Dalam dunia bisnis konsumen merupakan faktor penentu agar perusahaan tetap bertahan, sehingga sangat diperlukan pertimbangan untuk pemenuhan permintaan. Strategi perlu diterapkan untuk mengelola permintaan dengan baik yakni melalui peramalan permintaan, karena menyangkut pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan untuk memenuhi konsumen. UD Garam Samudra merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan dan perdagangan garam ditahun 2019 mengalami masalah belum terpenuhinya permintaan karena ketidakpastian jumlah permintaan disetiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh metode peramalan permintaan garam konsumsi beryodium di UD Garam Samudra yang tepat untuk memenuhi seluruh permintaan konsumen dimasa akan datang. Data yang digunakan yaitu data permintaan periode Januari–Desember 2019. Teknik analisis peramalan menggunakan Naive Method, Moving Averages, Weighted Moving Averages, Exponential Smoothing, dan Linear Regression dibantuan program QM for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode peramalan terpilih untuk memenuhi permintaan garam konsumsi beryodium di UD Garam Samudra yaitu Linear Regression karena memiliki tingkat kesalahan peramalan berdasarkan kriteria MSE terkecil dibanding metode lainnya.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the economy in Indonesia experienced a decline, especially MSMEs. It is important for MSMEs to switch strategies in dealing with this pandemic, one of which is by using an online system in the sales process, as was done by MSMEs "SwiitieandSalty". This move to an online system has created a new risk for MSMEs, namely supply chain problems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risks experienced by using the FMEA and AHP methods. The results of this study are that there are two types of risks that need to be prioritized, namely the risk of late delivery at the Situbondo agent with an RPN value of 8.15 and the risk of product damage to the Jakarta agent with an RPN value of 9.24.

Digital Marketing Agency merupakan startup yang bergerak dibidang periklanan digital dengan kegiatan operasionalnya beradi di Inkubator Bisnis, UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Startup ini tengah mengalami keterlambatan pemrosesan produksinya dalam pemenuhan taget terjadwal yang disebabkan adanya alur proses bisnis tidak sistematis. Sehingga, menyebabkan pemborosan waktu proses dan biaya produksi. Tujuan penelitian, untuk menganalisis proses bisnis dengan kategori process focus agar lebih efektif dan standard. Penelitian Menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan metode Line Balancing dan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) berdasar teknik diagram alur. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur dan observasi lapangan. Pengelolaan data dilakukan meggunakan software Flexible Line Balancing 3.0 dan Bizagi Modeler 3.6.44. Hasil penelitian berupa usulan perbaikan alur proses yang lebih sistematis dan standar yang diharapkan mampu menekan biaya serta waktu pemrosesan.

Permasalahan rute distribusi yang dialami CV.Sego njamoer terkait dengan adanya tingkat permintaan yang tidak diimbangi dengan kapasitas angkut kendaraan dan rute yang terpisah-pisah. Hal ini mengakibatkan tingginya biaya transportasi dan rendahnya tingkat utilitas angkutan barang yaitu sebesar 52.12245 % dari kapasitas angkut maksimum 15 kg. Karena itu perlu a dilakukan penentuan distribusi optimal. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan menggunakan metode saving matrix dalam penyelesaian permasalahan transportasi dengan meminimalkan jarak, biaya transportasi dan meningkatkan utilitas alat angkut. Kemudian dilakukan pengurutan rute tujuan dengan metode nearest insert, farthest insert, dan nearest neighbor. Dari analisis didapatkan pengurangan rute distribusi dari 11 menjadi 6 rute, penghematan jarak sebesar 42,93 % dari 531,29 km menjadi 303,2 km, dan penghematan biaya distribusi sebesar 50,994 % dari Rp9.595.579 menjadi Rp4.702.

Human resources play an important role in achieving organizational goals, the ability of human resources must be thoroughly tested so that they are able to do all the work assigned to them. From the initial survey it is known that the high level of absenteeism of employees can affect organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees of the B3 Waste and Waste Management Division at CV. Tjek Entis. The method used in this study is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study were 50 employees. The results of this study show that quality, quantity, timeliness and cooperation are good. Whereas in the presence dimension there is an indicator with a low value, for that it is expected that the leader can provide motivation to employees with reward or punishment in order to increase employee attendance at work.

