Abstract

Kompetensi Pendidik Nonformal sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Pendidik Nonformal merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam Proses Pembelajaran khususnya pada Program Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi 28 orang dan Mengambil Sampel jenuh seluruhnya 28 Orang. .Dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran program kesetaraan paket C dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Analisis Kompetensi Pendidik Nonformal Pada Program Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C dalam Pembelajaran di PKBM Cerdik.Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: sebagian besar Pendidik kualifikasinya sudah sesuai  dan hanya keahlian mengajarnya yang masih tergolong rendah. Selanjutnya Analisis kompetensi pedagogik dan Andragogik  Pendidik paket C rata-rata hanya 40%, Kompetensi Pendidik diketahui berdasarkan pemahaman dan persepsi Pendidik terhadap indikator Kompetensi Pendidik diketahui berdasarkan pemahaman dan persepsi tutor terhadap indikator  kemampuan untuk menguasai landasan kependidikan misalnya paham terhadap tujuan pendidikan yang harus dicapai, baik tujuan nasional, tujuan institusional, tujuan kurikuler, dan tujuan pembelajaran,pemahaman terhadap tahap perkembangan warga belajar, dan teori-teori belajar; kemampuan dalam penguasaan materi sesuai bidang studi yang diajarkannya, mengaplikasikan berbagai metodologi dan strategi pembelajaran, memanfaatkan beragam media dan sumber belajar,melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran, dan menyusun program pembelajaran.  Pendidik kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Cerdik sebagian besar (43%) sudah memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik sebagaimana yang dipersyaratkan. Masih terjadinya ketidak cocokkan bidang keahlian Pendidik dengan tugas yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran mencapai (75%) mengakibatkan tidak terpenuhinya standar kompetensi sebagai tenaga Pendidik.

Abstract

VR technology is changing the world of education by providing immersive and interactive learning experiences. This study develops LaViGeo, a VR-based learning media designed using the MilleaLab application to enhance learning in tourism resource materials. This study follows the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study involved 21 students in the Geography of Transportation and Tourism course, selected randomly. Data were collected using a validation questionnaire for material and media experts, as well as a student response survey. The results is LaViGeo was very feasible and effective to use from expert assessments and through trials with students. The integration of multimedia elements, learning videos, 360-degree images and interactive features can be accepted by students for concept materials related to tourism geography. There are challenges in the form of direct integration of 360-degree YouTube videos and limited trials so that further research is needed regarding wider implementation and optimization.

Abstract

Lingkungan telah menjadi isu global yang banyak diperbincangkan mengingat kemajuan teknologi berdampak pada aktivitas manusia terhadap perubahan iklim dan lingkungan. Rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan juga menjadi masalah yang sangat serius di kalangan masyarakat, hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti minimnya pendidikan lingkungan, terbatasnya akses informasi, dan kurangnya kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Pemahaman Literasi Lingkungan melalui Program Konservasi Air dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistemnya, dalam penanganan kerusakan lingkungan serta adanya alih fungsi lahan dari pertanian menjadi non pertanian yang terjadi di perkotaan yang mengakibatkan menurunnya daerah tangkapan air hujan yang kemudian mengancam produktivitas lahan dan mengurangi fungsi lahan dalam menahan dan mendistribusikan air hujan secara merata. Lahan pertanian di perkotaan tidak hanya dimiliki oleh petani yang masih memiliki lahan, pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat mengungkap dan membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Mugarsari Kota Tasikmalaya, diantaranya perlunya pemahaman literasi lingkungan melalui program konservasi air dan keterampilan dalam menangani permasalahan lingkungan yang terjadi di sekitar ketika banjir melanda lahan pertanian mereka. Sebagai salah satu penggerak konservasi lingkungan, Kelompok Wanita Tani Kusari diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat memahami literasi lingkungan yang dapat berdampak pada perubahan pengetahuan, manfaat dan sikap mitra dalam jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan.

