This study aims to examine the role of Islamic religious instructors in preventing the covid-19 virus. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. The research location is the Marabahan Detention Center, Barito Kuala Regency. The results of this study: (1) In the process of restoring social relations, of course, the role of religious instructors is very important, especially in this new normal period, people still feel scared and worried about the current epidemic that is hitting Indonesia, causing a rift in public relations, which they usually interact with each other but since the current outbreak has forced them to reduce their activities outside the home, (2) The role of Islamic religious instrutors in preventing the covid-19 virus through lectures, and dialogues in places of worship with limited participants and through social media Facebook and Instagram, (3) The supporting factor is employee awareness. The inhibiting factor is because of the government's prohibition on gathering.

Peat is a source of quite a lot of organic matter. The fibrous texture of peat soil makes the soil has low shear strength. To overcome the low bearing capacity of the peat, it is necessary to stabilize the peat soil. Soil stabilization with a mixture of fly ash geopolymer which is rich in silica and alumina is a new innovative material that is more environmentally friendly and can be developed as an alternative to cement. The purpose of this study is to increase the bearing capacity of peat soil and minimize the use of cement in mixture below 250kg/m3 through UCS (Unconfined Compressive Strength) test. The variations of the silicate modulus used in this research were ms 1, ms 1.5, and ms 2 with a concentration of 10M NaOH and a curing time of 7 and 14 days.. The results of the study shows that the hybrid geopolymer mixture could increase the bearing capacity and shear strength of peat with the optimum compressive strength value of 23.96 kPa at 7 days of curing time and the lowest compressive strength of 17.30 kPa at 14 days of curing time.Keywords: peat soil, geopolymer, soil stablization, cement

Subgrade is very important in road construction. Peat have high organic matter with low bearing capacity, need to be stabilized before being used as a subgrade. Geopolymer’s made by mixing fly ash with alkali activator and regarded as an eco-friendly materials for soil stabilization and suitable for peat soil because its ability to resist in acid organic environment. In this research, NaOH and Na2SiO3 was selected as alkali activator. Using cement as additive in geopolymer can accelerate hardening process in room temperature. This research aims to find the optimum composition of the geopolymer hybrid for peat stabilization using the UCS (Unconfined Compressive Strength) test by varying the NaOH molarity. Variations of NaOH used in this research were 8M, 10M, and 12M with Na2SiO3/NaOH ratio of 1,5/1 and curing period of 7 and 14 days. Result of this research show that the highest compressive strength value is found in the variation of NaOH 8M aged 7 days with compressive strength of 24,24 kPa.Keywords: Peat, Stabilization, Geopolymer Hybrid, NaOH Molarity, UCS

Geopolymer hybrid concrete is formed from materials containing alumina and activated silica using an alkali activator with the addition of portland cement to produce heat of hydration, so as geopolymer concrete treatment can be carried out at room temperature. The purpose of this research to knowing durability of geopolymer hybrid FABA concrete with the addition of PCC after exposed to peat water for 0, 7, and 28 days. Control concrete with a design quality of 20 MPa. The activator solution used NaOH with molarty 12M and Na2SiO3 with a modulus ratio (Ms) of 2.5. The percentage added of PCC cement is 15% by weight of FABA. Results of the test showed that the compressive strength of PCC concrete increased 8.82%, while geopolymer hybrid concrete increased 6.88% until the age of 28 days cured in peat water. Moreover, the porosity of PCC concrete of PCC concrete decreased 3.01%, while geopolymer hybrid an increase 6.08% until the age of 28 days cured in peat water.Keyword: peat water, geopolymer hybrid, concrete, compressive strength, porosity, fly ash and bottom ash.

Kanker Payudara adalah salah satu penyakit yang menjadi momok bagi kaum wanita. Kanker payudara juga menyerang kaum pria akan tetapi kasusnya tidak sebanyak kaum wanita. Dataset klasifikasi kanker payudara Coimbra yang diambil dari UCI Machine Learning, disampaikan bahwa ada 9 atribut yang memengaruhi kondisi seseorang menjadi penderita atau kemungkinan menderita penyakit kanker payudara. Atribut atau faktor tersebut adalah BMI, Glukosa, Insulin, HOMA, Leptin, Adiponectin, Resistin, MCP-1, dan Umur. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menemukan faktor-faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi indikasi penyakit kanker payudara dengan pendekatan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST). Setelah dilakukan simulasi jaringan saraf tiruan dengan 2 lapisan tersembunyi diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor usia menjadi faktor yang memiiki pengaruh terbesar, sedangkan MCP-1 merupakan faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terkecil dalam prediksi penyakit kanker payudara. In Indonesia, one of the causes of the high cost of fuel in the shipping industry is theft and misuse of fuel. This happened because ship management center unable to monitor all the activities of the ship when the ship sailing in the middle of the ocean. Lately, ship monitoring through the latest technology are being carried out, one of which is the Machine to Machine (M2M) based Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) technology. The development of VMS and telemetry technology has enabled monitoring of engines and fuel consumption of ships in real time. The problem with this VMS system is that there is still a dependency on the analysis of experts who need a long time to analyze various parameters of existing telemetry data, which lead to inaccuracy and delay in anomaly detection. This study conducted a statistical analysis of telemetry data, especially in ship movement and machine activities, and then designed the fuel consumption regularity classification system with the Naive Bayes and Logistics Regression. Naive Bayes method was chosen because it can produce maximum accuracy with little training data, and Logistics Regression was chosen for its simplicity and excellent results in prediction of numerical and discrete data. The results of this study indicate that telemetry data from the VMS system can be used to detect irregularities in Fuel consumption. Tested with selected data, Naive Bayes classification accuracy in irregularities detection is up to 92% while logistic regression is up to 96%.

