Abstract

Campus assets are a means of supporting performance to support attracting interest and supporting student teaching and learning activities. The assets of an organization must be well managed so that they can operate effectively and efficiently so that they can deliver high benefits. So far, the asset management system at USN Kolaka Campus B still uses Microsoft Excel to manage assets for asset data collection and special notebooks for borrowing assets, which creates difficulties when controlling assets that are easily moved (means) such as infocus, printers, chairs and others. The use of this facility requires asset tracking and good supervision if a facility is in poor condition or even damaged, so a system is needed that can carry out asset management as well as provide asset lending services. This system uses the CodeIgniter and Boostrap framework so that the use of program code is simple, safe and responsive to various screen sizes. The performance of this system controls assets when the asset location is moved, whether through borrowing, permanent transfer, or a change in physical condition (good or damaged). This can be used as a reference by the Asset Technical Implementer (UPT) so that asset management can run effectively and efficiently. The measure of system feasibility was calculated using a Likert scale obtained from the results in questionnaire with 12 respondents. The calculations are carried out taking into account 3 aspects, namely information quality, system quality and service quality. The measurement results of the three aspects are of a usability value of 87%, so the system that was built obtains the title of very feasible.

Abstract

Smart Trash Bin is a technological innovation that integrates sensors and automation systems to enhance waste management efficiency. This study aims to design and implement a Smart Trash Bin using fuzzy logic based on Arduino at SDN 5 Mawasangka, Buton Tengah. In this research, the system utilizes ultrasonic sensors to detect the trash level inside the bin, servo motors to control the automatic lid of the trash bin, and DFPlayer Mini along with a speaker to provide audio notifications to users. Fuzzy logic method is employed to regulate the system's decisions in managing the trash bin operations based on environmental conditions. The study involves the stages of design, fabrication, and system testing in the elementary school environment. The test results indicate that the designed Smart Trash Bin can effectively manage waste with adequate accuracy. It is expected that the implementation of this Smart Trash Bin can help raise awareness of environmental cleanliness within the school and surrounding community

Abstract

The utilization of digital image processing holds significant potential for classifying the ripeness of curly red peppers (Capsicum annuum L.). This study aims to develop an automatic classification method using multiclass Support Vector Machine (SVM) with a linear kernel. Images of peppers, captured using a smartphone camera, were categorized into three classes: ripe, unripe, and semi-ripe. Features such as mean, variance, and range from the RGB color space were extracted for training and testing data. Testing was conducted by dividing the data into training and test sets and employing 10-fold cross-validation. Results demonstrated a classification accuracy of 98.33%. The combination of mean, variance, and range features significantly improved accuracy compared to single features. This research demonstrates the effectiveness of the developed method and its applicability in automated classification systems to support the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to optimize coral reef nurseries in Wantopi Bay by utilizing rectangular frames using the transplantation method. This method is applied to improve the survival and growth of coral fragments attached directly to the frames as a nursery medium. The program implementation involved training and participation of local communities in the coral reef nursery and maintenance process. Results showed an increase in the survival rate of coral fragments and increased community awareness and active involvement in maintaining marine ecosystems. This approach has proven effective in supporting coral reef rehabilitation while strengthening the function of marine ecosystems as a habitat for biota, coastal protection, and a source of livelihood for coastal communities. This program is expected to become a model for sustainable coral reef nurseries and empower communities in marine conservation in Wantopi Bay.

