Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait literasi pemanfaatan digitalisasi dalam menunjang pemasaran UMKM. Pelaksanaan  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yakni tahapan kegiatan perencanaan pengabdian, serta tahapan kegiatan pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Selain itu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini sudah berjalan dengan lancar dan warga masyarakat telah menyambut baik acara kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi efek profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Profitabilitas diukur menggunakan ROA (Return On Asset), nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan PBV (Price to Book Value) dan ukuran perusahaan. Riset ini berbasis kuantitatif dengan mengunakan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada subsektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel memenuhi kriteria berjumlah 15 perusahaan yang melakukan publikasi laporan keuangan secara lengkap dari tahun 2020-2022 sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 45 unit analisis data. Analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis yaitu Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian ukuran perusahaan mampu memoderasi antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The capital market is one of the alternative sources of long-term funding among various other alternatives for companies that need funds for the sustainability of the company. The capital market has an important role for the economy of a country because the capital market performs a function, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the investor community. For this reason, it is necessary to expand research that is supported by a basic theory, so the problem of factors capable of predicting changes in stock prices is proposed, where there are two variables that are thought to have an effect on changes in stock prices in this study. The two variables are asset structure and firm size. In addition, based on various previous research results, it was found that there were gaps or inconsistencies in the research results (gap research) conducted by researchers. On this basis, the title adopted from this research is "The Effect of Asset Structure and Company Size on Share Prices in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange".

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales budget for palm oil plantations in one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), namely PTPN 1 Regional 8. This research uses a descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique in this research uses two types of primary data and secondary data to calculate effectiveness and efficiency and to obtain phenomena that occur in the field in the period 2019 to 2023. The descriptive analysis method can be carried out with a quantitative approach in the form of data collection and measurement in the form of numbers. Data shows that the palm oil plantation sales budget to effectiveness ratio varies every year. In 2019, the effectiveness ratio showed that the category was ineffective because the figure was below 60 percent. However, in 2020 there was an increase in the effectiveness ratio above 100 percent. But in total from 2019 to 2023 the ratio is less effective. Data obtained through calculations between the volume of sales costs and the sales budget for that year. Meanwhile, for efficiency data shows the efficiency ratio also varies from year to year. However, the total for 2019 to 2023 shows a fairly efficient ratio. The efficiency ratio is obtained by calculating total production costs with total sales volume. One of the factors that influences the ratio score is due to changes in policies related to the sale of oil palm plantation products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence of organizational culture variables, leadership style and employee competency on employee performance and the indirect influence of organizational culture variables and leadership style on employee performance with employee competency as mediation at PT. East Makassar. Primary data were obtained using a questionnaire with a saturated sample. The population was 43 respondents. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability with the PLS model scheme and model evaluation, as well as multicollinearity tests, inner model evaluations using the determinant coefficient test, goodness of fit model tests and hypothesis testing both directly and indirectly were carried out using the SmartPLS version 4 application. The results of the study directly showed that organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style variables have no effect on employee performance, organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee competence, leadership style variables have no effect on employee competence and employee competence has a positive effect significant impact on employee performance. The research results indirectly show that organizational culture influences employee performance with employee competency as a mediator and leadership style does not influence employee performance with employee competency as a mediator.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Communication, Family Support and Emotional Intelligence on Student Learning Achievement at SDIT Ma'arif Makassar. The research approach used in this study is quantitative research because this study aims to prove the hypothesis, using research instruments on teachers at SDIT Ma'arif Makassar. In this study, the research population of SDIT Ma'arif Makassar teachers was 38 teachers. The sampling method is a saturated sample technique. So the sample in this study is 38 samples. In this study, the author used multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of remuneration and work discipline on employee performance UIN Alauddin Makassar Rectorate. The sampling technique in this study used a Jenu sample because the population was limited to 50 people. The research results show that remunerationremuneration has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the employees of the Rectorate of UIN Alauddin Makassar. This can be interpreted as meaning that the lower the remuneration given, the employee performance continues to increase. Next, work disciplineThis research shows that there is a significant positive influence on the performance of the employees of the UIN Alauddin Makassar Rectorate. This can be interpreted as meaning that the higher the employee's work discipline value, the more performance will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Talent Management on Employee Retention with Employee Engagement as a mediator, where this study used a saturated sample with a census method for sampling, namely 45 samples. The research method used is structural equation model analysis with the help of smartpls software. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, and employee engagement has a positive and significant effect mediating the influence between talent management on employee retention

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa Bugis di kalangan masyarakat Malaysia keturunan Bugis, khususnya yang berdomisili di Johor. Kegiatan ini merupakan program kerja sama antara STIEM Bongaya Makassar, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) dan Persatuan Bugis Sedunia-Johor. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 Juli 2024 bertempat di Muzium Rumah Bugis-Pontian, Johor. Jumlah peserta pelatihan sebanyak 35 peserta yang merupakan warga Malaysia keturunan bugis yang berdomisili di Johor. Metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, peserta diajak untuk mempelajari kosakata, tata bahasa, dan budaya Bugis. Dengan meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Bugis, peserta diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dalam menjaga kelangsungan tradisi lisan dan memperkuat identitas budaya Bugis. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk mempererat tali silaturahmi antar sesama keturunan Bugis serta menumbuhkan rasa bangga terhadap identitas budaya Bugis. Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini di harapkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan warga Malaysia keturunan bugis meningkat dan selanjutnya diharapkan para peserta dapat mempraktekkan penggunaan bahasa bugis dalam kesehariannya untuk melestarikan bahasa bugis di Malaysia

Abstract

This study explores the complex relationships between workload, motivation, employee performance, and the mediating roles of supervision and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in organizational contexts. Using a qualitative research methodology based on a systematic literature review, the study synthesizes findings from both theoretical and empirical research to understand how these variables interact and influence performance outcomes. Data was collected from peer-reviewed journals, books, and organizational behavior, psychology, and management case studies. The analysis uses thematic coding to identify patterns and themes within the literature, shedding light on how the workload can act as both a motivator and a stressor, depending on the support systems in place. The findings indicate that intrinsic motivation is crucial in driving sustainable performance, while supervision and SOPs are important mediators that help stabilize performance and reduce workload-related stress. Adequate supervision, characterized by supportive guidance and feedback, enhances employee resilience in high demands, while SOPs provide structure and consistency in task execution. These results have significant theoretical implications for frameworks such as the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, self-determination theory, and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory. Additionally, the study offers practical recommendations for management strategies aimed at promoting sustainable employee performance. Ultimately, this research emphasizes the importance of balancing workload, intrinsic motivation, and structured support to cultivate a high-performing and resilient workforce.
