Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee turnover intention at Encar Daihatsu Baturaja Branch. Turnover intention is an employee's intention to leave their job, which can have a negative impact on productivity and organizational stability. The factors that cause turnover intention (Y) are Job Insecurity (X1) and workload (X2). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to employees. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Employees who feel insecure about their job continuity are more likely to look for opportunities elsewhere. In addition, workload also has a significant positive influence on turnover intention, where high levels of workload cause stress that encourages the intention to leave the job. Simultaneously, job insecurity and workload contribute significantly to the increase in employee turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, companies are advised to reduce job insecurity by creating more transparent policies and providing job stability guarantees. In addition, more effective workload management, such as fair division of tasks and provision of additional support, can help reduce employee stress levels. Thus, turnover intention can be reduced, and employee retention can be improved.

Abstract

TOGA is a type of medicinal plant of choice used for first aid. TOGA can be planted hydroponically to overcome limited land. TOGA that has been cultivated can be used as a learning resource for students by presenting digitized information in the form of a QR-Code. Counseling regarding TOGA, Hydroponic training and digitalization outreach aims to provide broader knowledge to pharmacy students regarding TOGA and procedures for growing TOGA hydroponically so that it can support classroom learning. Students can obtain information by scanning the QR-Code from each TOGA. Yappan Pasir Pengaraian Vocational School has limited vacant land, while the pharmacy department requires TOGA in the school to support learning activities that are listed in the pharmacy department syllabus. Meanwhile, the presence of TOGA in schools is very minimal, there are only a few plants planted in pots. Apart from that, there is no complete information regarding TOGA, so students have difficulty utilizing the plants around the school. Therefore, it is necessary to present a TOGA hydroponic garden and also be equipped with digitalization of information in an effort to make it easier for students to obtain information. The results of this training are additional knowledge regarding TOGA, how to plant TOGA hydroponically and how to access information via QR-Code.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers’ communication strategies in supporting the learning process of children with special needs at PKBM Disabilitas Plus Temanggung. This institution serves as a non-formal educational center that provides inclusive learning opportunities for children with various conditions such as autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. The research employs a qualitative case study method through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, parents, the head of PKBM, and volunteers. Data analysis follows the Miles & Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers’ communication strategies reflect Schramm’s two-way communication model, emphasizing encoding, decoding, field of experience, feedback, and shared meaning. Teachers construct adaptive learning messages using simple language, repetition, and both verbal and nonverbal channels suited to each child’s characteristics. Empathy and patience in teachers’ approaches create shared experiences that strengthen children’s understanding. Feedback from children’s expressions and behaviors serves as a basis for teachers to continuously adjust their teaching strategies. Furthermore, communication with parents reinforces the continuity of meaning between school and home. Thus, teachers’ communication strategies play a vital role in fostering inclusive learning that is adaptive, empathetic, and collaborative, ultimately supporting the independence of children with special needs in non-formal education settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at Esa Perkasa Private High School. As a recently introduced national education policy, the Independent Curriculum emphasizes student-centered learning, character development, and pedagogical flexibility that allows teachers to design contextually relevant learning activities. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies. The research subjects consisted of teachers from various subject areas at the school. The findings indicate that most teachers possess a basic understanding of the principles and structure of the Independent Curriculum and have begun applying them in instructional practices. However, several challenges persist, including limited comprehensive training, inadequate school facilities to support differentiated learning, and difficulties in developing teaching modules and assessments aligned with curriculum guidelines. These obstacles influence the consistency and depth of curriculum implementation in daily teaching activities. Overall, teacher readiness can be categorized as fairly good, yet further institutional support, mentoring, and continuous professional development are required to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation of the Independent Curriculum.
