Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Ini Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh organisasi pembelajaran terhadap Keterlibatan Guru; Pengaruh Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Guru; Pengaruh Keterlibatan Guru terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Guru; Pengaruh Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Guru Sekolah Dasar melalui Keterlibatan Guru di Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis Penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif Populasi guru pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Wajo, pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik sampling Isaac dan Michael. Data dianalisis berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Organisasi Pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterlibatan Guru dengan koefisien jalur bertanda Positif sebesar 0.401. Hasil ini signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000< α (0,05). yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap Keterlibatan Guru; Hasil uji signifikansinya yang sebesar 0,09 yang lebih besar dari α (0,05) atau dapat dikatakan Organisasi Pembelajaran tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Prilaku Inovatif Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Wajo , sehingga Hipotesis Kedua Ditolak atau Tidak Diterima; hasil uji signifikan Hasil uji signifikan menunjjukan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < α (0,05)., Keterlibatan Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Wajo. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of learning organizations on teacher involvement; The Influence of Learning Organizations on Teachers' Innovative Behavior; The Influence of Teacher Involvement on Teachers' Innovative Behavior; The Influence of Learning Organizations on Innovative Behavior of Elementary School Teachers through Teacher Involvement in Wajo District. Type of Research Descriptive Quantitative The population of primary education teachers in Wajo Regency, sampling using Isaac and Michael sampling technique. Data were analyzed based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results show that the Learning Organization has a positive and significant effect on teacher involvement with a path coefficient marked Positive of 0.401. This result is significant which is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05). which means there is a significant relationship between Learning Organizations on Teacher Involvement; The result of the significance test is 0.09 which is greater than (0.05) or it can be said that the Learning Organization does not significantly affect the Innovative Behavior of Elementary School Teachers in Wajo Regency, so the Second Hypothesis is Rejected or Not Accepted; significant test results Significant test results show a significance value of 0.00 < (0.05)., Teacher involvement has a positive and significant effect on the innovative behavior of elementary school teachers in Wajo Regency.

Abstract

Nurses and midwives is a profession which serves human beings and humanity, in the sense that the profession of nurses and midwives will give priority to the health of individuals, family and society above their own interest. The services provided by nurses and midwives is based on their knowledge and know-how in nursing which integrates the attitude, intellectual capacity and technical skills of the nurses and midwives based on their willingness and competence in helping others in health and sickness. This research is conducted on nurses and midwives in regional referral hospitals in South Sulawesi, which is comprised of seven hospitals in the municipality of Palopo, regency of Bone, regency of Bulukumba, municipality of Parepare and three other hospitals in the municipality of Makassar. The focus of this research is on the empowerment felt by nurses and midwives in relation to role ambiguity and conflict, job burnout and emotional intelligence. Sample was taken using proportional area random sampling where each unit is determined as much as 10 percent by Gay (in Umar, 2004:108). Sample size is about 200 people. The design of this research is explanatory, which tries to explain the relation among variables through confirmatory analysis and proposition testing. The result of the research shows that: (1) the empowerment has positive and significant impact on role ambiguity and conflict, due to the high expectation and lack of workers in the hospitals, (2) role ambiguity and conflict has positive and significant impact on job burnout, (3) empowerment has insignificant impact on job burnout, (4) job burnout has insignificant impact on emotional intelligence, and (5) empowerment has significant and positive impact on emotional intelligence. This research found that task and responsibility should be adapted to job description and further research should develop other variables in the hospital, improve the autonomy and independence of the nurses and midwives so as to reduce role ambiguity and conflict.

Abstract

Recently researchers found that there are no significant differences in leadership abilities between males and females in executive positions emerged. Therefore there is no significant difference in personality between men and women in executive positions in improving employees' performance. This research will be focus on women executives (leaders) personality traits on improving employees' performance. This research aims to investigate the influence of personality traits of women leaders moderated by their locus of control on employee performance in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. This research is going to use the big five model personality, self-efficacy, Machiavellian, and narcissism to analyze personality traits of women executive and also as independent variables. Employees' performances are going to be the dependent variable. And locus of control of the women executive is going to use as moderating variable that could possibly improve the relationship between the personality traits of the female executive on employees' performance. The sample of this research is 40 women executives (from supervisors to managers) in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. The data of this research are collected by questioners. Then the data are going to be analyzed with SEM-PLS statistic. The statistical data gathered during the research revealed that internal locus of control of women leaders’ moderate relationship between big five model personality, self-efficacy, machiavellian, and narcissitic personality of women leaders on employee performance in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. Thus, this research results prove that locus of control could moderate in improving the relationship between personality traits of women leaders on improving employees performance but only internal locus of control of women leader not the external locus of control of women leader.