Appreciation for the performance of a worker is very important in the aim of valuing his efforts for the institution. In the world of education, especially universities, lecturers are one of the main components in building quality and quantity. The good quality of lecturers should also provide good quality graduates, while the quantity or number of lecturers will affect the number of students in the college. In the aim of building the quality of lecturers, the award in the form of ranking the best lecturers can be an alternative trigger for quality improvement. Decision support systems (DSS) can be a tool that helps rank the best lecturers, of course with criteria to produce ranking alternatives. The length of work, achievements and tridharma (teaching, research, and consecration) of higher education is used as a criterion to obtain the best alternative rank of lecturers from the number of lecturers as many as 20 people. Lecturer data is taken from the telecommunication engineering study program Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP). The TOPSIS method was chosen in this multicriteria DSS, the result was 6 selected lecturers to be the best alternative lecturers and from these results it turned out that the most influential was the number of research and teaching rankings, while the duration of work did not affect much.

This paper contains a review of the spatial domain steganographic literature. The purpose of this paper is to provide knowledge about techniques or methods that exist in the spatial domain of steganography. Steganography is the science or technique for hiding secret messages in other messages so that the existence of the secret message cannot be accessed by others who do not have authority. There are several popular spatial domains of steganographic techniques, namely LSB (Least Significant Bit), which is mapping secret message bits in the rightmost bit (LSB) of each color pixel and PVD (Pixel Value Differencing) which in this method offers a larger message storage capacity , with better image quality compared to other methods in the spatial domain. Because privacy issues continue to develop along with various digital communication technologies, and increasingly strong security threats, steganography can play a role in society to maintain the confidentiality of both picture, voice and video messages. For this reason it is important for us to be aware of steganographic technology and its implications.

With the Base Transceiver Station (BTS) Universal Service Obligation (USO) project in the remote, frontier, and outermost (3T) region, the Indonesia government seeks to encourage equitable distribution of information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure throughout the country in order to bridge the digital divide. This study tries to see the impact of BTS USO in 134 districts/cities in the 3T region in bridging Indonesia's digital divide represented by internet penetration using an econometric approach with a Difference-in-Difference (DiD) model using data from 2015 as before program data and data from 2020 as after program data. From the obtained results, a significant impact of the BTS USO on internet penetration across the 3T regions has not been found. One of the possibilities is that up until early March 2020, only 134 districts/cities already had BTS/USO whereas 34 districts/cities only had USO BTS below 10 units. Based on the results of this study, there are several policy recommendations that can be taken, including increasing equal distribution of ICT infrastructure, equalizing formal education, increasing digital literacy in the 3T regions, and providing cellular service subsidies to residents.

Program MSMIP Kota Jambi ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan air limbah domestik dengan sistem terpusat pada kawasan perkotaan. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat, serta dapat menjadi sarana edukasi peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu pencemaran lingkungan di Kota Jambi, kegiatan pembangunan Jaringan perpipaan diprediksi akan menimbulkan dampak terhadap masyarakat di sekitar lokasi konstruksi, sehingga kontraktor harus memberikan informasi yang tepat dan terukur sehingga isu dampak akibat pekerjaan konstruksi dapat diminimalisir, salah satu cara memberikan informasi yang tepat dan terukur adalah dengan membuat sebuah basis data informasi yang dapat di akses oleh berbagai pihak, baik itu masyakarat maupun instansi yang terkait dengan pekerjaan konstruksi, program pembentuk basis data informasi dilakukan menggunakan Arcgis 10.6 yang dapat dikonversi menjadi sebuah data informasi yang dapat diakses melalui program yang umum digunakan oleh masyakarat, dengan harapan data yang disampaikan dapat dibaca dan menjadi informasi yang akurat sehingga pekerjaan Pembangunan Perpipaan Air Limbah Kota Jambi dapat berlangsung dengan baik dan sesuai yang diharapkan.
