Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gansal, Batang Gansal District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This type of research uses a combination research method (mixed methods research). The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique and the sampling method uses Slovin's theory and produces a research sample of 82 respondents who are customers of Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gansal. Data collection techniques used are two methods, namely questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gangsal, Batang Gangsal District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The results of research at Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gansal which is located in the Batang Gangsal sub-district show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and has a positive relationship, that there are differences in customer perceptions of service at BMT. Even though there are satisfied customers, there are still significant complaints and input from customers regarding service, communication, and facilities. BMT Berlian Gansal has been trying to take concrete steps to improve service quality according to customer feedback. With a focus on service standards, employee training, response to feedback, and a persuasive approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bentuk-bentuk propaganda dan mengetahui dampak yang terjadi akibat propaganda yang terdapat pada novel “3” karya Primadonna Angela. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatatif dengan analisis teks berupa kutipan-kutipan kalimat atau paragraf yang berkaitan dengan propaganda dalam novel “3”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika untuk menganalisis bentuk dan dampak propaganda yang terjadi dalam novel “3” karya Primadonna Angela. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik analisis konten dimana peneliti membaca, menganalisis, dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 8 bentuk propaganda pada novel “3” karya Primadonna Angela yaitu, 1) Name calling, 2) Glittering Generalities, 3) Testimonial, 4) Card Stacking, 5) Transfer, 6) Band Wagon technique, 7) Reputable Mouthpiece, dan 8) Using All Form of Persuations. Secara umum propaganda yang terjadi pada novel “3” karya Primadonna Angela adalah propaganda politik yang tujuannya untuk mencapai kedudukan dengan menyudutkan pihak lain (orang Islam). Caranya adalah dengan penggiringan opini dan pembentukan stigma terhadap masyarakat agar propagandanya tersampaikan. Secara umum dampak dari hadirnya propaganda pada novel “3” adalah terkucilnya orang-orang islam sehingga mempersempit ruang lingkup orang-orang Islam tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota Avanza Pada PT Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable-variabel tersebut baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat kota Jambi yang menjadi konsumen mobil Toyota Avanza dari hasil menyebarkan daftar pernyataan dalam bentuk kuisioner yang berkenaan dengan Brand Image dan prilaku konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan masing-masing indikator yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian mobil merek Toyota Avanza serta data-data pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka ditemukan besarnya pengaruh variabel Brand Image secara simultan terhadap peningkatan Keputusan Pembelian yaitu sebesar 63,3 % sementara sisanya yakni sebesar 36,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Material delay is a vital problem in the completion of construction work, this is closely related to the understanding of the flow of material supply. So it takes risk weight analysis from the internal side (supply, control, process, demand) and external (disaster factor). This study began with a literature study to obtain a list of risks, then data collection using a questionnaire method to 50 respondents who are experts in construction material procurement. Furthermore, a risk analysis was carried out using the severity index method. From this analysis, the average risk from the supply side was 16.40%, the control risk was 16.29%, the process risk was 11%, the demand risk was 16.11% and the disaster risk was 13.79%. There are two most dominant delay risks, namely material delays due to constraints in the factory process to material limitations at the supplier and late payments from the main contractor to the subcontractor so that material orders are late.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan telah mengalami perubahan pada saat pandemi dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Walaupun pandemi sudah mereda, namun perubahan kebiasaan kearah penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam proses belajar mengajar (PBM) masih dilakukan. Pada saat ini, PBM dilaksanakan secara blended antara luring dan daring. Hal ini membutuhkan suatu jaringan internet yang memadai. Banyak sekolah yang belum mampu menyediakan fasilitas internet dengan memadai, padahal banyak prestasi-prestasi siswa yang sudah dicapai dari sekolah tersebut. Kemampuan siswa harus ditingkatkan melalui penguatan kemampuan literasi mereka. SD Swasta YP HKBP Pulo Brayan sebagai mitra kegiatan belum memiliki jaringan internet di sekolah. Sementara untuk meningkatkan literasi bagi para siswa dibutuhkan suatu jaringan internet. Untuk itu, kegiatan ini harus didukung dengan cara menambah jaringan internet, menambah pojok-pojok baca, menambah koleksi buku-buku, dan mengadakan sound system untuk mendukung program unggulan kerohanian. Hal ini semua untuk meningkatkan kemampuan/literasi siswa agar bisa berprestasi secara regional dan nasional.

