Abstract

Slang is an informal language that is often used and known by a particular community or society. In this study, the researcher seeks to find out the types of slang and also find out how the functions of slang are used. In this analysis, researchers rely on  Despicable Me 3 as a data source. It is from this film that the data are collected and adapted to the theory that focuses on type and function by Allan and Buridge (2006). To compile the results, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. In collecting data, several stages have been carried out such as watching the film, citing the data, and reviewing it in an effort to adapt it to the theory. As a result, three types of slang were found, namely Fresh and Creative, Flippant, and Imitative. Other types such as clipping and acronym could not be found. Then the researcher observed 5 functions which can also be found in this film, they are to address, to humiliate, to express impression, to initiate and to show intimacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Kahoot terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN 07 Mudik Lawe. Penelitian ini berakar dari rendahnya ketertarikan dan hasil belajar siswa pada topik bilangan cacah, yang diduga disebabkan oleh minimnya variasi dalam metode pengajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, media pembelajaran Kahoot diimplementasikan sebagai alat untuk evaluasi dan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan memanfaatkan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pra-eksperimental serta desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 siswa kelas V. Alat pengumpul data meliputi tes pretest dan posttest, kuesioner,. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari pretest ke posttest. Melalui analisis uji-t, diperoleh bahwa nilai t-hitung melebihi t-tabel, yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan Kahoot terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa media Kahoot efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi bilangan cacah di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Pengembangan wilayah di Provinsi Maluku Utara menghadapi dinamika tersendiri di tengah laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang didorong oleh ekstraksi sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sektor-sektor ekonomi unggulan, menganalisis transformasi struktur ekonomi yang terjadi, serta mengevaluasi peran sektor-sektor tersebut terhadap pengembangan wilayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) atas dasar harga konstan selama kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis Location Quotient (LQ) untuk menentukan sektor basis, Shift-Share Analysis untuk mengukur pergeseran struktur dan daya saing, serta Tipologi Klassen untuk memetakan pola pertumbuhan sektor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya transformasi struktur ekonomi dari sektor primer (pertanian dan perikanan) menuju sektor sekunder (pertambangan dan industri pengolahan). Sektor-sektor unggulan tersebut berperan signifikan sebagai motor penggerak pertumbuhan wilayah, namun memberikan tantangan terkait pemerataan pembangunan. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar kebijakan pemerintah daerah berfokus pada penguatan keterkaitan antar sektor untuk memastikan manfaat sektor unggulan dapat mengakselerasi pengembangan wilayah secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Takengon City is a city in Aceh Province, which is located in the Gayo highlands, Central Aceh. The city of Takengon is known for its natural beauty, Lut Tawar Lake, and the richness of Gayo culture, including its superior coffee production. The development of tourism in the Takengon area, Central Aceh has also encouraged the growth of supporting infrastructure, including the hotel sector. There are many accommodation or hotel buildings in Central Aceh, one of the properties that stands out is the Portola Grand Renggali Hotel Takengon. Infrastructure such as hotels continues to develop with the times. including the Portola Grand Renggali Hotel Takengon which is known to have undergone a transformation process. The use of form follows function theory, which states that the form of a building is based on its function, to analyze the transformation of hotel architecture through facade elements. likely influenced by function, needs, or user expectations. In addition, the principle "God Is In The Detail" is also relevant, emphasizing that the quality of design lies in attention to small details that influence the overall aesthetic. The aim of this research is to investigate how elements can change contemporary architectural characteristics in the case study analysis, a qualitative descriptive approach was used. The final output of this research is the conclusion drawn from a study of how the facade elements of the portola grand renggali hotel takengon have changed the characteristics of contemporary architecture.

