Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine objectively about the effectiveness of the performance of the administrative staff were seen monitoring and performance measurement. This study uses a qualitative approach to case study type. The data sources are: Chairman of the school of theology as a key informant who supported other sources. While collecting the data collection techniques, through interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis through the model of Miles and Huberman. Based on research, it can be concluded that: (1) The increase in administrative staff performance through the implementation of monitoring and measurement of performance. (2) While the measurement of performance through measurement to communicate aspects of work, and taking the measurements to communicate aspects of the work, and aspects of measurement to define priorities for action; (3) Beside all that aspects, to increase the administrative staff performance through work standard, actual performance, based on policy, usefull of performance, problem and solution of performance, and the effort to increase administrative staff performance.Abstrak: Media Pembelajaran adalah salah satu alat bantu dalam mengajar bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan perhatian siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan media pembelajaran siswa akan lebih termotivasi, imajinasi siswa dirangsang, perasaannya disentuh, dan kesan mendalam diperoleh siswa dan selanjutnya meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan perhatian siswa terhadap materi pelajaran, sehingga mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik. Itulah sebabnya, dalam pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran pada siswa sekolah Dasar menjadi topik yang sangat penting untuk dibahas. Dalam pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran sebenarnya bukan hal yang baru, jika dilihat pada masa Perjanjian Lama, sudah memakai media sekalipun masih sangat terbatas. Dalam Perjanjian Baru, sebagai guru Tuhan Yesus selalu mencari dan menemukan berbagai cara dalam menghadapi situasi pendengar-Nya baik dengan menggunakan istilah, perumpamaan dan media alat peraga sekalipun untuk menyampaikan maksud pengajaran-Nya, sehingga lebih menarik dan lebih mudah untuk dipahami dengan baik oleh para pendengarnya. Pada umumnya, keberadaan media muncul karena keterbatasan kata-kata, waktu, ruang, dan tenaga. Dalam pemanfaatan mendia pembelajaran secara umum memiliki kegunaan yaitu memperjelas pesan, menguasai keterbatasan ruang, waktu, pancaindra serta menimbulkan gairah/minat belajar dan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Polusi mikroplastik (MPs) semakin meningkat setiap tahun dan hamper dijumpai di lingkungan sekitar terutama perairan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi potensi arang karbon aktif berbasis limbah pertanian dalam mengurangi tingkat mikroplastik pada air irigasi pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik filtrasi kolom, di mana berbagai bahan baku arang seperti sekam padi, kayu, dan tempurung kelapa diolah dan diuji dalam proses aktivasi untuk menghasilkan karbon aktif. Efektivitas karbon aktif dalam mengurangi mikroplastik diuji dengan menggunakan empat jenis mikroplastik yang berbeda dalam ukuran dan bentuk, dan pengukuran efisiensi dilakukan secara gravimetrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arang karbon aktif yang diaktivasi, terutama yang berasal dari kayu (AKK), mampu menghilangkan mikroplastik hingga 98,79%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan arang yang tidak diaktivasi. Proses aktivasi meningkatkan kapasitas adsorpsi karbon aktif, yang terbukti lebih efektif dalam menangani mikroplastik, terutama yang lebih besar dan tidak teratur. Kesimpulannya, arang karbon aktif berbasis limbah pertanian merupakan alternatif yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan dalam mengurangi polusi mikroplastik di sistem pertanian. Penelitian ini memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam mengatasi polusi mikroplastik yang semakin meningkat di sektor pertanian dan dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan untuk pengelolaan air irigasi.

Abstract

Government complaint management systems often suffer from extreme class imbalance, where a few public service categories accumulate most reports while many others remain under-represented. This research examines whether simple class weighting can improve fairness in multilingual transformer models for automatic routing of Indonesian citizen complaints on the LaporGub Central Java e-governance platform. The dataset comprises 53,877 Indonesian-language complaints spanning 18 service categories with an imbalance ratio of about 227:1 between the largest and smallest classes. After cleaning and deduplication, we stratify the data into training, validation, and test sets. We compare three approaches: (i) a linear support vector machine (SVM) with term frequency inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) unigram and bigram and class-balanced weights, (ii) a cross-lingual RoBERTa (XLM-RoBERTa-base) model without class weighting, and (iii) an XLM-RoBERTa-base model with a class-weighted cross-entropy loss. Fairness is operationalised as equal importance for categories and quantified primarily using the macro-averaged F1-score (Macro-F1), complemented by per-class F1, weighted F1, and accuracy. The unweighted XLM-RoBERTa model outperforms the SVM baseline in Macro-F1 (0.610 vs 0.561). The class-weighted variant attains similar Macro-F1 (0.608) while redistributing performance towards minority categories. Analysis shows that class weighting is most beneficial for categories with a few hundred to several thousand samples, whereas extremely rare categories with fewer than 200 complaints remain difficult for all models and require additional data-centric interventions. These findings demonstrate that multilingual transformer architectures combined with simple class weighting can provide a more balanced backbone for automated complaint routing in Indonesian e-government, particularly for low- and medium-frequency service categories.

