Abstract

Setiap orang tua selalu mendambakan anaknya dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal sesuai tahapan usianya. Peran orang tua cukup komplek dalam pengasuhan anak termasuk dalam pola asuhnya. Disamping itu pengawasan orang tua dan pengetahuan orang tua terhadap pola asuh kepada anak juga berpengaruh terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Pola Asuh Terhadap Perkembangan Anak Pra Sekolah Di Posyandu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sangurara Kota Palu. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Cross Sectional Populasi adalah Semua Orang tua dengan anak prasekolah Besar sampel adalah 44 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Variabel Independen penelitian adalah pengetahuan dan pola asuh. Variabel dependen adalah perkembangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearmant rho dengan tingkat signifikansi α ≤ 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup sebanyak 25 responden (56,8%), pola asuh yang cukup sebanyak 23 responden (52,3%), perkembangan anak yang normal sebanyak 39 responden (88,6%). Hasil penelitian p=0,042 dimana H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti bahwa ada Hubungan Pengetahuan Terhadap Perkembangan Anak Pra Sekolah Di Posyandu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sangurara Kota Palu, didapatkan p=0,000 dimana H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti bahwa ada Hubungan Pola Asuh Terhadap Perkembangan Anak Pra Sekolah Di Posyandu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sangurara Kota Palu. Terdapat Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Pola Asuh Terhadap Perkembangan Anak Pra Sekolah Di Posyandu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sangurara Kota Palu.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) mempunyai tingkat kinerja yang berbeda-beda (berbeda faktor) yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Misalnya: Pengembangan karir, kemajuan karir, karakteristik profesional dan motivasi untuk sukses. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, kemajuan karir, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kausal, yang khusus menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Penelitian ini menggunakan Variabel penelitian independen dan dependen. Karyawan juga dilibatkan dalam penyelidikan ini. Teknik stratified random sampling dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji korelasi, uji, dan uji regresi. Selanjutnya uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji T. Perkembangan karir, kemajuan pekerjaan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan motivasi semuanya mempunyai dampak. Koefisien korelasi pengembangan karir sebesar 0,753, kemajuan pekerjaan sebesar 0,868, karakteristik pekerjaan sebesar 0,974, dan motivasi sebesar 0,931 jika dinyatakan kuat. Selanjutnya pengembangan karir, kemajuan karir, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan motivasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi pengembangan karir sebesar 0,945, kemajuan karir sebesar 0,884, karakteristik pekerjaan sebesar 1,111, dan motivasi sebesar 1,064. Hasil uji thitung untuk variabel pengembangan karir sebesar 5,135 > ttabel (1,976), kemajuan pekerjaan 1,791 < t > ttabel (1,976), dan motivasi berprestasi 3,406 > ttabel (1,976).Pengaruh pengembangan karir, kemajuan profesional, karakteristik profesional, dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji pengukuran sebesar 95,9 dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 896,427 lebih besar dari 2,430 pada Ftabel (896,427>2,430). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran serta keterlibatan komunitas dalam upaya promosi kesehatan perempuan di Kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif pada anggota komunitas yang terlibat dalam program-program kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan komunitas, melalui berbagai kelompok sosial dan organisasi non-pemerintah, berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan perempuan. Program-program seperti edukasi kesehatan reproduksi, pencegahan kekerasan berbasis gender, dan promosi nutrisi seimbang terbukti efektif dalam mengubah perilaku dan sikap masyarakat. Namun, studi ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, stigma sosial, dan perluasan cakupan layanan yang masih perlu ditangani lebih lanjut. Rekomendasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi kesehatan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan untuk promosi kesehatan perempuan di daerah urban dan peri-urban.

Abstract

Collaborative learning is learning that places students with diverse backgrounds and abilities working together in small groups to achieve common goals. There are several characteristics of collaborative learning, namely: (1) positive dependence, (2) interaction (face to face), (3) individual and group accountability, (4) development of interpersonal skills (5) formation of heterogeneous groups, (6) sharing knowledge between teachers and students, (7) sharing authority or roles between teachers and students, and (8) teachers as mediators. Collaborative learning is in accordance with the constructivism ideology. According to the constructivism ideology, knowledge cannot be transferred from teacher to student, but must be actively constructed by students themselves. In this community service, the Dehasen Bengkulu University Lecturer Team provided assistance/socialization related to Collaborative Learning Management through technology integration in the implementation of the independent curriculum as a form of learning innovation at SMPN 2 Bengkulu City. This activity aims to increase knowledge for teachers at SMPN 2 Bengkulu City to be able to further develop varied and student-centered learning. Through collaborative learning, students can provide each other with intellectual guidance that allows them to work on more complex tasks. This would be difficult to achieve if students did it individually.

Abstract

Drug abuse in teenagers is one form of juvenile delinquency that is often encountered. For this reason, the role of the Surabaya City Government, the Surabaya National Narcotics Agency (BNN), the Surabaya City Education Office, and the Police are very much needed to tackle and prevent drug abuse among teenagers. This research aims to determine the strategies of the relevant agencies in making decisions to tackle drug abuse among teenagers in the city of Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The results of this research show that cases of drug abuse among teenagers in Surabaya are increasing day by day. It is calculated from the large number of news broadcasts about drug abuse among teenagers in Surabaya. Factors that influence the occurrence of drug abuse in adolescents are family, environmental, and self-related factors. The most common reason teenagers use drugs is as an escape or distraction from the pressure of schoolwork or the problems they are facing, and drugs are even used as sedatives or sleeping pills to make it easier to fall asleep. The impact of drug abuse on teenagers can cause stress or depression, physical changes, and even death. Efforts made by several agencies in Surabaya to prevent and overcome drug abuse among teenagers, one of which is regular counseling and outreach.