Abstract

This training program aimed to enhance the pedagogical competencies of Mathematics teachers at Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High Schools) in Jakarta Special Capital Region in utilizing ClassPoint AI technology to develop interactive learning media. The training methodology incorporated lecture-based instruction, live demonstrations, hands-on practice sessions, and group discussions. Participants comprised 26 mathematics educators affiliated with the Mathematics Subject Teachers' Forum (MGMP). Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvement in participants' mastery of ClassPoint features, with a mean satisfaction rating of 4.43 out of 5. Primary implementation challenges included technological infrastructure limitations and internet connectivity issues. The training successfully promoted technology integration in instructional practices, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 objectives regarding quality education. Recommendations for subsequent training iterations include the development of simplified installation modules and extension of program duration to optimize learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pendahuluan. Peningkatan permintaan  kopi dalam pasar internasional dan pasar nasional. Cara kopi diproses dan disajikan mempengaruhi budaya kopi. V60 adalah teknik penyajian kopi manual yang populer yang melibatkan penuangan air di atas bubuk kopi menggunakan filter (metode pour over). Ukuran gilingan bubuk kopi mempengaruhi ekstraksi dan rasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan ukuran gilingan yang ideal untuk tiga kategori (P1 - halus, P2 - sedang, P3 - kasar) dalam kaitannya dengan teknik penyeduhan V60. Metode Pengumpulan Data. Faktor yang digunakan yaitu dengan beberapa grindsize kopi dengan 3 level grindsize yang berbeda, P1 grindsize 0,38 mm; P2 grindsize 1 mm, dan P3 grindsize 1,5 mm. Perlakuan masing – masing diulang 98 kali, dimana ulangan tersebut ialah panelis (pelaku uji organoleptik). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh panelis, termasuk mahasiswa dan pengunjung kafe Moka. Parameter pengamatan yang di uji adalah Aroma, Flavour, Acidity, Aftertaste, dan Body. Analisa Data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji Rancangan Acak Kelompok non Faktorial. Hasil dan Diskusi. Pada penelitian ini, perbedaan ukuran gilingan pada aspek aroma dan aftertaste berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesukaan konsumen pada kopi Robusta Jember. Sedangkan pada parameter lainnya seperti flavour, acidity, dan body, perbedaan ukuran gilingan hanya mempengaruhi dari segi nilai. Simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh Grindsize dengan teknik seduhan V60 terhadap uji organoleptik kopi robusta argopuro berpengaruh sangat nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using digital book learning media on the short story writing ability of fifth grade elementary school students. This study used a pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 123 Banti, Enrekang Regency with 13 fifth grade students as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through short story writing ability tests, student activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires on the use of digital book media. Data analysis techniques used included descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, namely normality tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study showed that the use of digital book learning media had a significant effect on students’ short story writing ability. This was evidenced by an increase in students’ average score from 54.62 in the pretest to 86.38 in the posttest. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the t-count value was greater than the t-table, namely 15.372 > 1.782, and the significance value (2-tailed) <0.001 which was smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, indicating that digital book learning media has an effect on the short story writing skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 123 Banti, Enrekang Regency

Abstract

Meningkatnya penggunaan platform investasi digital mendorong Generasi Z untuk lebih mudah mengakses berbagai instrumen investasi, termasuk saham Initial Public Offering (IPO). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh social media ads dan kepercayaan pada platform Stockbit terhadap minat Generasi Z dalam membeli saham IPO. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden Generasi Z berusia 18–28 tahun di wilayah Jabodetabek yang pernah melihat iklan Stockbit di media sosial dan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media ads dan kepercayaan pada platform Stockbit berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat membeli saham IPO. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,271 menunjukkan bahwa 27,1% variasi minat investasi dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan terhadap platform dan efektivitas iklan di media sosial memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan minat investasi saham IPO pada Generasi Z.

Abstract

The Mens Rea stand-up comedy performance by Pandji Pragiwaksono has generated diverse public responses on the X social media platform, reflecting positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. This study aims to analyze public sentiment toward the performance using the Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm. Research data were collected through a crawling process on X, resulting in 3,019 tweets. The research stages included data selection, sentiment labeling using a lexicon-based approach validated by an expert, preprocessing (cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming), TF-IDF term weighting, and sentiment classification using Multinomial Naive Bayes. Model performance was evaluated using a Confusion Matrix with five train-test split scenarios (90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, and 50:50). The best performance was achieved using the 80:20 split, with an accuracy of 85.79%, while the highest F1-score of 0.9231 was obtained for the neutral sentiment class. Overall, the combination of TF-IDF and Multinomial Naive Bayes demonstrated stable and effective performance for public sentiment classification of the Mens Rea stand-up comedy on the X platform.
