Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Bandung Regency Land Office, both partially and simultaneously. The study used a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires from 78 employees and analyzed using partial least squares-based structural equation modeling. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with leaders, supervisors, and implementing employees to enrich the interpretation of the quantitative results. The results indicate that training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a stronger influence than training. Simultaneously, these two variables explain a significant portion of the variation in employee performance. Qualitative findings reveal that training effectiveness is influenced by the suitability of the material to job requirements and organizational support, while work motivation is driven primarily by the meaning of work and public service orientation. This study concludes that improving employee performance in public organizations requires integrated management of training and work motivation, supported by an adequate work environment and leadership.

Abstract

The analysis of a business feasibility study is an important initial step in starting a business and assessing its viability. This research focuses on the production and marketing aspects of Tahu Susu Lembang. The study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with primary data and direct observation. Tahu Susu Lembang is one of the typical souvenirs of Lembang. The production process of Tahu Susu Lembang has attracted significant attention because it uses high-quality ingredients. From a marketing perspective, the unique drive-thru facility also serves as an effective marketing strategy to serve customers. Tahu Susu Lembang has the potential to be further developed by paying attention to raw material standards, production processes, and effective marketing strategies to make it one of the attractive culinary tourism destinations in Lembang

Abstract

The growth of technology is in line with the times, the use of sophisticated communication tools is increasing. Smartphones have become a very useful communication tool used in activities and have become a means of supporting community activities. Product quality has an important role for the company and is the main thing in developing a product. Consumers make purchasing decisions after going through varios stages before deciding to make a purchase. The purpose of this research study is to find out what factors are related to product. The sampling technique distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents in the Tarogong Kaler area, Kab. Garut. Secondary data was obtained from previous research submitted by experts in the form of journal references, expert theories and library expert book references. Primary data comes from the result of a questionnaire sent to 100 respondents who have purchased IPhone smartphone products. The results of this research also state that IPhone products have good quality, therefore consumers are interested in IPhone products.

Abstract

Brand trust is a critical element in building long-term relationships between brands and consumers. In the context of increasingly intense market competition, understanding the factors that influence brand trust and its implications for consumer behavior is essential for both business practitioners and academics. This study aims to identify the factors influencing brand trust from the consumer perspective and its implications for brand loyalty, consumer satisfaction, and repurchase intention.This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, analyzing 15 scholarly articles published in indexed journals between 2000 and 2023. The articles were selected based on their relevance to the topics of brand trust, its forming factors, and its implications. Data were analyzed qualitatively to identify key patterns and findings. The literature synthesis reveals that brand trust is influenced by several key factors, including: (1) product quality, (2) brand reputation, (3) consumer experience, (4) transparent brand communication, and (5) brand consistency in fulfilling promises. Additionally, brand trust has significant implications for enhancing brand loyalty, consumer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. This study also finds that brand trust acts as a mediator between service quality and consumer loyalty. Brand trust is a multidimensional construct built through the interaction of various factors, both from the brand and consumer experience perspectives. The practical implication of these findings is the importance for companies to focus on consistency, transparency, and quality in building consumer trust. This study contributes theoretically by mapping the factors that shape brand trust and its implications, while also offering recommendations for future research to explore different industrial and cultural contexts.

Abstract

Pentingnya tata ruang kantor optimal dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kenyamanan karyawan menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Studi kelayakan bisnis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata ruang di Nala Self Foto Studio cabang Cikutra, Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep tata ruang terbuka di Nala Self Foto Studio memiliki dampak positif dalam memfasilitasi interaksi antar karyawan. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang efektif. Namun, di sisi lain, tata ruang terbuka juga menimbulkan beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya privasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengerjakan tugas yang memerlukan konsentrasi tinggi serta keterbatasan ruang yang dapat menghambat mobilitas karyawan.Pembahasan menyoroti pentingnya perbaikan tata ruang untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas. Perbaikan ini diharapkan menciptakan lingkungan kerja produktif, nyaman, efisien dan meningkatkan daya saing bisnis secara efektif, sehingga memperoleh hasil yang optimal dan berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) application for administrative activities at the General Subdivision of Bandung High Court. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and literature review. The results show that PTSP SOP implementation improves effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability of administrative processes. However, technical challenges remain, such as internet network instability and limited staff understanding. Overall, PTSP supports the enhancement of public service quality and contributes to more efficient bureaucratic reform.
