Abstract

Character refers to a set of moral values, attitudes, and behaviors that form an individual's personality and influence their actions across various situations. This study aims to analyze the contribution of physical education to character development in school students through a systematic literature review approach. The research followed the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) protocol, utilizing the Covidence platform to facilitate the screening and data extraction process. Articles were retrieved from Google Scholar and Crossref databases using Harzing’s Publish or Perish application. Out of 750 initial articles, 15 met the established inclusion and exclusion criteria and were selected for systematic analysis. Thematic synthesis was applied to identify key findings across the studies. The results reveal that physical education plays a significant role in shaping students’ holistic character. Structured physical activities within the physical education curriculum can foster core values such as responsibility, cooperation, independence, discipline, tolerance, honesty, and self-confidence. The findings conclude that physical education not only supports physical development but also serves as a strategic medium for character reinforcement. This study offers important implications for curriculum development and learning practices that integrate character education through physical activities.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the community shows that some business actors are reluctant to apply for business capital loans to Islamic banks. This is due to the lack of public knowledge about financing procedures in Islamic banks, so they tend to choose other financial institutions that are considered easier and instant without considering future risks. This study aims to comprehensively analyze business capital financing procedures in Islamic banks to increase public understanding of sharia-based business capital financing. The focus of the research is directed at the Mudārabah financing procedure, which includes the stages of planning, implementation, process, and evaluation of its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the researcher as the main instrument, assisted by interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and tested for validity with source triangulation techniques. Data analysis is carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that overall, the Mudhārabah financing procedure at Bank Muamalat Padalarang Branch Office is in accordance with existing theory, in line with the principles of sharia economics, and in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengambdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi Guru IPA di Sleman dalam mengembangkan online diagnostic assessment (ODA)  mata pelajaran IPA untuk mengukur kesiapan pembelajaran siswa pada implemetasi kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah kegiatan pelatihan yang ditujukan bagi guru- guru di tingkat SMP di Sleman. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi yang meliputi konsep dasar penilaian dalam kurikulum merdeka, asesmen diganosis, dan penugasan terstuktur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini direncanakan di salah satu SMP di Sleman yang dikolaborasikan dengan MGMP Guru IPA, sehingga memudahkan akses bagi semua guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan ini. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan dengan cara tutorial (Tatap Muka), workshop, penugasan terstruktur, dan konsultasi dengan rincian. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan Guru IPA di Sleman memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep penilaian berdasarkan Kurikulum merdeka, mampu mengembangkan instrumen asesmen diagnosis berbasis online yang berorientasi kesiapan pembelajaran IPA.Selain itu, hasil Pk Mini menjadi bahan publikasi artikel ilmiah pada Jurnal Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the importance of character education in elementary schools in shaping good personal traits in students. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, observations of school activities, and document analysis related to character education programs implemented in several elementary schools in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify patterns and main themes emerging from the collected data. The results of the study indicate that character education in elementary schools plays a significant role in shaping good personal traits in students. Structured and consistent character education programs help students develop values such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and respect for others. Teachers act as role models by demonstrating these values in their daily actions. Additionally, active participation from parents and the school community is found to be an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of character education. The conclusion of this study is that character education in elementary schools is crucial for shaping good personal traits in students. The implementation of effective character education programs requires collaboration between schools, teachers, parents, and the community. To enhance the success of character education, it is recommended that schools integrate character values into the curriculum and daily activities and provide training for teachers on teaching and assessing character education. Thus, it is hoped that character education can become a strong foundation for the moral and ethical development of students in the future

Abstract

The note and report MCH services are part of the regular instrumentation for assess health status and degrees health something areas, especially in several target communities such as groups of pregnant women, infants and toddlers which are the core and main variables of the standard of the basic health care system. The urgency of the reporting system, recording and sending reports on time related to maternal and child health data is the gold standard for achieving a fast, accurate service system and prioritizing a valid and credible database so that every occur problem could detected as early as possible and get good handling. Studies This literature review aims to determine the determinants of midwife compliance in recording and reporting MCH services, by searching a database of articles on midwife compliance in recording and reporting MCH services and selecting based on criteria and the final results of finding 10 articles. The inclusion criteria used were journals in English and Indonesian, available in full text, and related to the topic of midwife compliance in recording and reporting MCH services. The exclusion criteria in the preparation of this article are articles that only provide abstracts and are not in English and Indonesian. The results of the literature review show that the compliance of midwives in recording and reporting MCH services is determined by several factors, such as; education, consistency, form availability facilities, workload, motivation, supervision, perception, knowledge and attitude, years of service, responsibility, reward, desire, persist with the job position, complete documents, good support from the leadership, good support from colleagues work. It is recommended to the Puskesmas as the person in charge of the area to further complete the facilities to increase the motivation of midwives and support the success of the program recording MCH reporting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami implementasi nilai keadilan Pancasila dalam kehidupan mahasiswa dengan fokus pada permasalahan yang muncul, tujuan penelitian, metode yang digunakan, hasil yang diperoleh, dan simpulan yang diambil. Permasalahan yang menjadi titik sentral penelitian adalah bagaimana nilai keadilan Pancasila tercermin dalam interaksi sosial dan pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki sejauh mana nilai-nilai keadilan Pancasila diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mahasiswa dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengkodean tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola implementasi nilai keadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai keadilan Pancasila secara aktif diaplikasikan oleh mahasiswa dalam interaksi sosial, mencakup aspek kesetaraan, keadilan distributif, dan keadilan procedural. Selain itu, prinsip keadilan juga menjadi dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pembentukan kebijakan di lingkungan kampus.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi nilai keadilan Pancasila memiliki dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter dan perilaku mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk terus memperkuat integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kebijakan dan praktik-praktik kampus, serta melibatkan mahasiswa secara aktif dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk mencapai keadilan yang lebih baik dalam kehidupan kampus

Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang tidak dapat terlepas dalam proses pembelajaran adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran.. Penggunaan buku teks atau modul dalam pembelajaran masih banyak berisi tulisan yang panjang dan rumit membuat peserta didik cenderung kurang bermotivasi untuk membaca. Pengaplikasian komik edukasi dalam pembelajaran memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi yang diajarkan sehingga diharapkan motivasi belajar dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan media komik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Tindakan kelas. Penelitian menggunakan 2 siklus dan pada masing- masing siklus terdapat empat tahapan berupa 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, 3) Observasi, 4) Refleksi. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 16 Mandai sebanyak 31 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh skor motivasi belajar pra siklus 2, 54 dengan kategori sedang, siklus I 2,98 dengan kategori tinggi sedangkan pada skor pada siklus II 3,26 dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik setiap siklusnya dengan kategori Rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using the game-based assessment media "SPEDU" (Spinner Education) in measuring and improving students’ conceptual understanding of ecology and biodiversity material among seventh-grade students at a public junior high school in Yogyakarta. The research method employed in this study is descriptive quantitative with a pre-experimental approach, using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The implementation of the SPEDU media improved students' conceptual understanding, with an average posttest score of 8.00. This indicates that the application of SPEDU had a positive effect in enhancing students' conceptual understanding of ecology and biodiversity. The standard deviation results also showed that the posttest scores were more homogeneous compared to the pretest scores, suggesting that SPEDU was effective in improving students' understanding more evenly across the class in this subject matter. In addition, N-gain analysis indicated that the N-gain score for the ecology and biodiversity content was in the high category (0.86). The results of the Paired Sample t-Test analysis also indicated a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores, confirming that the use of SPEDU had a significant impact on improving students’ conceptual understanding. Therefore, SPEDU is effective as an engaging and enjoyable learning tool that encourages students to develop a deeper understanding of ecological and biodiversity concepts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami implementasi Model Rancangan Balance Scorecard (BSC) dalam mendorong kewirausahaan mahasiswa di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah yang berfokus pada peran kunci lembaga keuangan syariah dalam mendukung dan mempengaruhi kewirausahaan di lingkungan pendidikan. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Ditemukan bahwa BSC memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi lembaga keuangan syariah untuk mengukur dan memantau progres dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan indikator kinerja yang terukur dengan jelas, seperti partisipasi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan, jumlah usaha baru yang didirikan, dan tingkat keterlibatan staf dan mahasiswa dalam pelatihan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan dampak positif dari implementasi BSC dalam memperkuat budaya kewirausahaan di kampus, meningkatkan kesadaran dan komitmen di antara staf dan mahasiswa karena penggunaan BSC merupakan strategi efektif dalam mendorong kewirausahaan mahasiswa di lembaga keuangan syariah, dengan memberikan kerangka kerja yang terukur dan terstruktur.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and optimize the potential of local culture and economy in Tugumukti Village as an effort to support local development and improve community welfare. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that Tugumukti Village has various local economic potentials, such as the Al-Barokah Lemon Farmers Group which has grown rapidly as one of the main sources of income for the community. In addition, this village has natural tourist attractions such as Cipalasari Waterfall, Ogoh-Ogoh cultural traditions in commemoration of Independence Day, and the Milangkala Village festival. However, the development of village potential faces obstacles such as the lack of infrastructure and supporting facilities. By strengthening local institutions, optimizing the use of technology, and improving infrastructure, the cultural and economic potential of Tugumukti Village can be maximized to support inclusive and sustainable development. The Community Service Program (KKN) serves as a means for students to apply knowledge in the form of community service, as well as contribute to the exploration and development of village potential.
