Abstract

Kata kunci: Return On Asset, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Harga Minyak Dunia, Harga Saham

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Imbalance on Customer Service Performance among banking employees who are also university students in Bandung City. Dual roles as employees and students have the potential to create an imbalance between work and academic life, which may affect the quality of customer service. This study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 25 respondents consisting of active banking employees who are currently pursuing higher education. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS software. The results indicate that Work-Life Imbalance has a significant effect on Customer Service Performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.837 shows that the Work-Life Imbalance variable explains 83.7% of the variance in Customer Service Performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. Therefore, banking companies are expected to provide appropriate support for employees who carry dual roles as workers and students.

Abstract

West Bandung Regency, West Java has various types of agricultural products. One of the agricultural products produced is lemon. From the time the pandemic occurred at the end of 2019 until it peaked in 2020 and 2021 demand for lemons increased by 81%. However, at this time in 2022, there is a 50% decrease in demand which has resulted in the income of lemon farmers dropping significantly. One of the causes of the decline in demand is that lemon farmers only focus on a few regular consumers who order large quantities of lemons, as a result, when market demand falls, these consumers will automatically lower their orders. In addition, farmers are unskilled in marketing lemons because they are only used to relying on a few consumers, which makes their garden yields pile up, causing losses. The purpose of this paper is to determine the optimization of effective marketing channels so as to increase the income of lemon farmers.

Abstract

The development of digital transformation in the banking industry requires every financial institution to continuously improve service quality in order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction. This is also the case at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Panjalu Unit, which faces challenges in the form of customer complaints regarding long queues for conventional services and technical obstacles in the BRImo application, such as system disruptions and errors during transactions. This situation shows a gap between customer expectations and the reality of the services they receive, necessitating research to identify the factors that influence their satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital and conventional service quality on customer satisfaction and to determine the most dominant influencing variables. The method used is a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling from a total of 8,753 active customers. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, interviews, and literature studies, then analyzed using multiple linear regression through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and F-tests using SPSS. The results show that digital services have a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction (sig. 0.024), while conventional services have a positive and significant effect (sig. 0.000) and are the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, both variables contribute 73.8% to customer satisfaction, so improving the stability of digital systems and enhancing the quality of face-to-face interactions are strategic steps to increase customer loyalty and trust.