Determination of warehouse layout is important for companies engaged in the field of distributors. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process in designing the proposed layout of product warehouses in PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi and to know the efficient level of layout of new proposals against distance and cost in the loading and unloading process at the product warehouse. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. If all data is collected then then calculate the distance between departments, determine the cost of material handling and create from to chart and then process the data using software WinQSB to obtain the final iteration to compare with the initial layout. The results of this study show that there are 3 proposed layouts. From the proposed warehouse layout obtained the amount of distance 2.067,35 m with the total distance of the initial layout 2.373 m and has a level of 12,88 % efficiency compared to the initial layout. In total cost layout the final proposal has a total cost of Rp.18.922.030 with the total initial cost of Rp 39.926.050 and the new proposed warehouse layout has an efficiency level of 52,6% compared to the initial layout.

The focus of this study, using an explanatory and accidental approach, shows consumer buying interest in shopping at modern shopping centers in Surabaya. Data were collected from 90 questionnaires and analysed using the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that consumer buying interest at the modern shopping centers (malls) was driven by hedonic impulses. It is evident from the positive significance value associated with consumer perceptions of the atmosphere of the outlet, of retail services, as well as the presence of fashion that contains hedonist value so as to have an effect on consumers’ purchase intentions. For future studies, it is best to examine utilitarian aspects as a motivation that affects the purchasing intention of consumers at modern shopping centers

Sinar Berkah Utama is a construction service provider company. However, with the experience and good name that CV. Sinar Berkah Utama, this company is still experiencing delays in project completion. So time management analysis was carried out in the completion of home improvement project work in Sommerset GF, Citraland, Surabaya using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method. The purpose of this study was to find out the practical benefits of time management in the completion of home improvement projects in Sommerset GF, Citraland, Surabaya by CV. Sinar Berkah Utama. This study use a quantitative descriptive approach. Descriptive quantitative is a research that has the aim to describe a phenomenon, events, symptoms, and events that factually, systematically, and accurately. Using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method, the authors found the critical path for this project was in the preparation of work (A) - Dismantling of glass and removing the AC installation (B) - walls and beams for room widening (D) - Structural and concrete (F) - Wall work (G) - Roof work (H) - Plafound work (I) - Electrical installation (M) - AC and interior installation (N) - removal from cluster (O). From the existing critical path, the author crashes by increasing working hours (overtime). Based on the above calculations, it can be seen that the duration of the work on the Sommerset GF home improvement project by CV. Sinar Berkah Utama, the project was reduced by 13 working days from the original 102 working days to 89 working days. Keywords: Project, CV. Sinar Berkah Utama, CPM, Duration

This service is intended to improve the competence of educators in terms of communication soft skills of PAUD educators in interacting with their students. The training participants are PAUD educators from Pakal sub-district who will practice developing their communication skills, especially those related to non-verbal communication. This training is done to refresh and improve their non-verbal communication so that they are ready to teach offline. in the offline teaching process, they will interact directly with their students which they have been doing during online learning during the covid period. The non-verbal communication training provided also focuses on the practice of communicating with the role play between PAUD Mothers and students who act as early childhood students. This training showed significant results in the form of increased understanding in which Bunda PAUD can perform the appropriatenon verbal communication skills. In addition, success in this training is also shown from the practice of role-playing implementing efficient non-verbal communication with the emergence of haptics, oculesics, and proxemics.

The convection industry sector in Indonesia is still experiencing a slump due to the pandemic. With uncertain conditions like today, demand fluctuates and changes in conditions from companies affected by the pandemic. Fluctuating demand and changing company conditions make companies must be able to balance to remain competitive. One of the determinants of a company's ability to survive or not is customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the analysis of flexibility measurement in the supply chain system at UD Hasby Ponorogo. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through direct observation, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies. The methods used in this research are Fuzzy-AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and OMAX (Objective Matrix) methods. The results of the analysis found that the level of supply chain flexibility in the company UD Hasby Ponorogo as a whole is flexible (enough), where all the main dimensions reach a percentage between 60-80%. However, it needs to be improved so that the flexibility can be maximized
