Abstract

Habib is widely known by the Indonesian Muslim community as a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The habaib in Indonesia are descendants of Alwi or better known as Bani Alwi or Ba'alwi who migrated to Indonesia with immigrants from Arab Hadramaut Yemen in the 19th-20th centuries AD. The understanding of habib as a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, makes the Indonesian Muslim community very respectful, and follows what is ordered because they are afraid of curses and not getting the intercession of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the afterlife. This understanding is gradually being deconstructed with the research of K.H. Imaduddin Utsman Al Bantani "Measuring the validity of the nashab of habib in Indonesia", which states that the nasab of habib in Indonesia is disconnected from the Prophet Muhammad SAW. K.H. Imaduddin Utsman's research from various nasab books, contemporary books, history books and ancient manuscripts does not explain that Ahmad Bin Isa had a son named Ubaidillah. The polemic of the Habib lineage is getting more lively with the genetic research by BRIN researcher Dr. Sugeng Pondang Sugiharto, S.Si, M.Eng, where the DNA (Deoxyrinbonucleic acid) results of the habibs from Hadramaut Yemen showed haplogroup G which is identical to the Jewish nation, not J1 as the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad SAW throughout the world. The polemic about the lineage of the habibs is also increasingly being discussed on social media, with the circulation of digital traces of the lectures of several habibs that are controversial with the pattern and material of the Prophet Muhammad's preaching. The polemic of the lineage of the habibs is also increasingly being discussed, debated and researched by various groups, both religious figures, historians and academics from various disciplines. Here the author wants to try to discuss the legitimacy of the lineage and material of the Ba'alwi habibs from the perspective of Muhammadiyah's understanding. The methods used in this study are library research and media research.   Abstrak Habib dikenal luas oleh masyarakat muslim Indonesia sebagai keturunan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Para habaib yang ada di Indonesia merupakan keturunan Alwi atau lebih dikenal Bani Alwi atau Ba’alwi yang hijrah ke Indonesia bersama pendatang dari Arab Hadramaut Yaman pada abad 19-20 masehi. Pemahaman habib sebagai keturunan Nabi Muhammad SAW, menjadikan masyarakat muslim Indonesia sangat menghormati, dan mengikuti apa yang di perintahkan karena takut kualat dan tidak mendapat syafaat Nabi Muhammad SAW di akhirat kelak. Pemahaman tersebut sedikit demi sedikit mulai terdekonstruksi dengan adanya penelitian K.H. Imaduddin Utsman Al Bantani “Menakar kesahihan nashab habib di Indonesia”, yang menyatakan nasab habib di Indonesia terputus dengan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian K.H. Imaduddin Utsman dari berbagai kitab nasab, kitab sejaman, kitab sejarah dan manuscript kuno tidak ada yang menerangkan bahwa Ahmad Bin Isa memiliki anak bernama Ubaidillah. Polemik nasab Habib semakin ramai dengan adanya penelitian genetik oleh peneliti BRIN Dr. Sugeng Pondang Sugiharto, S.Si, M.Eng, dimana hasil DNA (Deoxyrinbonucleic acid) para habib dari Hadramaut Yaman menunjukkan haplogroup G yang identik dengan bangsa Yahudi, bukan J1 sebagaimana keturunan Nabi Muhammad SAW di seluruh dunia. Polemik soal nasab habib pun semakin ramai diperbincangkan di media sosial, dengan beredarnya jejak digital ceramah beberapa habib yang kontroversial dengan pola dan materi dakwah Nabi Muhammad SAW. Polemik nasab habaib juga semakin banyak di bahas, di diskusikan dan diteliti oleh berbagai kalangan baik agamawan, sejarawan maupun akademisi dari berbagai disiplin bidang ilmu. Disini penulis ingin mencoba membahas legitimasi nasab dan materi dakwah habib Ba’alwi dari perspektif pemahaman Muhammadiyah. Abstract

In a competitive business environment, the ability to attract and retain quality talent is critical to the success of startup companies. This study explores the role of employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP) on employee engagement and retention in startup companies in Pontianak City. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to measure their perceptions of Employer branding and EVP practices and their impact on engagement and retention levels. The results of this study reveal that Qara'a's startup employer branding, based on the dimensions of interest value, social value, economic value, development value, and application value, can increase employee engagement and retention. Furthermore, the application of Qara'a's employee value proposition is packaged attractively and by employee expectations so that the EVP can increase the engagement and retention of Qara'a startup employees.

Abstract

Good leadership and organizational justice will increase the desire to stay in the company, and job attachment will reinforce this. This study analyzes the effect of transformational leadership and organizational justice on intention to stay, mediated by job attachment. This study uses quantitative methods, with a population of CU employees in West Kalimantan and a sample of 202 people taken through probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis tools using Smart PLS 4.0. used to process data and perform analysis steps. The results showed that transformational leadership does not directly affect the intention to stay but significantly affects job attachment. Job attachment also mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational justice on intention to stay.

Abstract

International migration, particularly involving Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) in Australia, has become significant, with nearly 100,000 TKI recorded in 2022. This study investigates the factors influencing their migration decision, focusing on working conditions, work flexibility, and compensation. A total of 149 respondents of Indonesian migrant workers in Australia completed the questionnaires, collected using non-probability and snowball sampling techniques. It was analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The outcome reveals that working conditions positively affect performance, confirming that a supportive work environment enhances productivity. In contrast, work flexibility negatively impacts performance, while compensation shows a positive but statistically insignificant effect. Job satisfaction emerges as a critical mediator, with satisfied employees performing better. The findings suggest companies should improve working conditions and compensation systems to enhance job satisfaction and performance. Additionally, the study provides insights for the Indonesian Government on the importance of labour policies that promote worker welfare, such as fair wages and improved conditions, potentially reducing reliance on international migration. Future studies should incorporate a wider array of variables and a more diverse group of respondents to enhance generalizability.

