Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to find out whether attractiveness and social media have an influence on tourists' decisions to visit Madiredo Lake Agrotourism which is located in Madiredo Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the people of Malang Raya who visited the Madiredo Lake Agrotourism. Using a sample using the Slovin formula, 99 respondents were obtained. In this research, the technique used was non-probability sampling. Non-probability sampling method involves selecting elements from the population without using a random process. This research shows that attractiveness and social media  have a significant influence on visitors' decision to visit Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, E-WOM, Brand Experience, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of price, product quality and Instagram social media promotion on product purchasing decisions at Arema FC Official Store Malang. The data analysis method in this study is quantitative data analysis using SPSS. The population of this study were consumers of Arema FC Official Store. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the Malhotra formula and obtained 80 respondents. The results showed that the price variable had a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang, the product quality variable had an insignificant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang, and Instagram social media promotion had a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang, and Instagram social media promotion had a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Instagram Social Media Promotion and Product Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work facilities on the performance of Ministerio e comercio noindustria (Timor-Leste) employees. The population in this study was 257 Ministerio Comȇrcio e Industria.de (Timor-Leste) employees. The sample collection technique was based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 72 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and work facilities have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership style, organizational culture, work facilities, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Waroeng Om products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "the influence of promotion through social media and price on purchasing decisions for Fiona brand fruit chips". This research uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The population in this study were social media followers of Fiona brand fruit chips who had made purchases. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a total of 85 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of simultaneous testing of the influence of promotion through social media and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partial test results show that promotion through social media and price influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Social Media Promotion, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The sample consists of 83 employees from PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Primary and secondary data were used to support the research.The findings indicate that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style simultaneously affect employee performance. Partially, job training does not significantly influence employee performance. In contrast, Kaizen culture and leadership style have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Based on data analysis results using an Adjusted R Square of 0.298, it was found that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style contribute 29.8% to employee performance, while the remaining influence is from other variables outside the research model.  Keywords: Job Training, Kaizen Culture, Leadership Style and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image on the purchasing decision of Indomie instant noodle products simultaneously and partially on Warmindo consumers in Sidoarjo. The population in the study was the consumer of Warmindo who had purchased Indomie instant noodles at Warmindo at least once, the exact number of which was unknown. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image simultaneously influenced the purchasing decision variable of Indomie instant noodle products and partially product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image influenced the purchasing decision variable of Indomie instant noodle products. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Digital Promotion, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, interaction quality and service facilities on community satisfaction in Giripuro village. This study uses a verification method with a quantitative approach. and uses a Likert scale as a measurement tool. The sample of this study was selected using a nonprobability sampling technique with a snowball sampling technique with a total of 83 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data testing uses validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that service quality, interaction quality, and service facilities have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction. Service quality partially affects community satisfaction. Interaction quality partially affects community satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of discounts, free shipping, and COD (Cash On Delivery) Check First payment on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study sample consists of 100 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that discounts, free shipping, and COD Check First payment have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings imply that e-commerce platforms like Shopee can optimize their marketing strategies by maintaining and enhancing these three factors to encourage consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Discount, Free Shipping, COD Check First, Purchase Decision, E-commerce

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted on permanent employees of PT Awana Sawit Lestari. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Job Stress, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling method with 114 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS version 4. The analysis includes the outer model (Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity and Composite Reliability), inner model (R2 and Q2) and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that Job Stress does not affect Job Satisfaction, while Digital Leadership and Knowledge Sharing have a significant impact on Job Satisfaction. Additionally, Job Stress and Knowledge Sharing do not directly influence Innovative Work Behavior, whereas Digital Leadership has a positive impact on Innovative Work Behavior. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Job Stress, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior. Keywords: Work Stress, Digital Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior, Job Satisfaction.
