Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the most efficient order scheduling technique on CV. Davero Jaya Shining Indonesia to reduce delays in order fulfillment. The suggested scheduling approach is based on a priority rule system that includes the following criteria: first come, first served, lowest processing time, longest processing time, and earliest due date (first come first served). Davero Jaya Cemerlang Indonesia uses the SPT technique in its manufacturing process, according to their company CV. The company decided to adopt this technique because it seemed reasonable from a consumer's point of view. The downside of this technique is that it often causes delays in completing client orders. Based on the results of data analysis and debates that have been given, the FCFS technique is the most superior method among others. Considering the fact that the findings of the FCFS method effectiveness measure are consistent with the current criteria, which include minimum average completion scores, maximum utility, minimum average delay, and minimum average labor force in the system. Therefore, the researchers gave suggestions to the company CV. Davero Jaya Cemerlang Indonesia to use the FCFS method as an alternative production scheduling method. With the application of the FCFS method in CV. Davero Jaya Cemerlang Indonesia is expected to be able to help resolve production scheduling problems that have been happening so far. Abstract

UMKM Nafa Cahya an individual business engaged in the industrial sector. The target of marketing is the lower class market with affordable prices. In production process, obstacles are found in the form of waste waiting and waste motion that must be trimmed or eliminated in order to achieve efficient production goals. By applying the lean manufacturing method it expected to be able to improve the current production process. The tools applied in this research are VSM, WAM which consists of WRM and WAQ, and fishbone. The results of study found that the most dominant is waste waiting by 22%, followed by an analysis fishbone and then a proposed improvement design for the production process was carried out.. Abstract

UD Tahu FN merupakan pabrik yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan tahu. Dalam peningkatan produksi perlu adanya perhatian pada kinerja lingkungan. Aspek kinerja lingkungan tersebut berupa limbah cair hasil produksi tahu yang jumlahnya sangat banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis limbah cair dengan metode Green Productivity (GP). Metode tersebut dapat memberikan usulan perbaikan guna meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Hasil penelitian di dapat perusahaan memiliki kinerja lingkungan pada Environment Performance Index (EPI) awal Sebesar -460,494. Sedangkan Green Productivity Index (GPI) awal pada UD tahu FN memiliki nilai 0,002 dan GP Waste cair sebesar 0,79. Terdapat 2 alternatif solusi yang dihasilkan yaitu berupa pemanfaatan limbah cair menjadi Nata de Soya dan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC). sedangkan Alternatif solusi yang dipilih adalah alternatif kedua yaitu pemanfaatan menjadi Pupuk Organik Cair yang mampu menambah meningkatkan nilai ekonomi menjadi Rp 16.295.750 dan meningkatkan produktivitas menjadi 213,8%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan perbaikan kinerja lingkungan berupa pemanfaatan limbah cair mampu menambah pendapatan secara kecil kepada perusahaan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic provides a lesson that it is necessary to design a business that can survive and thrive despite the dynamics of environmental change. One of the impacts of the crisis due to the pandemic is felt not only for the general public, of course it will also have an impact on the business sector, especially the creative industry. The creative industry has been predicted as an industry that is able to survive even in the crush of limited resources and environmental pressures. However, the Covid-19 pandemic which lasted for quite a long time, caused several creative industry sectors to fall. To overcome the many creative businesses that have been stopped due to the pandemic, community service activities are aimed at assisting and providing training so that they can be used for business survival. This effort is reflected in training on the use of natural dyes in making motifs on fabric media which can be processed later into various fashion products such as clothes, bags, shoes, books, etc. As well as training on the use of digital marketing to reach wider consumers by utilizing Google My Business.. The training is expected to assist business actors in creating new products so that they are able to respond to and bind consumer demand, as well as get easier product marketing with digital media.

Abstract

As the company is growing, it is faced with increasing distribution costs due to various distribution purposes. This research aims to know the optimal distribution route to minimize company distribution costs. It also aims to know the distribution factors that affect the efficiency of the results obtained at GO Sumber Plastik. Traveling salesman problem with Branch and Bound algorithm is one of the methods to be used to select the most optimal route by WinQSB software. The company has two fleets with different fuel types (petalite and biodiesel fuel) for two different trips each day. There are two trips as long trips and short trips. However, Sunday is only available for one trip. There are two alternatives for the research result. Alternative 1 produces efficiency for 7% and alternative 2 produces efficiency for 11%. However, there are distribution factors that can affect the efficiency of distribution costs. The researcher needs to provide advice from company external experts who are experienced in their fields to overcome those factors. Those factors are area space, internal infrastructures, weather, general traffic jam, and culture.