Abstract

A common issue faced by every school institution is violations committed by students, such as truancy or non- compliance with school rules. This leads to a decrease in the students' discipline, causing harm to themselves and others, especially their parents. Students who commit violations will receive a warning letter to the Guidance and Counseling (BP/BK) teacher or a summons letter to their parents. As a result, parents are required to come to school to address the summons, and the BP/BK teacher will provide information, including a list of students who have committed violations or truancy, to the parents.The author offers a solution to address the issue of students who do not comply with school rules, such as truancy or manipulation of attendance records in class. The author has developed an application called the Online Student Attendance Monitoring System in the School Environment Based on Android (MA Al-Istiqomah Rajadesa). This Student Attendance Monitoring application is an Android app designed to facilitate teachers in taking attendance and providing information to parents about students' attendance data. The information provided by the teacher to the parents includes student attendance during class and helps parents monitor their child's learning progress while attending class. The application developed by the author is integrated with a database and provides information stored in the database about student attendance during school. This application is built using software for creating Android applications with Java programming language. The database commonly used in this Android operating system is Firebase

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) determine the marketing channels of melons found in Enha Lima Farm, 2) determine the amount of margin of each institution and the total of the entire marketing of melons in Enha Lima Farm. Forms of kirani melon marketing channels in Enha Lima Garden are direct channel marketing and indirect marketing. From these forms of marketing, the amount of margin obtained by channel I (indirect marketing) is Rp.10,000 consisting of a margin for collecting traders of Rp.5,000/Kg, and for retail traders of Rp. 5,000/Kg. Meanwhile, channel II (direct marketing) has no margin because it does not go through marketing institutions or intermediaries where farmers sell melons directly to end consumers. So that channel II (direct marketing) can be said to be profitable for Enha Lima garden farmers. The high value of the margin is influenced by the low value of marketing costs incurred. So that the channel is most profitable for producers or at the farm level. While the Farmer's share value of all channels is said to be efficient, the percentage of marketing channel level I is 66.66%, marketing channel II is 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop hypotheses regarding the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of aircraft maintenance personnel, which will be used in future research in the field of human resource management. This study employs a library research method, sourcing data from previous studies obtained through academic platforms such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish, and other academic databases. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership style influences the performance of aircraft maintenance personnel; 2) Work motivation influences the performance of aircraft maintenance personnel; and 3) Work environment influences the performance of aircraft maintenance personnel.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu badan pemerintah, sebuah badan atau lembaga dalam bidang penyelesaian sengketa. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menguji kesesuaian penerapan dan pelaporan kewajiban PPN. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan untuk kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisa meliputi Pencatatan, Perhitungan dan Penyetoran Pajak penjualan, selanjutnya dalam hal pengisian SPT Masa Pajak Pertambahan Nilai sampai dengan pelaporannya. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai dan pelaporannya secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku yaitu UU Nomor 42 Tahun 2009, akan tetapi ada kelalaian dalam penyetoran dan pelaporan yang terlambat pada periode tertentu sehingga bisa mempengaruhi kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Hal ini disebabkan karena minimnya pemahaman dan ketelitian dalam sistem penerapan dan meningkatkan kesadaran dalam pelaporan Pajak Pertambahan. Abstract

Analisis Profitabilitas adalah analisi yang ditunjukkan untuk mendeteksi penyebab timbulnya laba yang diperoleh suatu perusahaan dalam priode tertentu. Salah satu cara menilai kinerja keuangan adalah dengan melakukan analisis keuangan perusahaan, yang mana biasanya perusahaan tersebut menggunakan komponen neraca dan laporan laba rugi untuk menilai rasio profitabilitas. Metode analisi profitabilitas digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan PT. Pos Indonesia yang mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021. Adapun rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE). Setelah melakukan penelitian terlihat perbandingan rasio profitabilitas pada PT. Pos Indonesia. Pada tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021 menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM), mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Sama halnya dengan Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) mengalami peningkatan. Secara keseluruhan tingkat persentase profitabilitas perusahaan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya dari tahun 2019 sampai 2021, namun selama tiga tahun tersebut berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rasio perusahaan masih dibawah standar umum rata-rata industri dan berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat simpulkan kinerja keuangan PT. Pos Indonesia manajemen perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki dinilai kurang baik. Kata Kunci : Rasio Profitabilitas, Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya kasus mengenai sengketa batas yang timbul di suatu wilayah dimana di wilayah tersebut telah ditemukan sumber daya alam yang menguntungkan, misalnya pertambangan. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya rekonstruksi batas dan ditambah dengan proses pengukuhannya merupakan salah satu persyaratan teknis untuk mengajukan Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui dan mengumpulkan data informasi tentang pergeseran batas dengan wilayah studi di PT. Alamjaya Bara Pratama. Metode yang digunakan adalah RTK untuk stake out areal jalan dan pit terbuka. Untuk menuju titik awal menggunakan GPS handheld selanjutnya stake out untuk areal tertutup, proses pengolahan data menggunakan software ArcGIS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh orientasi rekonstruksi pal batas terdapat 281 pal batas terdiri dari 130 dengan kondisi bagus, 6 rusak, 138 hilang dan sisipan sebanyak 7 buah. Panjang batas yang direkonstruksi seluruhnya adalah 27.146,62 m (segmen A 5.800,11 m dan segmen B 376,68 m, segmen I dan 20.969,84 m).
