Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women remains a significant health issue that requires attention, as it can affect the health of both the mother and the fetus. In the service area of the X Community Health Center, the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women remains quite high, necessitating effective preventive measures, one of which is the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) program. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the MMS program in preventing anemia among pregnant women at the X Community Health Center. The study employed a qualitative method using the Input, Process, and Output (IPO) evaluation approach. The input aspects examined included policies, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, logistics, funding, and the knowledge of pregnant women. Process aspects included MMS administration, education, consumption compliance, monitoring, side effects, and family support, while output aspects included MMS coverage, changes in pregnant women’s hemoglobin levels, perceived benefits, and satisfaction among pregnant women. The primary informants in this study were 10 pregnant women in the service area of the X Community Health Center, while the triangulation informants consisted of 2 health center staff members from the X area who were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. The results of the study indicate that the MMS program is functioning fairly well, with a consistent supply of supplements and easily accessible services. However, challenges remain, including the absence of specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), suboptimal compliance monitoring, and uneven education. Therefore, improvements are needed in monitoring, record-keeping, and education so that the MMS program can operate more effectively in helping to prevent anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) program aims to improve access to healthcare services and provide financial protection for the Indonesian population. Despite the increasing coverage of JKN enrollment, public perceptions of its benefits remain varied. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between perceived health needs and the perceived benefits of participating in the JKN program among residents of Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency, in 2026. A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Perceived health needs, operationalized through perceived susceptibility and perceived severity based on the Health Belief Model, served as the independent variable, while perceived benefits of JKN participation were the dependent variable. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through univariate analysis and the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 51.0% of respondents had high perceived health needs, while 55.0% had positive perceptions of JKN benefits. A significant relationship was found between perceived health needs and perceived benefits of participating in the JKN program (p=0.000), with a Contingency Coefficient of 0.339 indicating a moderate association. Higher perceived health needs were associated with more positive perceptions of JKN benefits.

Abstract

The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is a BPJS Kesehatan initiative designed to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases through continuous healthcare services. However, its implementation at primary healthcare facilities remains suboptimal due to low participant activity and service quality, which may affect participant loyalty. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between Prolanis service quality and participant loyalty at Kedungwuni II Public Health Center in 2026. A quantitative correlational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 76 respondents selected through probability sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires on service quality and participant loyalty and analyzed using the Spearman Rank test (α = 0.05). The results showed that 56.6% of respondents perceived Prolanis service quality as poor, while 51.3% were categorized as less loyal. Significant relationships were found between the dimensions of reliability (p=0.000), responsiveness (p=0.000), and empathy (p=0.000) and participant loyalty. In contrast, tangibles (p=0.251) and assurance (p=0.436) were not significantly associated with loyalty. Improving reliability, responsiveness, and empathy is recommended to enhance participant loyalty.

Abstract

In Pekalongan City there are 14 Community Health Centers under the auspices of the Health Service which are aimed at providing health services to the people in Pekalongan City. Each driver will of course have different performance metrics and results/achievements. Improving employee performance helps puskesmas to survive in the face of unstable competition. Therefore, investment in improving the quality of health services is very important in terms of health service satisfaction. This can be achieved by providing quality services so that patients can trust the Health Center. The purpose of this study was to find out how motivation and job satisfaction affect the performance of public health workers. This research method uses an analytic survey and a cross sectional approach. The results of this study indicate that motivation with a frequency of 0.008 (α=0.05) has an effect on performance and job satisfaction with a frequency of 0.064 (α=0.05) has no effect on performance. This research helps provide knowledge to the community to be more independent and increase the influence of motivation on the performance of public health workers

Abstract

The quality of health services at community health centers can be indicated by patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction shows how good the health service is. Patient satisfaction is measured by comparing the experience with the patient's expectations. Patient dissatisfaction can be caused by the behavior of medical personnel, as well as system factors such as waiting time and facility comfort. This study aims to determine the effect of waiting time and comfort on patient satisfaction at the Bantarbolang Community Health Center. Using a quantitative method, a cross sectional approach with a sample size of 98 patients, the sampling technique was incidental sampling. The majority of respondents were female (76.5%), aged <20 to 30 years (54.1%), and had a high school/vocational school educational background (41.8%). Most patients experience waiting times that exceed the standards set by Minister of Health Regulation No. 30 of 2022 (75.5%), the average waiting time is the longest in dental clinics (120 minutes). The majority of patients had a low level of comfort (60.2%). Although the majority were satisfied with the service (73.5%), the analysis showed a significant influence between waiting time and patient satisfaction (p-value=0.003). However, there was no significant influence between comfort level and patient satisfaction (p-value=0.703).

Abstract

Model menjelaskan 64,1% variasi kepuasan pengguna (Nagelkerke R² = 0,641). Peningkatan kualitas layanan digital, terutama efisiensi dan ketersediaan sistem, diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan peserta BPJS Kesehatan.