Abstract

Material delays are a significant challenge in completing construction projects, closely tied to the understanding of material supply flow. As a result, a risk weight analysis is essential, considering both internal factors (such as supply, control, processes, and demand) and external factors (such as disasters). This study began with a literature review to compile a list of potential risks, followed by data collection through a questionnaire administered to 50 experts in construction material procurement. The risk analysis was then conducted using both the Severity Index and Monte Carlo methods. The results showed average risk differences between the two methods: supply side (16.40% vs. 16.76%), control risk (16.28% vs. 11.53%), process risk (11% vs. 11.20%), demand risk (16.10% vs. 13.87%), and disaster risk (13.78% vs. 13.41%). The highest risk identified was in the supply side, specifically the extended waiting times due to staggered material deliveries, while the lowest risk was related to the process of ordering materials, where issues arise from the need for reordering based on inaccurate quantity information.

Abstract

A slope is a land surface that slopes and forms a certain angle to a horizontal plane. In a place where there are two land surfaces of different heights, there will be forces that push so that the higher ground tends to move downwards which is called the potential force of gravity which causes landslides. Landslides on a slope can cause loss of life and property and can hamper the economy of an area. Cantilever walls are often used as retaining walls to avoid landslides. The cost used in the construction of cantilever wall retaining walls is quite expensive. For cost efficiency of the cantilever wall construction, it is necessary to use cantilever wall reinforcement using wire rope sling. In this study, cantilever wall retaining walls were modelled with or without the use of wire rope slings. The research location is Jl. Gelugur Rimbun, Ps x Kutalimbaru Kab. Deli Serdang. Based on the results of laboratory testing, the soil classification at the location is clay (CL). According to the analysis, the use of wire rope slings contributes to an increase in the factor of safety (FS) of overturning by 12.500% - 50.026%. While increasing the factor of safety (FS) sliding by 4.165% - 16.627%. An increase in the factor of safety (FS) bearing capacity of 17.222% - 36.109%. The greatest effect of the use of wire rope slings occurs in overturning stability by 50.026%. The use of wire rope slings can reduce the dimensions of cantilever retaining walls.

Abstract

Driven by the internal audit ineffectiveness and fraud cases occurrence in various ministries/agencies, this quantitative study examines contribution of competence, autonomy, managerial support, communication and use of Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) to internal audit performance in the Ministry of Finance Inspectorate General, using CAATs as a balancing variable. Data was obtained through purposive sampling survey with a questionnaire and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings are that knowledge, autonomy, management assistance, communication and the use of CAAT all have positive and significant impacts on internal audit performance. In addition, CAAT use moderates the association between competence and internal audit effectiveness, but has no effect on the associations between independence, management support, or communication and internal audit effectiveness. This paper will fill a research need by analysing CAAT implementation as a moderating factor and how it influences internal audit effectiveness. It also calls for improved internal auditor competence, autonomy, management support and communication and best practice implementation of CAAT based on the organisational requirements.

Abstract

Private schools are today subject to intense rivalry; those without a sufficient system will fall behind their rivals. The deployment of new information and systems in the procurement division, or typically the warehouse section, which serves to help facilitate checking and procurement of property in this warehouse division, is one area where we follow recent technology. The Sekolah Globe National Plus in Batam, which had been operational for twelve years, served as the site for the author's investigation. The author employs the SDLC Waterfall approach to conduct this research; the method is frequently referred to as a design method and is used to create applications that are frequently used; in this article, the author also includes a diagram design step.

Abstract

The website is one of the technological advances, especially regarding the pages on the internet that are frequently visited. Since the internet works as a bond between sender and recipient, there are several things that can be used with it. Many companies are already using information systems to simplify the data processing process because it can make the existing processes in the company more improved. Therefore, it is necessary to design a company system for PT Leon Teknologi Global on a website basis. The approach that will be employed in this study is the waterfall method or SDLC. can more easily place orders and unite users of their orders thanks to the construction of a web-based company information system.
