Abstract

Snowball Throwing is a learning activity in which student use snowballs or ball-shaped paper as a tool or medium to build student knowledge by utilizing various learning resources. This study aims to determine the effect of using this learning model on learning outcomes using the Snowball Throwing learing model at SMPN 2 Sumobito. The method used in this study was an experimental method. The instrument used was multiple-choice questions to determine student learning outcomes. The subjects used in this study were grade VIII G students at SMPN 2 Sumobito. The results of this study indicate that the Snowball Throwing learning model has an effect on the learning of grade VIII students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMPN 2 Sumobito. This can be proven by the results of the hypotesis test using a t-test with a significance level of (0,019) < (0,05), thus rejecting H0. Therefore, the snowball throwing learing model has an impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, this learning model can be used as an alternative learning model for teachers to maximeze student learning outcomes, particulary in Islamic Religious Education (PAI).

Abstract

Seeing the potential that the students of the Darun Nuhat Islamic Boarding School have in reading, speaking and composing stories in Arabic, there is a need for a forum for the students to improve their Arabic language skills. One of the potentials that will be improved in this mentoring process is the ability to speak Arabic or known as maharah kalam. This mentoring is realized in the form of guidance, guidance and talent training and the targets in this mentoring process are the students of the Darun Nuhat Islamic Boarding School, so that the maharah kalam potential possessed by the students will develop and improve in quality. This mentoring uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach method, which involves carrying out research to define a problem and applying information into action as a solution to a problem that has been defined. The steps taken in the mentoring process increase the students' potential for maharah kalam. through the Lailah Arobiyah Arabic language creation stage, namely: 1. Problem Identification, 2. Pproblem solving, 3. Action as solution, 4. Lastly , giving appreciation. With this assistance, the students will realize their potential and be more enthusiastic about innovating and being creative according to their respective talents

Abstract

Most of the children of Wangen village can read the Koran without spelling, but they pay little attention to the recitation, starting from the length and shortness, the nature of the letters, and the makhorijul of the letters as well as the lack of attention from the ustadzah, parents, and also from the surrounding community. And in TPA, those who have studied the science of Tajwid but have not been able to apply it to the literature they read, plus there are still small children who are not yet able to differentiate one letter from another so they need special attention. This assistance method uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, namely research by identifying a problem in the field, then inserting an action as an answer or solution to the problem that has been identified. The initial activity is Identification with in-depth interviews with the head of the RW and the TPA teacher. Then it continues with the Problem Solving stage by collecting data and information from the students from the Koran teacher, and the final stage is Action As Solution, namely creating a Koran reading activity. fashahah by using correct tajwid and assistance in the form of coaching and training guidance to the students. As a result of this dedication, children can read the Koran fluently and use tajwid correctly. This activity is divided into three classics, namely; Opening activities (early Classical), core activities and closing activities (late Classical). Having a place to study the Koran at the RW Chairman's house every evening is a means for gathering and interacting with each other, because having this learning facility can increase children's knowledge, especially in terms of correct and appropriate reading of the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Monitoring management is a systematic process aimed at overseeing, evaluating, and improving performance within an organization, including in educational settings. This study aims to: (1) describe the monitoring management process in supporting the performance improvement of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Kabuh; (2) identify the factors influencing its effectiveness; and (3) analyze its impact on teacher performance quality. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the monitoring process is implemented systematically through planning, execution, and evaluation stages. Factors supporting effective monitoring include a well-structured work system, teachers’ commitment to self-development, and active support from the head of the madrasah. The implementation of monitoring management has led to increased teacher professionalism and improved instructional quality. These findings affirm that monitoring serves not only as a control mechanism but also as a developmental tool focused on the sustainable enhancement of educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students' mathematical geometric shapes by using demonstration methods and using spatial media. This classroom action research was carried out in 1 cycle with four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class II MI Nahdlatul Ulama 01 Purwosari Kudus as many as 33 students. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the use of the spatial demonstration method can improve student learning outcomes which are marked by an increase in completeness, namely pre-cycle with an average value of 69, while in the first cycle with an average value of 85 and declared successful.