Abstract

The presence of village assistants in one of the major supports for the goverment and the community in overcoming these problems. This study aims to determine the role played by village assistants in optimizing the distribution of village fund in Gunungcupu,Ciamis Regency. The reserch method used is a qualitative approach with thw descriptive method. The techniques used are observation, interviews and dosumentation. The result of the study show that there are several roles played by village assistants in optimizing the distribution of village funds in Gunungcupu, namely the role in conveying various matters related to village funds in village delibration forums and banners in strategic place, inventory problems together with the goverment and community by conducting survey in the field, openly provide consultation and education related to things that are not yet understood by the community and goverment both in the planning process to reporting, facilitate community groups that need training, conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of activities that have been funded by village funds. The conclusion of this study is that Gunungcupu Village assistants have attemted to provide assistance in the distribution of village funds through the role of socializing, identifying problems, providing consultation and education, conducting monitoring and evaluation. This is in accordance with the village assistant SOP.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the application of the flipped classroom model in various cooperative learning models, namely the Jigsaw model and the Think Pair Share (TPS) type. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this research is through the Miles Huberman Interaction model by testing the validity of the data through data triangulation techniques. The results of this research include: 1) the flipped classroom model can be applied in cooperative learning models, namely the Jigsaw model and Think Pair Share (TPS) type synchronously and asynchronously; 2) The stages in the Jigsaw model include: a) students are given the opportunity to watch videos, b) implementation of learning in class, c) lecturers facilitate discussion activities, and d) lecturers give quizzes/tests to check students' understanding of the material they have studied; 3) The stages in the Think Pair Share (TPS) type model include: a) Think stage, where the lecturer shares learning guides and resources in the form of videos/texts, students learn individually and independently; b) Pair where students choose group partners and discuss the material they have studied independently; and c) Share, namely: each group representative shares the results of their group discussion in class and the lecturer facilitates discussion activities and encourages students to be active in class discussions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tingkat kepuasan warga belajar terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran visual dalam les bahasa Inggris di wilayah pedesaan Desa Medanglayang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 30 peserta dan observasi non-partisipatif selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media visual mampu meningkatkan pemahaman materi, motivasi belajar, dan minat peserta terhadap bahasa Inggris. Mayoritas warga belajar menyatakan merasa puas dan sangat puas terhadap penggunaan media visual yang relevan dan menarik, yang mampu membuat suasana belajar lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif. Temuan ini mendukung teori bahwa media visual efektif meningkatkan pengalaman belajar di pendidikan nonformal, khususnya di lingkungan pedesaan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran pentingnya pengembangan media pembelajaran yang sesuai konteks lokal agar pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di lingkungan rural dapat lebih efektif dan mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media visual berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di komunitas pedesaan. Abstract This study aims to examine the level of learner satisfaction with the use of visual learning media in English lessons in the rural area of Medanglayang Village. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 30 participants and non-participant observations during the learning process. The analysis reveals that visual media effectively enhance participants' understanding of the material, motivation, and interest in learning English. The majority of learners expressed satisfaction or high satisfaction with the relevant and engaging visual media, which contributed to a more enjoyable and interactive learning environment. These findings support the theory that visual media can improve learning experiences in nonformal education, especially in rural settings. Furthermore, the results emphasize the importance of developing contextually relevant learning media tailored to local needs to make English learning in rural environments more effective. Overall, this research demonstrates that visual media have significant potential to improve the success of English language learning in rural communities. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parents in preventing gadget addiction in children in order to minimize obstacles in the process of child development. The research was conducted at Rumah Baca Kita Buniseuri, DusunKidul, Buniseuri, Cipaku, Ciamis, for two months from September 1 to November 1, 2024. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study with purposive sampling technique, which involved parents who actively use gadgets and play a role in children's learning at home. Data were collected through observation, interviews, data reduction, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique with triangulation for data validity. The results show that gadget addiction in children can be overcome by the active role of parents in supervising and limiting the use of gadgets, as well as encouraging children's interest in reading through reading together and utilizing public facilities such as Rumah Baca Kita. This research has important implications in efforts to improve the quality of child development through collaboration between parents and non-formal education facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sex education on the moral development of students at SMPN 1 Cipaku. The approach used was quantitative with a correlational design, involving 40 students as respondents. Validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.838 for understanding sexual education and 0.811 for moral development). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant and strong relationship between understanding of sexual education and moral development of students (R = 0.720; p < 0.01). The results of simple linear regression showed that understanding of sex education has a significant positive effect on students' moral development with a regression coefficient of 0.546 (p = 0.000). However, barriers were found related to the limited implementation of sex education, which was conducted only once, causing inhomogeneity in students' understanding. This study suggests the need to increase the frequency and quality of sexual education programs that are more structured and sustainable, as well as the active involvement of parents to strengthen moral education at home. In addition, sexuality education should be integrated with moral values that are relevant to students' daily lives. In this way, a sustainable sexuality education program can have a greater impact on the moral formation of students in the future.