Abstract

Manajemen aktiva tetap di perguruan tinggi sering menghadapi kendala dalam menentukan penghapusan aset secara objektif akibat perbedaan skala antar kriteria serta adanya subjektivitas dalam proses penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mengoptimalkan proses penghapusan aktiva tetap. Pendekatan yang digunakan mengintegrasikan metode Z-Score untuk normalisasi data, CRITIC untuk menentukan bobot kriteria secara objektif, serta Fuzzy EDAS sebagai metode pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan prioritas penghapusan aset. Sistem yang dikembangkan diimplementasikan pada data aset di Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ketiga metode tersebut mampu menghasilkan peringkat rekomendasi penghapusan aset secara lebih terukur dan sistematis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, aset Monitor 17 Inci memperoleh nilai tertinggi dengan skor 0,672 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai prioritas utama untuk dihapuskan. Dengan demikian, pendekatan integratif Z-Score, CRITIC, dan Fuzzy EDAS mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih objektif dalam pengelolaan aktiva tetap serta memberikan dasar analitis dalam penentuan kebijakan penghapusan aset di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Fixed asset management in universities often encounters challenges in determining asset disposal objectively due to differences in criteria scales and the presence of subjectivity in the evaluation process. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to optimize the fixed asset disposal process. The proposed approach integrates the Z-Score method for data normalization, the CRITIC method for determining objective criteria weights, and the Fuzzy EDAS method for decision-making in determining asset disposal priorities. The developed system was implemented using asset data from Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. The results indicate that the integration of these three methods is capable of generating asset disposal recommendation rankings in a more measurable and systematic manner. Based on the calculation results, the 17-inch monitor asset obtained the highest score of 0.672 and was therefore recommended as the top priority for disposal. Thus, the integrative approach of Z-Score, CRITIC, and Fuzzy EDAS can support more objective decision-making in fixed asset management while providing an analytical basis for determining asset disposal policies in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Kemiripan judul skripsi merupakan masalah yang kerap muncul pada tahap awal penyusunan tugas akhir mahasiswa, berpotensi menurunkan kebaruan penelitian dan menyulitkan proses bimbingan. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendeteksi kemiripan judul skripsi berbasis web menggunakan Cosine Similarity dengan pembobotan TF-IDF. Sistem diimplementasikan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Data judul dikumpulkan secara manual dari para peneliti/mahasiswa di berbagai fakultas Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Evaluasi penerimaan pengguna dilakukan dengan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi dengan konstruk Trust & Perceived Accuracy. Hasil pengujian pada 45 responden menunjukkan nilai rata-rata PU = 4,09; PEOU = 4,03; TPA = 3,79; ATU = 3,97; BI = 3,88 (kategori: Tinggi). Sistem mampu mendeteksi kemiripan judul dengan cepat dan memberikan keluaran skor kemiripan yang dapat membantu proses validasi akademik. Rekomendasi pengembangan meliputi integrasi pendekatan semantik dan mekanisme pembaruan basis data otomatis. Title similarity among undergraduate theses reduces novelty and complicates supervision and assessment processes in higher education. This research designs and implements a web-based title similarity detection system using Cosine Similarity with TF-IDF weighting. The system is implemented using standard PHP and MySQL as the database. Thesis title data were collected manually from researchers and students across faculties at Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. User acceptance was evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) augmented with a Trust & Perceived Accuracy construct. The system demonstrates fast processing and reliable similarity scoring; TAM results (N = 45) indicate high acceptance across constructs (PU = 4.09; PEOU = 4.03; TPA = 3.79; ATU = 3.97; BI = 3.88). The proposed solution can support academic administration by early detection of title duplication and guiding revision processes. Recommendations for future work include semantic similarity integration and automated indexing for continuous database growth.

Abstract

Digital transformation in rural coastal areas is frequently impeded by fragmented data management andunstructured IT governance. This study applies the Zachman Framework to design a comprehensive SmartVillage IT Blueprint for Kangkunawe, a coastal fishing village in West Muna Regency, Indonesia. Theframework systematically maps organizational needs across six perspectives and six abstraction levels, ensuringalignment between the village's strategic vision and its technical solutions. The research proceeded throughthree phases: (1) enterprise analysis of the village's organizational structure, vision, and existing serviceprocesses; (2) Zachman matrix population across all six perspectives, yielding business, application, data,technology, and network architectures; and (3) prototype implementation of the SPEDATA module anintegrated village population data and administrative correspondence service. The resulting blueprint definesfive primary smart village service hubs: SPEDATA, e-marketplace, GIS-Health, e-tourism, and e-finance.Black-box Testing of the SPEDATA prototype confirmed 100% functional correctness across 24 test cases. TheZachman Framework is demonstrated to be effective in systematically structuring village IT governance into areproducible, scalable blueprint that directly informs prototype development.

Abstract

Desa Lapandewa Jaya di Kabupaten Buton Selatan merupakan sentra bawang merah dengan hasil panen melimpah. Namun, petani masih menjual secara mentah seharga Rp25.000–Rp35.000/Kg, yang tidak sebanding dengan biaya produksi. Akibatnya, pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani rendah. Padahal, desa memiliki potensi ekonomi besar jika dilakukan pengolahan. Masalah utamanya adalah belum adanya diversifikasi produk, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran berbasis ecommerce yang optimal. Pengabdian bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap hasil produksi bawang merah yang berfokus pada tiga aspek yakni aspek produksi melalui diversifikasi produk, aspek manajemen usaha melalui perencanaan usaha berbasis digital serta aspek pemasaran melalui pemasaran berbasis e-commerce. Mitra pengabdian adalah kelompok tani Kaombo 1 yang berumlah 15 orang. Metode pengabdian berupa perencanaan, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, keberlanjutan program dan penyusunan laporan. Waktu pelaksanaan dari tanggal 10 Agustus 2024 - 30 Agustus 2025. Hasil pengabdian dari aspek produksi meghasilkan tiga produk berupa bubuk bawang merah harga jual Rp70.000/Kg, bawang goreng harga jual Rp55.000/Kg dan keripik bawang dijual seharga 45.000/Kg. Aspek manajemen usaha kelompok tani berhasil dalam mengelola usaha secara profesional serta membuka peluang diversifikasi produk olahan bawang merah yang berkelanjutan dan bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Aspek pemasaran berbasis e-commerce kelompok tani diperkenalkan pada konsep dasar pemasaran digital, strategi branding, dan pemanfaatan platform e-commerce seperti marketplace, media sosial, hingga website untuk mendukung penjualan produk. Hasil post-tes juga menunjukkan bahwa setelah kegiatan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dari  kurang paham menjadi paham sebesar 100%