Abstract

This research aims at (1) exploring individual aspects of accountant educators in shaping professional accountants, and (2) situational aspects utilized by accountant educators as the media in shaping professional accountants in Makassar The independent variable of this research included Personal Ethical Philosophy, Internal Locus of Control, and Academic Culture, while the dependent variable was the Professional Competence of Accountant Educators (Y). The units of analysis, as well as the respondents, were 132 accountant educators in Makassar. To determine the sample, Simple Proportional Sampling with minimal respondent by Taro Yamane was utilized. Data analysis deployed multiple linear regression with error tolerance (α) of 5%. The result shows that Personal Ethical Philosophy significantly affected professional competence, with the t-calculated of 2.085. Internal Locus of Control also significantly affected professional competence, with the t-calculated of 2.158. Academic culture, with the t-calculated of 2.146, also significantly affected the professional competence of accountant educators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik & Media Pembelajaran terhadap mutu Alumni SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Malangke Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah lulusan SMA Negeri se Kecamatan Malangke Kabupaten Luwu Utara tahun 2009/2010 yang berjumlah masing-masing untuk SMA Negeri 1 Malangke sebanyak 195 orang dan SMA Negeri 2 Malangke sebanyak 198 orang . Adapun penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 80, masing-masing 40 sampel untuk SMA 1 Negeri Malangke dan 40 sampel untuk SMA 2 Malangke. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis regresi berganda. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan  bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Pekerja atau buruh merupakan bagian dari tenaga kerja  yaitu tenaga kerja yang bekerja di dalam hubungan kerja, dibawah perintah pemberi kerja. Tujuan Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pekerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Desain penelitian ini Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif.  Jumlah Sampel 300 Pekerja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. Hasil Penelitian bahwa kompetensi  tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan pekerja proses panen padi pada kelompok tani di Kabupaten Pinrang tidak dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal kepada kelompok tani yang disebabkan kurang efesien, kualitas hasil kerja masih rendah, ketarampilan, penempatan posisi kerja. Hal ini terjadi karena kepuasan  pekerja tidak adanya perbedaan upah yang diterima antara kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pekerja, Motivasi  pekerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan pekerja dimana dihargainya kinerja bila mencapai target baik jumlah maupun kualitas kerja yang telah ditetapkan oleh kelompok tani, hal ini menunjukkan kepuasan pekerja merasa puas dengan penghargaan yang diberikan atas hasil kerja, dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan pekerja dapat dijadikan parameter kepuasan pekerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja dimana hasil yang diperoleh pekerja sangat optimal tidak terpengaruh oleh kondisi alam sedangakan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dapat meningkatkan kinerja atau hasil  dengan kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik.

Abstract

Sharia engagement is an individual, physical, emotional and spiritual attachment that is influenced by belief, justice, balance, fredoom and respontibility towards the organization. The object of research is the employees of sharia banking located in Makassar City. Through cluster tehniques sampling of samples processed in the study were 185 emplyees spread across 13 sharia banking offices. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) the results of the study show that organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership directly have a significant positive effect on sharia engagement. Whereas, indirectly organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Then, through Syariah Engagement organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership have a significant positive effect on the performance of Islamic Banking employees in Makassar City. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalaha untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and soft skills on teacher performance through teacher creativity at MAN Malakaji Gowa. The research approach used a quantitative approach. The researcher used a saturated sampling technique sample, with a sample size of 60 teachers. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data was obtained using a questionnaire distributed directly to the respondents. Analysis and processing of data in this study using descriptive analysis using SPSS. This research concluded that the results of the partial test of competence and soft skills had a positive and significant effect on teacher creativity. Competence and Soft Skills contribute to teachers' creativity by 60.40%. Partially competence, soft skills, and creativity of teachers positively and significantly affect teacher performance. The contribution of competence, soft skills, and teacher creativity to teacher creativity is 70.4%. In addition, teacher creativity also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, from the results of the indirect influence research, competence and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance which is mediated by teacher creativity.