Abstract

Tindak pidana kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan tindak pidana serius yang merusak martabat manusia dan harus digolongkan sebagai kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menganalisis data sekunder yang bersumber dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, putusan pengadilan, dan literatur akademis. Kasus yang menonjol di Jakarta Barat melibatkan terdakwa (nama disamarkan), yang dijatuhi hukuman 6 tahun penjara sebagaimana tercantum dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat No. 832/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Jkt.Brt. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) penerapan sanksi dalam kasus tersebut, dan (2) pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan sanksi dari perspektif kemanfaatan, kepastian hukum, dan keadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sanksi pidana yang dijatuhkan mengacu pada Pasal 82 ayat (1) jo Pasal 76E UU No. 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Namun, putusan ini dinilai belum cukup memberikan efek jera. Rekomendasi yang diberikan antara lain melengkapi sanksi pidana penjara dengan pidana tambahan, seperti pengungkapan identitas pelaku secara terbuka dan kebiri kimiawi, untuk meningkatkan pencegahan dan mencapai nilai kemanfaatan, kepastian hukum, dan keadilan.

Abstract

Socialization in building enthusiasm and motivating students in participating in Indonesian language learning at SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. This activity was carried out on January 14 2020 at SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. The number of participants who took part in the counseling was around 30 people. This activity aims to increase the enthusiasm of students in participating in learning Indonesian which they have considered boring so far. So that with the existence of motivation and sharing experiences in learning problems faced by students, a pleasant learning of Indonesian will be established for students in the future. From the results of community service activities it was found that the inhibiting factors for students' motivation in learning Indonesian at school varied from laziness that arose from the students themselves, Indonesian language lessons which were placed during the day so as to make students easily sleepy, ways of learning or delivering material from monotonous teacher so it is not interesting. From the results of that discussion, it can be concluded that the ability of each child is different in capturing Indonesian language material. The enthusiasm that exists in students can increase if other factors support it. So as a party you should pay attention to other supporting factors that are going well when learning Indonesian at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and can increase student creativity in writing.

Abstract

Professional lecturers are lecturers who have special competence in their fields to carry out teaching, research, and community service. There are four stages in lecturer certification before getting an account to register serdos, namely through D1, D2, D3 and D4. Phase D4 lecturers will get a serdos account. Later this serdos account is used to fill in the portfolio. At the stage of filling out the portfolio is entering the last stage or D5 or what is known as Self Description. The self-description assessment (DD) will determine the passing results of the Certified Lecturer (DYS). Fill in the DD by describing every activity that has been and is being carried out by DYS in a structured, good and correct language. So, whatever DYS will convey will be easily understood by the assessment team. Not only that, the contents of the DD must be in accordance with the points that have been given. Therefore, DYS requires the ability to write DD properly so that what you want to convey can be written effectively. However, not all DYS have the same ability when it comes to writing DD. Self-description value which contains 5 (five) elements, namely: development of learning quality (weight 28/100), development of knowledge/skills (weight 34/100), community service (weight 16/100), institutional management (12/100 ), and improving the quality of student activities (weight 10/100). Presenting self-descriptions must emphasize real examples that have background experience accompanied by examples, not in the form of discourse or wishes that will occur. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many children to adapt to online learning. In this context, the problem that often arises is a lack of concentration and focus on learning material. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing brain exercises as a method that can increase children's concentration in dealing with online learning in the era of COVID-19. Data collection was carried out using a concentration test instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Concentration tests were performed before and after the intervention period of several weeks. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the intervention group who underwent regular brain exercises experienced a significant increase in their concentration compared to the control group. Brain exercise can improve children's ability to focus attention, reduce distractions, and improve their memory skills. In the context of online learning in the era of COVID-19, the implementation of brain gymnastics can be an effective method for increasing children's concentration. Brain gym is a form of exercise that involves body movement, brain coordination, and sensory stimuli. Structured movements in brain gymnastics can stimulate children's brain development, thereby helping them to better face the challenges of online learning. This study provides recommendations to schools and parents to implement brain exercises as part of children's routines before online learning sessions. Brain gym can be an effective strategy in helping children improve concentration, maintain their attention, and optimize learning outcomes in unfamiliar online learning situations.

Abstract

Digital literacy creates a social order with a critical-creative mindset and outlook. They will not be easily influenced by provocative issues, so they will become victims of digital-based hoaxes or fraud. Thus, the social and cultural life of the community will tend to be safe and conducive. Building a digital literacy culture needs to involve the active role of the community together. In simple terms, literacy is defined as an activity that involves reading and writing. Introduction to Digital Literacy for PKBM Participants in the City of Bengkulu, departing from the problems faced by the PKBM in the City of Bengkulu regarding how to teach material through digital literacy in learning Indonesian. The purpose of this socialization is to raise the enthusiasm of students at PKBM Bunda Sciences in the City of Bengkulu in participating in learning Indonesian with digital literacy. Implementation of Community Service activities by collaborating between lecturers at Dehasen Bengkulu University and PKBM in the City of Bengkulu by providing socialization on the introduction of digital literacy as an initial step to see the responses of PKBM in the Bengkulu City of Mother Science in the learning process and applying it directly in the digital world so that more interesting learning. Basically, learning activities are based on reading and writing activities. In this training, reading and writing techniques can be delivered to improve students' abilities to explore themselves using digital media. The use of digital tools or media makes it easier for students to learn because they keep up with the times. Students who are diligent in writing can write on blogs and blogs that are read by many people so that the reading material we create will be useful for others.