Abstract

Langsa City has a river that runs through the city, namely the Krueng Langsa. Critical land will disrupt the land’s ability to regulate water management, flood control, and sedimentation in downstream areas. The method used by GIS is a weighted scoring analysis: the weighted overlay method, the scoring method, and the weighted overlay.   The weighted overlay is a spatial analysis technique that overlays multiple maps related to the factors affecting the vulnerability assessment. The analytical tool used is the geographic information system (GIS). The search parameters were the sloping map, the erosion risk map, the land use map, and the land management map. The results for land importance in the Langsa River showed that it falls into three categories: not important, potentially important, and slightly important. The most predominant land type was unimportant, covering 13,269.23 ha (65.31%), followed by potentially important land, covering 7,030.22 ha (34.60%). These two land importance criteria were found in Langsa Baro District, Langsa West District, Langsa Lama District, Langsa East District, and Langsa City District. “The Slightly Critical class is the smallest class which is only found in Langsa Lama District, specifically in Pondok Factory Village and Petow Village, which are geographically located between 04◦ 42’ 23.99” N – 04◦ 44’ 68.91” N North Latitude and 97◦ 91’ 86.81” E – 97◦ 90’41, 99” N with an area of 15.12 ha (0.07%).

Abstract

General Background Work-related musculoskeletal disorders are often caused by non-ergonomic working postures in manual activities. Specific Background Fabric measuring and cutting processes are commonly performed in awkward positions such as bending and squatting, increasing ergonomic risk. Knowledge Gap However, limited studies evaluate these activities using combined RULA and NERPA assessment methods. Aims This study aims to analyze the working posture of operators in fabric measuring and cutting processes using RULA and NERPA methods. Results The findings show that the measuring activity obtains a RULA score of 6, indicating moderate risk, while the cutting activity reaches a score of 7, indicating high risk requiring immediate action. Using NERPA, both activities show a score of 6, indicating moderate risk requiring improvement. Novelty This study applies dual ergonomic assessment methods to identify risk levels in specific textile work activities. Implications The results support the need for ergonomic workstation design, including the proposed worktable, to reduce posture-related risks and improve worker safety. Abstract

Abstract The objective of the study was to analyze the effect of different formulations utilizing yellow sweet potato flour and yellow pumpkin puree on the beta-carotene content and organoleptic characteristics of the pie. The study employed a Completely Randomized Design, with the treatment factor being the variation in formulation due to the substitution of yellow sweet potato flour and yellow pumpkin puree in each pie formula. The variables tested included beta-carotene content, organoleptic tests conducted by 50 untrained panelists, and proximate analysis only for the selected formula. Data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, and follow-up Mann-Whitney test (with a 95% significance level). The results showed that the use of yellow sweet potato flour did not have a significant effect on moisture, fat, carbohydrate, and beta-carotene content (p > 0.05). The organoleptic test results indicated a significant effect on color and texture parameters (p < 0.05). The selected pie formulation was F2 (containing 40% yellow sweet potato flour), which had a beta-carotene content of 2672 mcg.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis pengaruh perbedaan formulasi yang memanfaatkan tepung ubi jalar kuning dan puree labu kuning terhadap kadar beta-karoten dan karakteristik organoleptik pie. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan perbedaan formulasi yang disebabkan oleh substitusi tepung ubi jalar kuning dan puree labu kuning pada setiap formula pie menjadi faktor perlakuan. Variabel yang diuji meliputi kadar betakaroten, uji organoleptik menggunakan 50 panelis tidak terlatih, dan kadar proksimat hanya pada formula terpilih. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test, ANOVA dan uji Krusskal-Wallis serta uji lanjut Mann-Whitney (signifikan 95%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung ubi jalar kuning tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, lemak, karbohidrat, dan beta-karoten (p > 0,05). Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter warna dan tekstur (p < 0,05). Formulasi pie terpilih yaitu F2 (tepung ubi jalar kuning sebanyak 40%), memiliki 2672 mcg beta-karoten.
