissive and expressive; and (2) the speech responses are based on the senses including auditory, visual and emotions. In addition, the function of the students’ responses is categorized into two: (i) the effect of speech production in terms of complaining, agreeing, asking, stating something, thanking, apologizing, asserting, reporting, mentioning and offering; and (ii) the students’ responses as the effect of the teachers’ directive speech acts. Furthermore, the students’ response strategies are divided into two categories, namely: (i) internal and external factors, and (ii) the delivery of the students’ responses