Global warming makes many cosmetics companies take advantage of this as an opportunity to create products that are environmentally friendly. To win the company's competition, it is necessary to have the right strategy so that the products created can be accepted and demanded by the public. This research is intended to analyze the effect of Green Product, Green Advertising, and Green Trust on Purchasing Decisions. The problem in this research is the less optimal consumer purchasing decisions on Himalayan Herbals products, because Most people have not been able to distinguish between Green Products with ordinary products and do not understand how important the use of Green Products for health and the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Green Products, Green Advertising and Green Trust on Purchasing Decisions on Himalayan Herbals Skincare. The population in this study were Himalayan Herbals skincare customers in Palapa Toserba Surabaya. The sampling method used was non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique and the total sample of 85 respondents. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires directly. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS). Untuk memenangkan persaingan perusahaan diperlukan adanya strategi yang tepat agar produk yang diciptakan dapat diterima dan diminati masyarakat. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Product, Green Advertising, dan Green Trust terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk Himalaya Herbals, karena Sebagian masyarakat belum bisa membedakan antara Green Product dengan produk biasa dan tidak memahami betapa pentingnya penggunaan Green Product bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Product, Green Advertising dan Green Trust terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Skincare Himalaya Herbals. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan skincare Himalaya Herbals di Palapa Toserba Surabaya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan  Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Green Product, Green Advertising, dan Green Trust memberikan kontribusi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to review and explore the results of previous research and other literature related to environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavior. The research method used is a literature review. This study presents antecedents of Environmental awareness. Environmental awareness is very important to realize environmental protection behavior. The results of previous research indicate that environmental awareness has a significant role in building pro-environmental behavior. Someone will protect the environment if he realizes that the environment around him needs to be protected. Environmental awareness has a positive correlation with pro-environmental behavior. If someone has high environmental awareness, the pro-environmental behavior will also be higher.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to review and explore the results of previous studies and other literature related to green satisfaction. The research method used is a literature review. Green satisfaction indicates that people are pleased with the environmental conditions around their homes. The results of the previous studies indicate that environmental cleanliness has a significant role in building green satisfaction. To maintain green satisfaction, the community needs to help each other to keep the environment clean. A clean environment also has a good impact on health. If the environment is a slum, the worst possibility that will happen is the relocation of residents by some people towards a better place to live. In this case, green satisfaction will reappear and increase if the new location is healthy and clean. People are even willing to pay more to get the satisfaction of being in a clean environment.

Abstract

Dolly is part of the Putat Jaya urban village which is a prostitution localization and is given kebun jeruk. Kebun Jeruk that has negative connotation. Based on these concerns, the researchers came up with an idea to change the image of the region. The change of image from the term kebun jeruk will be kebun batik. One of the efforts that will be done in community service in the Dolly region is to provide batik skills. Provision of training is done gradually begins with the manufacture of batik dipup followed by batik and batik naturally. Batik training aims to achieve the creation of image area in accordance with the goal to be achieved that is the image image kebun jeruk into kebun batik. If people in the Dolly area are able to make batik, then there will be many batik sales so that the image of the area will change, just like the village of batik. The change of image or image will lift the good name of the region, the community as well as provide income to the community in a good way. The results of the monitoring showed that the training was fruitful because there was a continuity of activity that is still the residents who continue to make batik, and even the result of the show was displayed in the store of various SME products in DS Store (Dolly Saiki Point) to be sold.

Dolly Society still does not yet have online marketing knowledge, which can help market products that have been produced. Online marketing is one way to market SMEs to increase sales. Nowadays technology is progressing so that almost every marketing activity can be helped by using the internet. Promotions and advertising activities can also be done online so that they are more efficient. In the past, buying must meet the seller, so now you don't have to meet the seller. Can be admitted at home like the sale of other online products. For this reason, in community service, it provides broader and more varied marketing knowledge. Online marketing training was attended by mothers who had previously received training in making catfish-based products. So that after being able to make it can also sell.
