Abstract

The increasing role of taxes as the main source of state revenue as well as public demands for clean and transparent tax management have encouraged the Directorate General of Taxes to carry out reforms in the form of improvements to tax policies and the tax administration system. In principle, the concept of modernizing tax administration is a change to the tax administration system that can change the mindset and behavior of officials as well as organizational values ​​so that it can make the DJP a professional institution with a good image in society. One of the objectives of implementing tax administration reform is to improve performance. This research aims to find out more clearly about the performance of KPP Pratama Medan Polonia with the implementation of the Modern Tax Administration System (SAPM) and the relationship between the application of SAPM and the performance of KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. In developing this research supporting theories regarding Organizational Structure, Organizational Procedures, Strategy were used. Organizations and Organizational Culture. Apart from that, to better understand the extent of the influence of Organizational Structure, Organizational Procedures, Organizational Strategy and Organizational Culture on employee performance, an in-depth understanding of employee performance theories is needed. Empirical tests were carried out on 105 employees to obtain data on Organizational Structure, Organizational Procedures, Organizational Strategy and Organizational Culture which so far have been deemed unable to provide hope for employees. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression. It turns out that Organizational Structure, Organizational Procedures, Organizational Strategy and Organizational Culture have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the benchmarks of a company's success is human resources. Human resources are considered important because they can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the company, and are the company's main expenses in carrying out its activities. Humans always play an active role in every company activity, namely as planners, actors and determinants of the realization of company goals, thus making humans a company asset that must be maintained, its efficiency and productivity improved. Saying that employee work loyalty is the determination and ability to follow with full awareness, responsibility, determination and ability that must be shown in daily attitudes and behavior, and in carrying out tasks. This opinion is interpreted that employee loyalty to work arises internally and loyalty to the company where they work because of their responsibility and ability. This research approach is quantitative research. Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as methods used to research a particular population or sample, data collection using research instruments, statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. While this type of research uses associative research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at PT. TOR GANDA. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents who were determined using simple random sampling. The type of data used is associative research. Research connects causation or causation. which analyzes the independent variables, mediating variables and dependent variables that are affected. Data analysis used a simple linear regression equation with the SPSS 2023 tool. The results showed that Transformational Leadership had an effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. TOR GANDA, Compensation affects Job Satisfaction at PT. TOR GANDA, Transformational Leadership influences Employee Performance at PT. TOR GANDA, Compensation affects Employee Performance at PT. TOR GANDA, Job Satisfaction affects Employee Performance at PT. TOR GANDA, Transformational Leadership influences Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. TOR GANDA and Compensation affect Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. TOR GANDA.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat Office of Pemko Binjai located at L. Jend. Sudirman, No. 6, Binjai, Kec. Binjai, Binjai City, North Sumatra. The time of this research was conducted from March to May 2023. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this research are 200 employees at PT. Waskita Karya, North Sumatra Province, and the sample used in this research were 119 people using Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression, Classic Assumption Test, t-test, and F-test, and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS software program (version 25.00). The results of this research are that there is an influence of psychological climate and change-oriented leadership on the performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk. employees.

Abstract

Human resources are very important and cannot be separated from an organization, whether a company or institution. So it can be said that a company is growing rapidly if it has a lot of competent human resources in their field, otherwise if the human resources are not working with quality then the company's development will be hampered. The main problem that often occurs is the management's lack of attention to employee satisfaction which leads to better work implementation. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at the Medan Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Type B Medan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population used in this research were 133 employees at the Medan Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, Type B Medan, using a saturated sampling technique as many as 133 employees. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this research show that leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture and employee job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Apart from that, leadership style, organizational commitment and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Madya Customs B Medan.

Abstract

MS Glow is one of skincare product brands. Glow in Medan City. Currently there has been a decline in sales of MS Glow care products, this is thought to be due to a lack of interest from the people of Medan City to repurchase MS Glow care products. Low repurchase intention must be addressed immediately considering the increasingly competitive beauty industry in Indonesia. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Customer Reviews, Brand Experience and Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention in Care Products MS. Glow in Medan City. The population in this study is the people of Medan City who use MS treatment products. Glow. The sampling technique in this research was non-probability sampling using accidental sampling of 180 respondents. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Brand Experience has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Customer Reviews, Brand Experience and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

The performance of PPK SKPD plays an important role in transparent, efficient and accountable regional financial management. Several factors that can influence the performance of SKPD PPK include role clarity, human resource capabilities and job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of SKPD Financial Administration Officials (PPK) in Samosir Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive research, the population in this research is 32 PPK SKPD Samosir Regency employees, the sampling technique is a saturated sample, data collection is done by conducting documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that brightness has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Role clarity, human resource development and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key element in determining the success of an organization, especially in regional companies engaged in public services such as PERUMDA Tirtanadi Medan. As a provider of clean water services for the people of Medan City and its surroundings, the quality and continuity of service are highly dependent on the effectiveness and efficiency of its employees. Employee performance at PERUMDA Tirtanadi Medan is not optimal, indicated by many employees who still get sufficient, moderate and poor scores in the annual performance assessment. Suboptimal performance at PERUMDA Tirtanadi Medan has disrupted clean water services to the community, increased customer complaints, and decreased public trust in the quality of the company's services. Employees who have optimal performance can encourage the achievement of organizational goals. Many factors cause decreased performance, including work discipline, work environment, work motivation and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted on 154 non-leadership employees at PERUMDA Tirtanadi Medan. Data analysis used in this research is outer model and inner model with SmartPLS software. The results revealed that the factor that most influences the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan employees is employee motivation, the second is the work environment, the third is work discipline and the last mediating factor is job satisfaction. Furthermore, the factors that most influence job satisfaction of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan employees are work environment, second work motivation, and third work discipline. For mediating factors that most affect employee performance through job satisfaction of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan employees, namely work motivation, second work discipline, and the third is the employee work environment.