Abstract

Peternak adalah orang yang melakukan budidaya hewan seperti sapi, ayam, kambing atau sebagainya permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh peternak adalah cara untuk memanfaatkan limbah kotoran ternak. Padahal Pemanfaatan kotoran hewan ternak bisa dijadikan gas pengganti lpg. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian maasyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu peternak agar bisa memanfaatkan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi gas melalui sosialisai pembuatan gas dari kotoran sapi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada hari selasa tanggal 12 September 2023 dengan sasaran kegiatan masyarakat desa sudimoro yang terdiri dari Organisasi gabungan kelompok tani dan para peternak. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi dua tahapan, pertama sosialisasi cara memanfaatkan limbah kotoran menjadi gas dan kedua praktek cara pembuatan gas dari limbah kotoran.Hasil yang di dapat dari rata- rata presentasi ialah 80% , yang artinya kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut memiliki dampak yang positf terhadap masyarakat, khususnya Masyarakat, dengan dampak positif yang diperoleh maka peternak diharapkan mampu untuk mengelolah limbah dengan baik guna bisa menjadikan kotoran ternak menjadi bahan yang berguna untuk Masyarakat seperti gas.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mendorong terjadinya perubahan, dan hal tersebut turut mendorong manusia agar mampu mengikuti arus perkembangannya. Teknologi informasi saat ini merupakan suatu keahlian yang harus dimiliki oleh remaja milenial, salah satu keahlian untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, melalui pelatian saklar otomatis menggunakan modul ldr untuk kendali rumah. Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan pelatian tentang teknoloagi saklar otomatis menggunakan modul LDR untuk kendali lampu rumah. Agar mempermudah warga untuk mengurangi/mencegah terjadinya pemborosan listrik.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode demonstrasi yaitu metode penjelasan rinci tentang setiap Langkah dan dipadukan dengan menggunakan Metode Praktikum Langsung. Abstract

In today's digital information era, effective and efficient communication is the main key to conveying messages to the public. One of the increasingly popular communication media is Running Text, or what is often called running text. The work program for making Running Text is a program that is part of the community service program. The purpose of this program is to optimize the use of technology and increase the use of technology in the daily lives of village communities, encouraging adaptation to increasingly rapid digital developments. There is also a reason why the work program for making Running Text is as a digital clock and display of village hall information, so that the wider community can obtain information about the existence of the Manungal village hall. The flexibility of using Running Text, which is updated in real time and can be adjusted to the needs of the main hall, makes it a flexible medium for various types of information, from routine announcements to urgent notifications. The method applied in this service includes three main stages, namely design, implementation, and evaluation. Design is the process of work or design used to design a design object. In designing Running Text, the first step is to identify the main purpose of the information to be conveyed. Running Text is used to convey short and precise information. The sentences used must be short but informative, and use language that is easily understood by the community. The implementation of this community service program has succeeded in achieving the desired goals. The following are some of the results that have been achieved in the implementation of this community service program: Increasing Access to Information, Utilization of Digital Technology, Cost Savings by the village hall, and Increasing Time Awareness.

Abstract

As the age of religion progresses, it must be able to be examined academically and serve more than just as an assertion of doctrine. As previously stated, the phenomenon of human diversity must also be viewed from the historical perspective of how individuals and groups have understood and interpreted the norms of the religious teachings they adhere to, in addition to how normative the teachings of revelation are. The purpose of this work is to establish the technique for interdisciplinary Islamic studies as well as comprehend Islam in Indonesia. This study combined a library research strategy with descriptive qualitative methods. According to the study's findings, Indonesian Muslims think and understand Islam according to three different patterns. The text is the first. Religion is comprehended and used in accordance with the text's lafdhiyah (literal sound), or "pure" understanding. The phrase "moderate" refers to academics who create their own, but there is a legal basis. This is the second pattern. The third example is the liberal Muslim, who practices their faith in accordance with the situation. A problem-solving strategy involving an integrated evaluation of several related scientific views is known as an interdisciplinary approach. Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Brainstorming method to student creativity using a qualitative approach. This research is qualitative research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the Brainstorming learning method on the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at Islamic Elementary School Walisongo Sumberrejo Pasuruan has been implemented since 2023. In its implementation, there are advantages and disadvantages, but with this method, students become active and enthusiastic in learning so it can be concluded that the Brainstorming method is very appropriate if implemented in schools so that learning is more effective and makes students not bored in learning.
